Passing through town on our travels, with a dire need of an oil change. Stayed in the area for a few days, called ahead and was able to get in first thing the next business day! Fast, FRIENDLY, polite and fair pricing. Hard to know where to go when you are out of town! Your'e in safe hands here.

Had to have our teen daughter's 1999 Mazda car towed in for repair of belts & alternator. An issue we thought was previously fixed with another garage. Then next night car needed towed back again (4th tow in weeks!), same issue. Charlie found the issue causing the repeated failure and it didn't cost us anything to fix & pick it up. Her car has been running fine for over a week now! Highly recommend this garage! Prices seem reasonable for work performed and comparable to others we have used.

While Oakley s has a polite work crew, and they do the job right, they are among the most expensive shops in Cochise county. In today s economy, you would think that businesses would be willing to accommodate the community, but sadly most of them are still about the bottom dollar beyond their overhead and costs.

Avoid at all cost. They charged me $300 to replace a wiper motor, and a week later it broke while I was driving in a downpour on the highway. I could have died.I bring the car to another mechanic and they show me that the "new" part snapped in half. It wasn't new, but an old part that was glued back together and then painted to look new.They took advantage of me (a lone traveler), and when I tried to call, no one answered. The mechanic called them too, and they didn't answer them either.The people at Oakley's will smile to your face and stab you in the back simultaneously. Beware, especially travelers.

Broke down on road outside Benson on way to Denver. Made it to first shop we could find at about 6:30am. Waited for them to open not knowing if they could get me in or not. Anticipating an expensive repair that would take hours/days. Mechanic came in at 8:00am and got right on it. Had us repaired in less than an hour and for a fraction of what I was expecting. Helpful. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Reasonable. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you Oakley's!Service: Engine repair

Charlie and his crew were great! We pulled into town for gas & were having brake issues on our 5th wheel. Charlie took a quick look at it within a few minutes & recognized a problem. After discussing it with the mechanic the worked us into the schedule for later that same day. We left while waiting & they called us ahead of schedule with the issues & a quote & said it most likely would take all the rest of the afternoon & into the next morning. Knowing we were out of town he offered a discount at a local hotel. While we were at the store wasting time & deciding where to stay, Charlie called us back at 4pm. Our camper was ready!!! He was able to double up on mechanics & get our trailer repaired, tested & ready to go!!! He stayed on price point with a couple recommendations to do when we get home. Small town shop, great people! Thank you Charlie & mechanics!!!

Doug, Charlie & the crew took great care of us. We re full-time traveling and came into Benson to see them for a new alternator and had a great experience so we scheduled an appointment for the next week to get a new fuel pump installed, which we were planning on having done later and somewhere else. They were busy, so make an appointment if you can. Highly recommend Oakley s!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I've always had great service here. Work done well and quickly and at a fair price. Today I had a problem with tail lights on a trailer. I stopped by - no appointment - they trouble shot the problem, found a blown fuse, replaced it and wouldn't even let me pay for it. Is that great service, or what??? I highly recommend this business.

Had all brake pads replaced on Class C RV. Great work and was able to have it done almost immediately. I was given options for the new pads and the parts were delivered and installed the next day. Thanks!

Great atmosphere! Service was exceptional. Well eatablished bussiness. Charlie was very prompt and knowledgeable at diagnosing my travel trailer light's. He had me back on the road in 45 minutes. Highly recommend this garage.

unfortunately....they have changed...we paid 100s to get our over-heating issue resolved, and they couldn't find the issue. Sent us home 3 times with an over-heating vehicle. Said they checked it and it was running fine. Overheated on our way home, and again, and again that week. Thanks for NOTHING.

My motor coach RV sat in storage for over two years in Benson due to Covid related work. When I could finally get to it to get it home I had no idea of the mechanical shape. Oakleys, after hearing of my tight time frame, agreed to do a safety check the morning after my call. They did a bunper-to-bumper safety check pointing out a couple of minor things that needed to be done immediately, some basic maintenance that could be performed in a few hours, and several things that could wait until I drove the 1,000 miles home. They were spot-on on everything. The coach performed great mechanically, even going through the mountains of Colorado in 100 degree heat. These guys know their stuff. Equally impressive was the lack of any "up-selling" of services. If I could give Oakleys more than five stars, I would. Thank you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thank you to Bill. My husband just had an issue with his diesel truck as he was going through town on his way out of state. Bill got him taken care of and in a very timely fashion when others in the area wouldn't and all at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Bill for taking care of them, you made a rough situation better.

Was driving through Benson Az when my fan belt broke. Thinking that my truck would over heat. I called for a tow when the truck showed up. the driver Charlie was Courteous and polite. We got to the shop we're they fixed it in no time at a very reasonable price. Thanks for a stress free experience and a great remainder of the trip. A customer for life

Friendly, professional mechanics! My gear shift broke near the shop, and the owner came to meet me to check it out before he brought it in. They kept me in the loop while they were repairing the shift cable and got me out of the shop in 2 hours. Highly recommend!

I really want to take this time to thank Doug from Oakleys towing and shop in Benson AZ, for making a terrible situation even more terrible! I don't care how many years you have been in service or how many local cops you have in your pocket, bad business is bad business. And when your workers are trained to suggest I leave or talk to the police, long before I start a scene I'd reckon your worries are used to strongly disatisfied customers. But as always what do I know. Full review coming so y'all can decide if I am over reacting!

I have taken two vehicles to Oakley s for repair and they not only fixed them, they fully inspect the vehicle and I don t mean just checking fluids and brakes. They found several issues that I was unaware of and greatly appreciated their professionalism and fast repair.

I was a classic out of towner in need of repair. Was glad they were able to get me in quickly, & they seemed to do a good job (tidy organized shop), but they did charge me about $180 more than their quote without any additional work having been done.

These guys were great and very nice. I noticed a bad oil leak at the gas station nearby, called them and they fit me in as I was traveling through. Thank you!!!
