I had been throwing codes in my Mustang and after a few back-and-forths with my regular auto repair shop it was determined that the custom exhaust I had installed about 7 years ago was leaking, so that was the next step in the process to address.My regular shop recommended Muffler Masters of Avondale and first off these guys are right down the road from the shop and I work in Scottsdale, so they were kind enough to ride up the road and get the car. Just an awesome gesture that while wasn't a big deal for them saved me a ton of headache and time being I was across town.I am embarrassed that I can't remember his name but the gentlemen who called me about the car was over-the-top fantastic, listened to what the issues were, and recommended to me several options with pros and cons at a level I can understand being less than an expert on exhaust and auto mechanics in general. He quoted me the price points for each option, I made a choice, and he called me when the job was done. When he called back, he was conscientious enough to mention that he noticed the existing cats were hollowed out (part of the job was replacing both cats), which made sense as a prior shop was going to replace them but then flaked. Point being, at face value it appeared that I might be running too much fuel and heat that was burning them up so the guy cared enough to mention it. I picked up the car, paid the exact amount that was quoted to me, and then back to the shop to replace a sensor. Shop confirmed exhaust no longer leaked and after the sensor replacement the car has been happy and no codes.If anyone needs any exhaust work Muffler Masters of Avondale is THE place to go, period.Thanks for the great experience guys, greatly appreciate it!

These guys are awesome. They do fantastic work for affordable pricing. They know their stuff and are very straight forward about the work that needs to be done and what it will cost. 10/10 would recommend. I ll be a life long customer.

Awesome shop for exhaust needs. Ethan up front was courteous and professional. Did a simple muffler swap on a 1st gen Taco and even was meticulous on other concerns I had. Did a thorough job with great advice on muffler suggestions. Definitely recommend!

Showed up on a yesterday (Thursday) looking for a quote. Walked around the shop looking for tips and an exhaust to go with my truck. We talked sized and exhaust note desired. Compared tips ON the truck to see what looked better. We talked price and came to an agrement about the cost. was completely fine with it. Then we talked about when the work could be done. Employee explained that they were all booked up for the day and that if I left the truck, he would take care of it first think the next day (Friday). I didn't want to leave my truck, so I said, "i can just bring it in first thing in the morning". I asked what time they opened, and he said 8AM. We shook hands on the price, the work, and the time. I show up today, the next day (Friday) morning, 7:58 AM, before any of the employees, and watch them walk in. He tells me that they have 4 cars a head of me that came in yesterday after I left... and that it would be till after lunch before they can take care of me. I asked, "why did he tell me to come in at 8 if he wasn't going to take care of me right away like he said". He said "well you didn't want to leave your truck". And this was my next thought and said "i thought me being here and talking to you, agreeing to being seen at 8 would save my spot". he proceeded to tell me "thats what happens when you have a first come first serve shop, we don't do appointments". That would have been nice to know... anyways. Terrible communication. Wasted my time. I'd give Zero starts, but... Can't do that.

Can t say enough good things about Chris. Took my 1976 c10 in for header install and custom exhaust. WOW!! There work in my opinion is top notch. The visual aspect the sound I just couldn t believe it I m very pleased and impressed. Thanks again you guys

The picture is NOT their storefront! It is actually different building with a different name. We called and they said first come, first serve. We got there when they opened to be told that we should have dropped the car off the night before!! Really? Why didn't you tell us that when we called! We did find an excellent business- B&M Muffler. So much more professional!didn't you

I recently Googled for services near me, and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service at Muffler Masters. I upgraded my exhaust system(Cat Back) which included a new MagnaFlow muffler. The sound frequency is way better than the huge stock dragon that it replaced under my 2012 INFINITI QX56.

These guys are Great! There work was fantastic. They were very busy the weekend I went and still got my car sounding great. On Saturday, the day they usually close early, I was late picking up my car (part closing) and they were very welcoming and pleasant when I arrived. Thanks again.

