These guys were awesome. Helped us take a look at our van, and helped us diagnose that our starter needed replacing. They had a new starter in stock and we were able to replace it and get back on road! Super positive experience

Always a good place to go for parts. Friendly and knowledgeable about parts and how they work. The pricing is very competitive compared to Orielly s. Parts are generally in stock and as I stated are more affordable then their competitors. I will go back to Napa for my automotive needs.

I went in to the Napa in Benson with little knowledge about what I really needed, and the employees were very patient with me, and listened to my outrageous descriptions about the parts under the hood so we could get it solved. They helped me with price estimates, with parts, and with what was probably the best costumer service I have had in a long time. Truly nice people that are not out to make a sale but just trying to help another person. Great people, I live about 45 minutes away but if I need a part I'll be back there!!!!

Helped me diagnose my bad starter and provided good support and advice as I did a parking lot replacement. The rig starts sooooo much better - so this fix was long in coming. Thanks!

Napa is always my go-to auto parts store when I can't find the part I'm looking for anywhere else such as recently I have a 1949 Chevy pickup rat rod and I needed two Hood latches the old style that went on the CJ5 Jeeps nobody else had them I went there and sure enough they had a pair....

I was traveling from San Diego, CA to FL and ran into a problem. Im towing a 43' RV and had a broken truck. Simple fix in town but stranded on the I-10 made it a bit more complicated. Called the store in a longshot and not only did they have what I needed but Ellis drove me the part almost 10 miles away. And not only did he bring me the part he brought me a cold water, extra tools, and a hat. He didn't ask for anything in return, didnt charge me any extra. He just helped someone out.Hands down my best experience with an autoparts store. Thank you again ellis, you saved the day!

My battery went bad it was a nap a battery it was slightly under warranty My local mechanic George's Auto called Napa they sent a battery to replace the battery under warranty The battery they sent that Travis delivered was bad Travis did fix it and bring a good battery so all things were good
