If I could give this place 10 stars, I'd do it. I called Super Lube Plus from 100 miles away on I10. I'd just lost a tire on my Fiat tow car to a pothole and was going to have to limp into Benson with a donut spare on the car. I needed a pair of Continental tires for the Fiat which are not commonly stocked. The guys at Super Lube Plus found me a pair of tires, and never asked me for a name, phone number, or deposit. I showed up the next day and they had the tires. The two brothers who own and run the place are great to work with. The work was done right, and the price was very fair. If you need tires, give these guys a shot, you won't be sorry.

I'm not saying it's a horrible place, but I won't go again. I had an oil change, and they did the work. I asked for conventional oil, but got a useless blend of conventional and synthetic garbage. (Which even if a person wants synthetic, there is no benefit with a blend.) They also filled my washer fluid up, which is kind, but I don't know what kind it is (if it's caustic). So now I have to get a 2nd oil change and change the washer fluid.

Quickly fast tell you exactly what s broken what need to be fixed why it s broken (if they re able to ) just awesome young guys who do a great job in there

Got an oil changed reasonable price and where able to ordered two new tires at the same time. Friendly calm environment with fast service. The employees where focus on their work. Customer support was great. The lobby was clean and cool while I waited for my vehicle.

I didn't go to Super Lube Plus for an oil change. I went because they had the best deal in the Benson area on new tires. I'm happy I did, too.The staff was very polite, and installed my tires quickly. I'm very pleased.I highly recommend them.

While there the tech came in and asked a customer if she would prefer to make a change ...as it would save her money. She would never have known... and got what she asked for. But she says I never thought of that. I would send my wife and daughter there... and it was my first time in. That's integrity

Always a great experience. Super fast and very professional team. They always make a person feel like family. Extremely honest team, that doesn't try to up-sell unnecessary work. If they suggest other services, take their advice, they won't bring it up unless it's something that really needs to be done.

I agree with man who accused them of 'bait and switch '.The chg is pricey, but the agent urged me to use a synthetic oil, but did not tell me that the price is $80!!! I will NEVER darken their door,again.And the car wash is less than tha desirable.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Awesome customer service.They've implemented a new, complimentary shuttle service where they can drive you around town so you can shop or eat somewhere else during your service. Reasonable price for a local shop and he was willing to work with us.

RVer on the road needed LOF done on 2019 3500hd Duramax and normally do all service myself. Wasn't much else available in Benson and took a chance with these guys. Glad I did as they are legit and care about what they are doing compared to high schoolers with pocket protectors. Price was reasonable. .If all places were this good I wouldn't have to do oil changes myself for lack of trust. Thumbs up!

This place did the old bait-and-switch. I called for a quote, gave my engine size and was quoted $75 for oil and filter change. Once finished, he said $149. When questioned, he stated because uses 7 quarts not 5. While one quart costs less than $5. They did lower the price to $90+ after questioned about the increase.

Called 30 minutes beforehand about a simple oil change, and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Every step was nothing but friendly, with great customer service. If ever need an oil change or need to drop by at a dime of a hat, they got back and it's worth every penny.

Very good service-nice people! BUT !!!!!Yesterday I had an oil change and , as always, they checked my tire pressure. A little o-ring from their measuring tool got stuck in the valve and this morning I had a flat tire. I had to pay $ 120 for the tire service, just to find that out. That was for sure the most expensive oil change of my life.

I arrived today for an oil change on Saturday at 12:40 and they shut and slammed the door on me! I said, "You are open until 1:00" The elderly, white haired man ran in back and pulled down the garage door. Wow! Awful customer service.

I have used Super Lube for my oil changes and assistance adding air to my tires.( I am handicapped and unable to add air to my tires). This must be the gold standard of automotive oil change/lube shops for the area. I called in to check price on a oil change, noting I would be bringing my own oil and filter. I was quoted $74.95...I repeated to the young lady over the phone "I will be bringing my own oil" she asked, "synthetic or regular?" a little confused, I replied "synthetic" she repeated "$74.95"WOW!...so when I bring my own purchased oil I still get charged as if I am being supplied with your oil? Talk about making money in the oil business...sign me up!
