They have a Great store Manager Named Matthew and above all he was patient, helpful, reliable and respectful. He took the time to make sure my car was fixed because he knew I was having my son soon so I wouldn t have any problems. It s people like him that we need more in this world. People that are willing to help even if time lost. I appreciate you sir more than you know.

Floyd was one of the kindest, most knowledgeable service agents I've ever met. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed my car's problems through a series of non-invasive, straightforward questions. He also went above and beyond by looking into my previous battery's warranty [which was still active. I had thought it wasn't so i didnt even ask for it. He suggested it]. 10/10 would recommend Floyd! Very happy with my visit

Purchased a creeper, found same one for 45.00 dollars cheaper. When I returned the product with a receipt and undamaged. The manager made an insinuation as if he had an issue with the return and said I may receive a call. I will not be shopping at Auto Zone any longer.

I had the opportunity of meeting with Matthew Millet, and Rosendo. they offered me the best customer support that I have had in a long time and it was really refreshing. I asked Matt about AutoZone and why was he so proud of his job. And he explain to me we are here to please a customer as customers like you that makes our day. He think me for taking the time to speak with him and ask him the questions that I did, and everything he did he did with a smile. Rosendo was just the same very helpful very informative and I ask him even about a career opportunity later down the line for my son and he said this would be a great place to start a career. Those guys are amazing and I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to them both for the awesome experience I received today , this is definitely something to talk about at the water cooler. Very friendly and helpful staff! Stopped in for some advice on my vehicle and they were able to save me a trip to the dealership.They have a cart of tools for you to use if you need also.

Went to return a few parts that I didn't have the receipt for. The guy behind the counter took the time to search through the transactions on the day they were purchased and found it and was able to process the return. Huge shout-out to him for helping us out!!!

Be careful taking your battery to this location. They tell you that your battery needs to be replaced when it doesn't. Some employees don't even try to put it on a charge. Get a second opinion for sure.

The Manager and employees were wonderful. I had an issue with my outlets in my Tundra. I had already changed the blown fuses but couldn't figure out why they wouldn't work. He checked over everything and made sure to go through once more and figured out what had happened. I had a bad plug and after replacing the fuses that burnt out and testing all to make sure it worked. The manager went above and beyond to help me with this issue and figure out what was the source of the problem. No charge at all. Thank you for helping!!!

Have patronized this store several times, most recently bought battery, they removed old battery and replaced with new one. Very friendly and customer oriented, nice to be able to support local businesses. Would definitely recommend this store.

Their mistake cost me 1800.00 over an alternator. Just because it fits doesn't mean it should. The after market 235.00 alternator they sold me was defective. It charged at 18v every time the key was on. It fried the computer and the dash panel. Once a miriad of tests were done proving that was the culprit, and taken to them to prove it, they refunded my 235.00. Not 10 cents toward the damage resulting from THEIR part. I'm just not mad enough at my money to ever trust them again.

So Today Mathew Answered The Phone In The Middle Of A Question I Was Asking And After Getting Off The Phone He Smerks And Says That Guy Don t Even Know What He s Talking About And Then Proceeds To Help Me With Figuring Out If My Battery Is Bad Or Not So He Tells Me Come Back In An Hour So I Did Just To Walk In An Hour Later To See That My Battery Wasn t Even Moved From Where I Set It Down When I Asked About It He Said He Was Short Staffed Are You Serious How Much People You Need To Go Charge A Battery!!!?

I can honestly say the store manager "Vivian V" is amazing! Quick to the point and explains stuff so I know exactly what the part is called and what it does. She is kind and friendly unlike other experiences I had. Her team is also great! I will continue to only go to this store because of this experience.

Awesome employees! Thank you a lot to Vivian for helping me out with my '07 Nitro. I needed a new thermostat and she suggested a heat core flush and showed me a flushing kit for my lack of heat in the cabin. She was very knowledgeable, super nice, courteous and straight to the point! I didn't know the name of the parts I was looking for/needed and she knew all the proper terms and had no trouble looking up parts for me. Will definitely come back for my car parts and ask for Vivian. Best auto part employee I've ever dealt with.

This Autozone is the best they are so helpful and friendly! I came in today to get new wipers and Dre was very helpful installing it for me. U guys rock! Big shout out to Mason, Dre, and Vivian! You guys have the best customer service thank you all so much!

I went in for headlight bulbs and he helped me get the right ones, gave me some grease for them, then he offered me some disposable gloves so as to not touch the bulbs. He even threw away the old ones for me and the gloves when I was done. Very fast and friendly service! 10/10 would recommend this AutoZone!

Thank you Vivian!!!! Let me tell you, I spent my whole morning (3+ hours) getting my car serviced somewhere else. Just to be told I needed a new battery that they didn't have. (Blessing in disguise for me) So I drove to this Auto Zone and bought one for my 2016 Kia Soul, the cashier was sooo nice and helped me with my transaction. Then Vivian came out to replace my battery. Vivian was so patient with me and troubleshoot my cars battery problems so quick! I was in and out with a new battery in record time! I can't thank Vivian and the lovely cashier that also helped me enough! They got my car up and running again so quickly and with such amazing customer service. I am now a loyal customer to this store just because of Vivian and her incredible service. Thank you Auto Zone!!!!

Vivian V. the "store manager" is extremely rude. She tried to be a smart-alek with me. I was having a very busy day and came in to get a simple radiator hose, I had so much in my head that at the time I couldn't remember what the "radiator hose" was called. She proceeded to act annoyed because I didn't know the name of the hose. She didn't want to help me, once I explained what it was, she proceeded to remind me about 5 times that it's called a "radiator hose". I work for a large financial corporation and have never been treated nor have I ever treated anyone in this manner. I really hope Autozone Inc. does something about this as I will be filing a formal complaint. People need to be trained on how to manage client interactions, especially when it is done in front of her other employees and the store being dead.

Buckeye location, Cx Service by Mason is superior to many places I have been, professional, polite, knowledgeable. I ran over 280 stores in retail. Trained many to acknowledge CX, Listen to their needs and act on it. It sure Benefits Auto Zone, looking to see him Promoted to District Manager. He has what it takes, it was refreshing to witness this much caring and Service in such a chaotic time. Thank you Mason.

The associates are always helpful!Went in the morning to get pads and rotors for the front. Went back a little later cause my gf was right, and it was actually the rear that needed replacement, not the front. Went back a 3rd time to return the pads and rotors for the front when my gf came home with the receipt. Fyi.. 2014 Ford fusion, with an electronic parking brake.. the car has a parking brake maintenence mode you can put it in to make it easier for you to do the rear brakes. And, you don't have to use a special tool to turn the piston, it is able to be pushed in with a clamp. Found this out when I couldn't get the rear passenger caliper piston in all the way by turning it. YouTube was very helpful.
