These Guys are Great. Earl took care of our RV s faulty kitchen faucet. He accurately diagnosed the problem and had it replaced on a timely basis. Glad I go here for RV repairs.

Please don't hang up on me. Besides looking for someone to install the new awning material, of which you told me no you didn't and didn't know of anyone I also needed PEX pipe but you had already hung up on me. notneeded some PEX

Hung up on me twice, first when I asked for help in asking about a specific leveling product that she did not have. Second time I called to ask if they sold a large jack, and since neither of us seemed to know much, I asked if there was anyone else working there today, she said "No" and then hung up on me again.I am happy that I found a mobile repair service which seemed knowledgeable and interested in helping me.

What a unique company!!I ordered new awning fabric ..They sent me my electronic receipt, via emai..The awesome part..They were gracious enough, to list 3 local businesses and phone numbers near me if I needed help with my install !!What a nice touch !!

Rv parts.The store front doesn't look like much or the lack of rv advertising, but they have all the basic needs in RV parts and more.I needed a roof vent cover, and they had plentiful for multiple branded replacement.

Great service, friendly attitudes. Got me in within an hour of arriving while the "BIG GUYS" were telling me not until next week!!! Small owned businesses are the backbone of this country. Thank you Earl and Tony. Class acts all the way!!!

As a customer I was not their priority, our vehicle had been towed there because we had broken down on the highway while on vacation. Once the manager or owner arrived several hours before they opened and i spoke to him the first thing he told me was that he didn't know if they could help me, because they were short staffed and backed up with work. Then later It took one mechanic less than 30 minutes to figure out the problem and 11 hours later another mechanic once again less than 30 minutes to repair the problem once the parts arrived, for a total bill of over $700, I feel was over charged for the labor and the price of the parts needed were doubled the price of what I could have paid for them, and because they are a mechanic shop I am sure that they pay at least 20 to 30 percent less for the parts than I would have had to pay. Bottom line they knew I had to get the work done at what ever the cost was because we were stranded.

Was not a great experience. They did find the issue with our golf cart but did not follow directions to contact the proper person for final decisions. We found the service manager named John to be arrogant and not trust worthly of given directions. In turn it cost us an additional $200 + Dollars for a battery replacement we didn't need because the battery replaced was still under warranty. No concession was offered for them not following directions. There was not even an apology. Would not do business here again. No integrety with most businesses theses days.

My lawnmower was there over a month. Call and ask nicely when do you think it Will be done. Guy on the phone told me don't know I have no time line. And I can just come pick it up. So that is what I did.

Great service and at a great price. We are traveling through the area and they were able to take us on very short notice. They also have a good sized selection of RV accessories. Highly recommended.

I had a bad RV trailer 12v cord. I stopped by to inquire a replacement cord. The service person offered to come out to RV park this afternoon to replace the cord. The replacement of the cord went well, it only took a hour. Great customer service and I highly recommend this company for any RV repairs.

Friendly service. Took the time to give us a discount, an extra day, and miles when U-Haul failed to follow through on a reservation and we had to drive an extra 2 hours to get the right sized truck. Thanks Elite!

We bought a used pop-up trailer in a private sale at Cates Hill RV. The people at Cates Hill were very helpful and friendly - printing wiring diagrams and finding someone to rewire our trailer lights on a Sunday! The facility is clean and clearly well run. I wouldn't hesitate to give them my business!!

They had on hand, parts we needed to replace a gasket on our water pump hose for our Jayco trailer. We drove 30 miles or so, in from near Council Rocks, to get it. They have parts for many makes and models of RVs.

Found what I needed. New guy is not very helpful finding parts. He just knows how to look on computer the same as I can at home. If you need a special part don't bother asking him. The other guy that used to work there could find anything.

Great RV repair shop, we had our rig towed in after a breakdown. They had us fixed and back on the road in an hour.
