BEWARE 0 Stars or less The Very worst AutoZone store that existsI called for a part the 1st gentleman was very polite and gave me a part number and $128.99 price when I called the next morning 3; different employees tried telling me that part number was incorrect and the part I needed was over $200I called 3 other AutoZone's and got the same part number and the original $128.99 priceWhen I called this AutoZone they tried telling me that part number didn't exist I finally got a manager to admit the part number was correct and so was the original priceBEWARE THIS AUTOZONE ARE THIEVES GO TO ANOTHER STORE AT ALL COST BETTER YET JUST GO TO NAPA I GOT THE SAME PRICE AND WARRANT WITH NO LIESCall me I'll tell you the entire truthJOHN

If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly, this company and its employees are the worst. Went to the location on Miller who only had 2 people working... it was early afternoon. I needed a new battery, which they sold me along with the associated "required" items for them to install. Then they said, sorry, we can't install it because we only have 2 people working today. Can you drive over to the Watson location and they can install it? weird - since I needed the new battery to drive. So they charged it and sent me on my way. Stating they were calling them to tell them I was on the way.When I arrived at the Watson location, I went in and told them who I was... I got blank stares. Then they proceeded to tell me that since I purchased it at a different location they couldn't install it. What the actual F? They called the Miller location and they said they never sent anyone.I said, okay, fine... I'll return it all. And then they wouldn't help me get the battery out of my car. I am a petite woman 5'2" and 99 lbs... I struggled to bring it inside, returned it, and left.This is my 2nd horrible experience with AZ... the first was last year when the sold me a defective alternator twice.Take my advice... do not shop at AZ in Buckeye. They hire complete idiots who don't know anything and they could care less about customer service and retention.I would rather go ANYWHERE ELSE!!

This auto zone is awesome the staff are the best including the manager, this my story went to another auto zone on Indian school & jackrabbit and the manager at that store was very rude and totally unhelpful went there because of a bad battery which was originally put in by auto zone and he told me first we don t do batteries at night ( company policy) and so I told him that my battery was completely DEAD he also told me that on top of my battery there is another connection box on top of battery that he said he would not touch that but if I came back tomorrow one of the employees might do it clearly did not want to do his job so I called this location and they told me to come to their location and I could not believe the difference in service ALL THE EMPLOYEES THERE WERE AWESOME 5 STARS

Everytime I come in to get something I always leave upset. This location literally has the wrong price on some items and expect people to pay system price... I swear it's always like this if your tagged at 12 and the computer is saying 27 there's obviously a problem especially if it's also the same 12 on the website..

It will be a gray IDEA IF YOUR MANAGER. Places a sing at the DOOR letting customer know your store doesn't accept CASH!!!! OR. BILL HIGHER THAN $20 ...the same way you ask Card or Cash. Teach or train you employee to ask or say I bill over $20 inst ad of wasting. Time ....picking stuff waiting. On line. So at then end you cant accept the cash...in med afternoon is ridiculous...Is not the first timeI usually pay with my card and it happend that I dild not had it with me so convinced I can pay with cash I walk in....

There's too much Socializing with their Bros..Take Care of the people that make Your PayCheck... First! Don't Stop what You're doing to Talk to Your Home Bois!! They were pretty Busy at this time! This is why I will Drive to O'REILLYS!! They are Alot more Professional with Respect to their Customers which make You Be able to have hrs of Employment!!

Terrible service, Johnathan the PSM decided to ignore me at the counter for asking for a price match.FYI Autozone does price match all box stores listed in Znet with same in-store products.The fact that this person doesn't know this and does not respect the customers is embarrassing. I hope Juan the store manager or Jose the DM educate this employee on how to take care of the customer and know what's offered by the company.

I bought over $170 dollars of basic maintenance items the other day. One of the boxes the sales guy gave me was a old filter box half open, I asked if everything was in it... and he said everything was in it..what do I know I'm an electrician.. so I purchased everything. I found out something was missing, it was old and it was not the right part..so when I go back to this store.. I'm received like I stole something.. so I returned everything.. and told them to keep the wrong part.. This AutoZone has made me a believer " customer service is a thing of the past"! I will go online.! and when in a tight spot to its competition.

Excellent customer service! The technician, Brandon, was amazing. He swapped out my old battery with a new one in record time. He also did it with a smile on his face and a joyful attitude. He made my life easier. My day was brightened by stopping at this store. It also saved me $175 that my mechanic would have charged to change out the battery. Thank you so much!!!

Helpful employees, we pulled on and can't carry the battery and an associate coming back from lunch rushed out to help us. We got what we needed and he explained everything needed with the purchase. Definitely an A+ service and experience

I needed a new battery for my Ford Explorer and a young gentleman named Sinue at AutoZone in Buckeye was happy to help and even put the battery in for me. Could not have been more pleased with the quick service I received and the installation was free. Thank you Sinue for helping me out!!

Bought some stuff for work. Need a receipt to be reimbursed. The receipt handed to me was blank. I guess they re too busy with the next customers to finish with a customer who already paid for the merchandise. I stood there for about a half hour waiting to get a receipt. The cashier and manager need customer service training! Good customer service is a thing of the past.

Jorge and Angel were not only very knowledgeable but also extremely helpful, they provided top tier A1 customer service if I could give 10 stars I would .... I came in with several questions for several vehicles and not only did they display patience on a busy Saturday morning they also displayed a level of care and professionalism that exceeds any auto parts store I've ever encountered.

Walter was a great help in selecting the appropriate car parts for my car repair and let me know which tools I would need in order to make my replacements. Definitely the most thorough Auto Zone staff I've interacted with. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, clean, organized, patient, and respectful. All around a great team at this location. Highly recommend.

When purchasing my battery there was one other person standing in line and had to self service myself, not knowing what I m doing it took me 1 hour and the dorky looking kid with long hair and a hat told me he can t help because he had to help other people watched me struggle and changing trash bags and still didn t offer to help. The worse experience , I get you have to help people in line but when the store is empty and you are watching me do your job was disrespectful , manager please follow up because this kid needs manners or just a brain .0

They have been out of grease for the last several months and when I ask them to order some they tell me they can't because they just don't order it. I was willing to pay for it when I ordered it and pick it up later but they wouldn't do it. I guess I'll just shop at O'Reilly's instead. They order it for me without complaint.

Kevin is amazing! I needed my battery replaced and I am so thankful to have his help. I went to another auto zone and then didn't even offer to help. I drove all the way to this location on barley stable battery which was 15 minutes out of my way. Kevin helped without any push back. He was very understanding in everywhere and didn't mind going the extra mile. Give him a raise! Thank you again!

They has a majority of parts I need but unfortunately I can find a much cheaper on Amazon Prime and nine times out of 10 I go that route unless it's an emergency then I have to go to like Auto Zone

Awesome AutoZone recommended by an expert mechanic from down the road in Tonopah (A & J), they had the parts we needed and great service to boot. Thank you to Diego and the manager in training! Y all are awesome. Glad we had a nice laugh over some crispy spark plugs rather than having to overnight our vehicle for a well-known Honda issue. It was so nice meeting some folks that had already gone through this issue with their Honda and knew what to look for. Diego is awesome!!
