Took 2 days to get my truck back. Everything seemed fine until I took it in to a Chevy dealer for other work and they found that a caliper bolt on my 2020 dually rear brakes was missing. I tow a 44' 20k lb toy hauler and was very lucky that I didn't have an accident of some sort. Dealership rates from 0-12 and was determined to be at a 4 on their scale. Also did not replace sensor as required. Job was done in April and issue found in February. Very lucky!!!

They deserve 10 stars. The team at went above and beyond to fix my car. Transmission went out in the middle of our drive from Modesto, CA to Tucson, AZ. They made sure to get us home. They called 1 hour into a 10.5 hour drive home to make sure we were okay. They answered all my questions even the stupid ones!

A few years back when I came to this location the service was fantastic. You were greeted with a smile. I stopped coming because the service was not good, yet they tried to upsell you. I came today because the oil change price is decent. I was met by Jason. He was rude from the start. He did not say hello or provide a welcoming greeting to a long-term customer. He was even rude to a female senior citizen. I previously set an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. My name, appointment and service request, including the oil change and tire rotation was on the appointment list on the counter. When my car was done, I asked about the tire rotation. He said I didn't request it. I told him it was on the list in front of him. He begins to argue with me that I didn't verbally request it. I told him I did by completing the information via my online appointment and that it was on the appointment list on the counter. He then says he doesn't look at it. Not my fault. The fact that he argued with and tried to gaslight me was not only unacceptable but shows his lack of customer service and detail to his job. Luckily the manager stepped in and had my tires rotated. There are many more automotive options in Buckeye than a few years ago. I don't have to tolerate rudeness. I hope the management understands that customers have options and that rude workers can end their business in this social media obsessed world. I stood up to Jason. If you decide to go to this location and Jason is working, don't let him bully you. Demand better service. As long as Jason is there I will take my business elsewhere. Anyone that can't read an appointment list should not be working on my cars.

As a savvy consumer and attorney, based upon my experience I had on Saturday I would highly recommend patronizing this shop.The manager Jason and front desk employee Jennifer were very understanding of my needs and were note than fair when it came to my charges for parts and labor. I discovered that auto repair shop prices are all over the board and I have been quoted two to three times as much for repairs than at this Brake Master shop. Further, if certain repairs were not necessary, they did not over sell me. These services included spark plug changes; shocks; wheel alignment; brake rotors and pads and engine coolant.Trustworthy and fair, while also concerned about my safety is what I want and they delivered and went above and beyond which is not what I have received from other nearby shops.I highly recommended this business.

I've ever only gone for oil changes and maybe a little thing on those appointments. But last appointment they let me know what's wrong with my vehicle and fit me in on the same day only couple hours later I was good to go. Place seems nice and people seemed nice. I don't know what else to say haven't had a bad experience there.

Brake Masters are customer service friendly they take care of your vehicle on time fast and sufficient no complaints there with them. I am just not sure if I can trust them fully yet as the mechanic working there was trying to offer me a bunch of services my car didn't need which is typical of mechanics I just wish there was more honest mechanics out there who only offer the services your car truly needs not what is not needed especially when money is tight

Had a terrible experience with one of the main guys wearing a red shirt that works there and a lady that went to get her brakes checked. The man screamed at her in front of everyone telling her she had to pay $900 dollars for her brake change, she wasn't expecting that amount and told him nevermind and that her husband can fix them instead. He told her she can't take her car or she needs to get a tow truck. She got on the phone and another lady walked out that seemed to be in charge of the front desk, she told her the opposite and she could take her car home but would have to sign of on a paper, simple as that. She signed off on the paper and took her car. the man literally tried to intimidate her into paying $900 dollars, when in reality she didn't have to. Careful there ladies, always take your man or a man with you, I guarantee he wouldn't of been able to get away with intimidating her if her man was there.

Took advantage of their synthetic oil change for $49.99 with a free tir rotation but you have to ask. Only place I know That doesn't charge extra. They were perfect from start to finish. As most shops identified problems recommended and costs associated some which were obvious to me. When shops start quoting me for astronomical prices or $200 + I have to investigate. Shops charge wayyyyyy to much especially in labor. All in all I would return for maintenance they were great!!!! Taking my roommates car in for an oil change and tire.rotation for her Christmas gift

Says they do a muti point inspection with oil change but nothing was done. I was told nothing about the vehicle. Issues they said I needed to take care of on my last visit were not even brought up this time. They must just be trying to get you to pay more. I also had a low tire and it wasn t even filled up.

