What's the point of offering warranties if you never answer the phone to allow me to make an appointment? Yes I know, I can walk in, just to make an appointment. But it shouldn't be inconvenient. I was just on hold for 25 minutes, and the line hung up on me. I wish I could say this was possibly a mistake, but it's happened more than once. Please get your customer service together.

I thought switching from discount tires to Sam s would be better.If I knew how understaffed the tires dept was here I WOULD NOT have. Calling for a tire rotation is a hassle. You will always be redirected to a call center bc the high call volume. Lol. No, it s bc there s never anyone there to answer any calls at all.I will definitely be going back to discount tires as soon as these tires are done. The customer service is not worth staying with Sam s for this.

Antonio helped us today when we came in with a tire issue. He was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. You could tell he was very busy and they were short on help today but he remained very helpful and efficient on working in the shop and managing the front desk. We will definitely be coming back and asking for his help! He made having a tire going flat turn into a wonderful experience overall!

I highly recommend coming to this location if you need your Tires or Battery changed. It was late and hot and when I called, they said " Come on down we will get you right in." The two Gentleman who helped me get my battery changed today went above and beyond. Their help and customer service were amazing. Thank you Sam's Club Auto Department!

Sam's club used to be my favorite and I couldn't stand Costco. The customer service is horrible at Sam's club as well as the lack of cleanliness of the store. One of the trash cans was stinking so bad I had to leave.
