Tim and Joy are wonderful. I used to work on vehicles for what I call a so-called living and it s a hard profession. Vehicles are complex, finding the right part is frustratingly difficult (and Joy excels at this) and much emotional intelligence is required (often it s like being an oncologist as far as dropping very bad news on someone skillfully.) Bisbee Bug does all of this, *plus* Tim is one of the smartest automotive diagnosticians I ve ever known, and I ve known dozens in my 78 years.

Tim and Joy are amazing. Not only do they really know their stuff but they are super nice people. I am so blown away at the great customer service, expediency and friendliness. Tim fixed my car quickly even though he was very busy and the cost of the repairs were very fair. I plan on taking my car only to them in the future. Job well done!!!!!!

Tim is the probably best mechanic in town. Friendly and helpful and knowledgeable in all the ways a good mechanic should be. He even takes time to help out locals in a pinch because his schedule fills up.

The best mechanic I have ever been to for all levels of diagnostics. Tim always executes clean, precise work. Both Tim and his wife Joy are friendly and knowledgeable about everything to do with cars. One never wonders " will they be able to fix it?" at Bisbee Bug.

Great people and great service. We were traveling and broke down. The owner made the time to check out our car and was very honest with us. After checking the codes he immediately recommended we contact the dealership because he was sure it was under warranty. I can describe Bisbee Bug in three words: honesty, integrity, courteous.

Great service station!!! The service you get here with Tim and Joy will be what you should expect from any good shop fair, honest service and pricing. Every time I bring my car in I know I will get it back within the projected timeline and it will be repaired as quoted with no additional charges incurred. Excellent place, best shop I have ever used!