They got me in with no appointment, figured out the problem, and had new brakes and rotors on in less than 2 hours. It was also decently priced and there s a McDonald s there with a play place for kids!

I always have great experiences with this location. I had an oil leak, worn brakes, a broken control arm, and in need of a wheel alignment. Everything was fixed within 3-4 hours on a Saturday!! I am very pleased and impressed.As a woman, I never feel like I m being cheated or scammed when I come to this location. I can always trust that they will only provide the care my car needs and alert me of any issues found.Helpful tip: Make sure you schedule an appointment (calling or through their website), this will help you get priority at your scheduled time over those who did not schedule.Thank you Brake Masters for always taking care of my car! :)

I understand a business is in business to make money, but to nickle and dime people is a dog gone shame. I literally just needed to have a fuse under my dashboard pointed out to me because I didn't know which controlled my phone charger, but the rude woman at the service desk told me. "No. We won't do that. We have to charge you $80.00 for a service fee." I asked,"...To point at something?" She said,"Yes." I walked out, went to autozone, they pointed it out, I bought the fuse and replaced it. I hope they go out of business. It was a 5'2 "to 5'4" Hispanic woman, about 125 to 135 lbs. Very nasty personality. Today, November 14, 2023.

Service was quick. Brake Masters prepared my car for a long trip and diagnosed and repaired my serpentine belt. I wouldn t have suspected the need if I hadn t taken the car in for service. Thank you very much!

Came here awhile back to get an alignment. They put it on the alignment rack just fine and said they need to replace my rack and pinion along w CV shafts upper control arms low ball join along w my alignment. Total cost was gonna be $4,500. Parts was about 600 and labor was 4,400. I let them replace the rack and pinion for 1500 just because I wasn t able to do that myself. After the replaced that my power steering was leaking. I took it back and they said it was a return king that was leaking. Then my stabilizer light came on and I took it back and they said I needed more work. But not mentioning I needed that the week before when they checked it out.I was able to change out the front end just because I didn t want to pay 4000 in labor charges for something I could do myself. After I finished it I took it back to get an alignment and they made up an excuse saying they couldn t get my truck on the alignment rack because it had a slight lift kit on it when a week prior it was just fine and they wanted 4500 to do the full work.This establishment is greedy money hungry and I think they personally create problems on your vehicle just so they can charge u more so they can fix it. But if u do ur own work they don t want to take the time to do it because they can t charge for it. I think this place is good for oil changes and that s it Wouldn t recommend this place if u need steering or front end work that needs mechanical skills. Last time I take my vehicles here. But who cares right. What is one customer when they make millions off customer that don t know what real mechanic work is. Oh well!

I get my oil change here and they always have specials and coupons. The employees are friendly and incredibly helpful but also they are incredibly busy. They seem like they need so more employees so they don t look and seem so stressed out.

Really disappointed, twice now. I have been going here for quite some time and a few months ago with my oil change, my husband said about a week or so after that he didn't think the actually changed my oil. I just shrugged it off since I had never had an issue before. Well I went back a couple weeks ago for another oil change and of course they told me how badly I needed a radiator flush and my serpentine belt was cracked and needed to be replaced too. Because of the cost at the time, I did what I could with the high mileage oil change and the radiator flush. Within minutes of them calling me, my husband called and told me not to do the radiator flush but when I called them back 2 minutes later they stated that they had already started and were just about done. So I paid. Well here we are a couple weeks later and we took our car in for some other issues, only to be told by this recommended tech that I badly needed an oil change because of how dark my oil was. They also said th3 radiator needed to be flushed and when my husband told them I literally just had it done, they said that someone "got" us because it didn't look like either of these things had been done and certainly not 2 weeks ago. So what I'd like to know is why is this twice now, by 2 different people, that I'm being told that it looks like I got taken?! That's super concerning and now after being a loyal customer for several years, I will NOT be going back. Oh, and my serpentine belt is just fine so thank goodness I didn't do that too and waste my money. This is super disheartening and I'd like to know what's really going on and whether or not this is someone being lazy without management being aware or if this is just what they do at that location. So now I have to go have the service completed "again" and fork out more money. Shame on you if you're charging people for services that you're not actually completing (or that they don't actually need.) Not cool.

