Steve and his son are amazing! We just moved to Bisbee from SW Colorado and had our truck die on us during the moving process. Our issue was diagnosed correctly as a bad fuel pump (we just had the pump installed a week prior in CO) and was replaced expertly by Those Guys at a cost much less than we were expecting. Our overall experience was great. Should note that there are not many beings left on the planet who are practicing service-to-others all day, seven days a week, but Steve at Those Guys is one of them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very reasonable price. Returned the next week to have the oil change indicator reset. Steve was very patient and worked through the issue until he resolved it. Old school professional service. I would definitely take my vehicle here again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I called about a vehicle problem and Steve was very friendly and helpful over the phone. I was able to resolve the issue myself without calling a tow truck. Thanks You Guys....I have since left my car in Steve's hands and received prompt and reasonable service.

these guys are awesome!!My van was stuck in the safeway parking lot for 3 days and we reached out to this shop. They didn t hesitate to help us, they cared more about us than they did about a $$!i would recommend this place over anywhere in Bisbee!

Wonderful!!!!! I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional work Steve and the mechanics at Those Guys Auto have done.My 2002 Sprinter Vans radiator had a large puncture. Turns out it was from the fan that was breaking apart. He secured a new radiator but there were only 3 fans in the whole country. They went above and beyond what most mechanics would do to complete the job. And for a VERY reasonable cost.Steve also took time to go over some other issues I should be aware of and printed out instructions on how to tend to them should they become a problem.I don't know of any other auto repair garage that are so personable and kind. The world would be a much better place if there were more folks like the gentleman at THOSE GUYS AUTO.

Steve is a genuinely mean-spirited person. He took my car in but refuses to give any time estimate. It is an industry standard to let a customer know roughly when they can expect their car back, I have never seen a mechanic have a problem with this but BOY Steve does. He responded by mansplaining to me how lines work, that other people exist, and complaining that he doesn't even get to go home at night, he's so busy. None of that tells me what to expect; it's emotional and personal, two things a service member should never be with a customer.Monday he took delivery of the car but didn't let me know it was there, I had to call to find out. No word by Wed, so I called at the end of the day. He told me he hadn't even cracked the hood, again condescended me by telling me how unimportant I am, how busy he is. Not helpful. But he did tell me Wed I would be the next car up. No word by Friday - didn't answer my call. Sat, Sun, didn't answer calls. Mon (today) a full week later with no contact or communication of any kind, he finally picked up the phone.I told him I'm really trying to get my life back together and knowing when my car will be ready is a key element to that. Just a *rough* estimate, ya know? Are we talking two days or two months? Give me something. That's when he got really nasty. He told me that I'm "clearly trying to get things together, since my car died coming home from a bar on Friday night". That's NOT what happened, he has no way of knowing what happened, but having him suggest that A) I was out partying, B) somehow it would be wrong if I was? C) I don't deserve service if I leave my house on a Friday night is SO out of line. He informed me I just need to have my drinking buddies drive me around if I need to get out so badly. I told him that is not an acceptable way to speak to anyone, let alone a customer. That's when he told me to GET THERAPY and hung the phone up on me.This guy has my car! So I called him back. He picked up and hung up on me. So I called again, he hung up again. 15 TIMES this happened! I have never seen anything so unprofessional in my life. Steve's actions are emotionally immature, verbally abusive and at this point I have no reason to believe he will ever return my vehicle. The police informed me that because I gave him the keys, it's not theft, it's a civil matter. Steve knows this. He knows that I have to choose between letting him berate and belittle me or going to court. Sorry Steve, I do have a backbone and you DO NOT tell customers to get therapy or blame what you perceive to be their lifestyle for your inability to treat people with decency. If I have to file suit, so be it. At the very least that will leave a permanent public record of a customer having to sue you to have their vehicle returned because the alternative of being verbally attacked by you is not acceptable.Steve is a very mean-spirited, cruel person that seems to take personal joy in verbally abusing female customers. I have no idea how his mechanics hold up because I haven't seen them. But I am having a full emotional breakdown because I made the mistake of allowing Those Guys a chance at my business and Steve has spent more time cutting me down as a human being than actually working on my car. He has said unfathomably mean and rude things to me, and he feels confident to do that because he has my car and thus can treat me any way he wants and he thinks I'll just take it and thank him for the abuse. Never again, and I strongly advise you do not let them do this to you. Call ANYONE else, Those Guys are dishonest, mean-spirited and genuinely appear to take joy in emotionally abusing female customers.

I had a problem with my front end and when I had brought the car in I forgot that I left my expensive shoes and expensive hoodie in the backseat and I was honestly expecting to get my car back and not any of the stuff that was inside of it and you know what nothing was even moved, they say this is what's wrong with your car here's what we can do about it And you know they do for a good price too I went to some other places and it would have cost about $3,000 for my thing and he did it with half the price. definitely the only place I'm bringing my car and my kids cars in the futureService: Steering & suspension repair