Was referred to Muffler Masters by a friend. Chris was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. They also have the best prices! Other shops wanted double what i paid. Chris and his guys did an awesome job on my genesis coupe. Will be a repeat customer!!

I took my very high milage Nissan Frontier to this shop after trying everything to get it through emissions testing. Chris and Ethan were spot on it troubleshooting this 0420 engine code and only replaced what they had to to save me money and get it passed.These guys are awesome!Trent Nagel

This is the place to go FOR AFFORDABLE PRICES & NO BULLAfter searching around buckeye and nearby places MUFFLER MASTERS where very professional and even gave me a estimate before coming in something other shops weren t willing to do. It s a first come first serve no appointments located on dysart they were willing to add a flowmaster etc same day I asked I couldn t be more satisfied and I will recommend them to anyone really made me love my truck even more

I ll give two stars because they were the first place I called that actually knew about leaking manifolds on a hemi. Dropped truck off on the 15th. Was told a week to week and a half for repairs. Truck sat for 13 days with no update from the shop and I had an out of state trip planned so unfortunately I had to pick the truck up before anything could be done with it. All parts were supplied, new studs, gaskets and aftermarket headers so there was no waiting on parts

Nice fellas, got me in and out. I went as soon as the business was open and they started immediately lots of places you sit around and wait and wait they went right to work. Also can watch them work with the view window to the Bay. IF one brings a part to any shop I always wonder will they switch it for a cheaper One, but no worries here you can see all.

Had to wait a day or two in line to get my car in but once there they were quick and did a good job. Price seemed high to me to buy and install two turbo mufflers but compared to other shops they are very competitive.

This place is great! The reviews are legitimate and Chris and Ethan do a nice job. No false promises or exaggerated times! Just a great place to get your exhaust replaced, repaired or upgraded. Also, I found them to be very respectful of time and budget which is always appreciated! Definitely use them if you have a need! They helped get rid of a noisy exhaust on my old truck and replaced with a much quieter muffler and tail pipe. Thanks for treating your customers right!

I've been going to Muffler Masters since the early 2000 . Never once did I experience bad service or lack of quality on all there work . They are on the level. They are professional at what they do. The prices are worth the quality work they do.me out . So don't hesitate to get all your exhaust needs taking care of there. It's worth every penny and time if u decide to stay and wait. I'll never go anywhere else. Special thanks to Chris and Ethan for helping me out with such short notice .

Honest and with fair pricing. If you need some exhaust work you can't beat muffler masters. I asked how much a new catalytic converter would cost and he had the best price. I dropped off the car and it was done within a couple of hours on a saturday. I paid the quoted price and nothing more and now my car runs like new.

They swaped my muffler today,This guy's welding skills are on the next level. The quality was amazing and they back the work they do. I was always greeted by a smiling puppy, they are constantly busy so having a friendly face entertain you til they get a moment made the whole experience fun. The muffler swap sounds great and his knowledge on my truck and explaining muffler differences helped to guide me in my desicions. I will recommend them to everyone. This place is absolutely fantastic! The brothers who run it are pleasant and easy to deal with. After encountering difficulties with my own muffler installation, I went to them and they put it in less than fifteen minutes. Fast, competent service. Two thumbs up. If you need a muffler or catalytic converter, I'd put Muffler Masters of Avondale at the top of your list.

Absolutely great experience. I had Muffler Masters complete a resonator delete on my BMW, as well as weld some new exhaust tips onto the car. Everything was done the same day. I even asked about a small problem with the car unrelated to the resonator or the tips and they fixed it free of charge. Great customer service, and an awesome new addition to my vehicle!

Had a great experience with this shop. Had to replace my catalytic converter and was preparing to pay an arm and a leg but was pleasantly surprised with how much they charged. Both of the owners are really easy-going and have great customer service skills. This shop did great work on my car. The store owner, Chris, is an honest guy who does his work in a timely manor. I walked into his shop at 9 am and left with a fully custom fabbed exhaust before 11am. Very impressive. Not only that but they offer the best prices that I've found in the valley. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