I had several services done, coolant flush, oil change and new front struts installed. The staff were all professional and great at communicating with me. About 3 weeks ago I needed to have a new battery (that i purchased) put into my VW Atlas AND have the computer reprogrammed. I called in before driving here and a lady answered the phone and i advised her of what i needed, she told me to hold and went to go and check and see if they could do it. She told me yes and i asked her how much it would be and she quoted me $100-$110 (dont remember the exact amount). Drove there and checked my car in. At check in i was greeted by a man and we went over what i needed and he said that he wasnt sure this was something they do and i advised him that i had spoken to someone a short while ago and they had already double checked. He stated he would go confirm and came back and said they could do it. I waited in the shop as i was advised that it would not take long. Here we are 3 weeks later and i am having all kinds of electrical issues, vehicle stalling issues, starting issues, power supply issues... i took it into the dealer and they confirmed that the reprogramming had not been done correctly. I called this location to advise them and request a refund for a job that was not done correctly and it turns out that they never "reprogrammed" it and that they just "told" the car that there was a new battery. I advised the man on the phone that this is not what i had asked for and he proceeded to tell me that they are not able to reprogram and that only the dealer can do this. I told him that no one told me this after this is what i specifically said i wanted to be done in the first place. Now the dealer is charging me $180 for something this location said they were doing for $100. The man on the phone stated that there was "miscommunication" but in reality they saw a women coming in and they took this opportunity to take advantage and make some money. At no point was i told that they were not able to do the computer reprogramming that i requested. At no point did they say id have to take it to the dealer or that the dealer was the only place that this could be done. He said that the conversation was going around in circles. I have been a customer for years and have been there multiple times and for them to not own up to what they did is absolutely horrible. They dont consider the financial hardships of anyone or the safety and just look to make a buck. I will never come back again. I initially called to speak to a manager and he told me that he would have them call me back, then the same guy called me back and basically said that there is nothing they can do because there is no warranty on installing a client provided battery. I asked to have the manager call me and no call back as of yet, i called their corporate and i cant leave a message because the mailbox is full so i sent an email. We will see if anyone acknowledges me. I even told him to review any camera footage and he can clearly hear what i had requested to be done, and he said that they dont have cameras.Service: Auto battery replacement

Took my car here twice for routine oil changes. First time I took it here service was great. Second time, not so much.Second time I took it there for an oil change I get a call asking me if I want them to change out my air filter. Part only costs $11 so I say no. I pick up my car later that afternoon and the cover for the cabin air filter is laying on my seat. I open my glove box to pop it back on and my glove box falls open. The tech who took the cabin filter cover off didn't properly secure my glove box. Put the cover on, reattach the stops to the glove box so it doesn't just fall all the way open and drive home (1/4 mile 30mph road). I then park the car in the garage and don't drive it for another week or so. When I do drive the car next the car has this really deep growl coming from the engine. This is a Palisade, not a sports car so something isn't right. I pull over into a parking lot and open up the hood and my engine air filter cover is wide open and there is no engine air filter in the car.I don't know if it's laziness or if it was just someone not paying any attention but how am engine air filter can be removed without putting in a new one, and how the engine air filter cover can just be left open, I don't get. I also don't get how someone pulls my car out of the bay where it was being serviced and parks it and doesn't realize the cover for the cabin air filter is sitting on the passenger seat right next to them.Like I said the first time there the work seemed great, no issues, but the second time made me realize I'll never be taking a vehicle back there again.

They performed an oil change, found the battery leaking and low voltage. Got a new battery. Our car is near 100,000 so the spark plugs needed to be changed. Checked and changed air filter, cabin filter. Very thorough. I trust Brake Masters to do a fine job each time we bring our car in. Thank you!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I took my truck in this morning without an appointment. My battery was dead and I had to jump start it 4 times. Got it to Brake Masters with truck running and explained the situation. I am getting ready to take an out of State road trip with my travel trailer Saturday and need to have a good battery. I asked if they could change the oil and check fluids as well. They got me taken are of right away. They were professional, friendly and caring. Thank you, Brake Masters! I can leave Saturday feeling safe!
