The worst auto shop experience I've ever had; after four and a half months, they installed the wrong torque converter in my truck, they screwed up several engine components and left me an empty oil pan. Avoid The Shop, like the plague.

Good evening I was supposed to do this after I had left yesterday but totally forgot. But anyways my husband and I had our truck towed to this location and the 2 gentleman that help us with our car problem was amazing they went out and above to get the part we needed I loved the experience and so did my husband Ryan I would recommend this location very fast friendly and very good prices thank you all so much.

I have been going to The Shop for a few years now and have nothing but good things to say. Derek is always professional and easy to work with. He also makes it a point to reach out and let you know what is going on in the process of the repairs. He is a busy man, but always seems to be able to get my vehicles back up and running in a timely fashion.

The shop is the only auto place I trust. We took my chysler in and because he couldn't fix the problem he didn't charge us. When we took my Honda in he fixed it and told us are oil cap had been taken off. He ordered us a new one and didn't charge us for that. He is a great mechanic and like I said one of the few I trust. I went to a different shop here in town and ended up with more issues. Highly recommend the shop!Service: Auto maintenance

Very happy with the work they have done, and the time it took them. Also for the scope of work performed extremely satisfied with cost, they pretty much rebuilt the whole drivers side of my front axle on my F350 so happy to have found a shop I can bring my truck to. Great job guys thank you

Wow!! This is one of the best mechanics I have ever been to.I was driving down I-10 when all of the lights on my dash stopped working. I drove to Benson and stopped at the first repair shop I saw - they told me they couldn't help and that it would be days before they could even take a look. I spotted The Shop across the street and pulled in. The mechanic immediately stopped what he was working on and started helping me. He ran diagnostics and got to the root of the problem. He made professional recommendations and helped me get back on the road. I can't recommend The Shop enough.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I was driving from Houston to Phoenix and my check engine light came on and my car started running rough. I stopped at a few places that said they were all booked up and didn't have time to look at my car. They took a look at my car and found that it was a simple fix and did it right there at a fair price. A+ service! I am super grateful that they took the time and saved my trip

Very very Great service! After taking my truck to Mescal auto and got ripped off and never fixed the problem. I was referred to The Shop. He fixed the problem with half the price of Mescal auto. Stranded from out of town, I asked a gentleman (guessing the owner) just f he would take a look at my truck to try to help me out, so I could get back home. I was told do you see all the work I have out here, that would be unfair to my customers. I m thinking they would completely understand their mechanic taking a few hours away from their cars to help a stranded stranger. Maybe not. Was turned away and asked to try to find another mechanic to help:/

Visiting in Benson Arizona when our check engine light came on. Was referred by a gentleman who called The Shop and confirmed they could check our truck. Arrived 5 minutes later and was immediately helped by the staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. Cleared our codes and refused payment. We left our RAV 4 at The Shop out of the blue after it broke down and Derrick was able to take a look at it the next morning. It wasn't something he could fix but he gave us all the information he could and didn't charge us for all the time he spent investigating the issue. Seems like a stand up guy

Pulling 38 ft 5th wheel with Dodge 1 ton. Engine light comes on after we unhook. Stopped at three places in Benson, Az and then referred to The Shop. Instant service. Stopped everything he was working on came out put his machine on the computer in the truck. Cleared the problem. What a great man. We thank you. You need help go to The Shop. Highly recommend.

Such great hospitality! Our car basically took a dump and we couldn t do anything about it, had to book a room for the night, and no Uber, Lyft, or taxi service was available. The owner personally gave my husband, baby daughter and I a ride to the hotel! Thank you!

Very accommodating the guy Derek is great super nice the prices are right gets you in and fast Diagnostics your car and fixes it knows what he's doing what he's talkin about I highly recommend it

Passing through town and our Jeep broke down. They fit us right in. It took a bit to correct the problem, but we were very happy with the service, price and treatment.
