JR in service was not only helpful {found and fixed a rattle from an after market part) but also thoughtful (knew keeping my truck was going to cause me an issue on my wedding anniversary) when he explained that the concern was a safety issue. Thanks for making the hard call and keeping me safe.

Bob is amazing we have purchased 4 vehicles with him. However the service department can use a good housecleaning. I wanted to ensure my trucks warranties would stay valid so I only service at the dealership. Normally I drop my truck off and get it a few hours later. Today, I dropped off first thing in the morning and told them I was staying since it was a quick service. The estimate I signed was $211. After 8 hours I saw my vehicle get pulled around. For a grand total of $800 for my 30,000 mile service. It was at wash for 3 hours and my truck had greasy handprints everywhere. I ve had issues in the past with trying to get recall work performed and this is the last time I ever go back to this dealer for work.

So where to start from! Umm I have to say that coming to Larry H Miller was a good choice not just that but Arthur was able to see me and address all my need when I came to finding the right car for my family. The customer service with Arthur was amazing! I would definitely recommend coming to this place.

I bought a F350 and have put around 2200 miles on it in almost 2 months ago from this dealership and it was definitely a mistake. Maybe it was because it was used but the salesman had no idea what was going on with it and just rushed me at all times to move forward with the purchase. I called in asking for a test drive and they told me it was ready only to find out it never went through inspection and I wouldn t be able to drive it. This happened 2 more times before I could even drive it and once I finally did I noticed some issues such as squeaky breaks, parts not being original, and the turbo seeming to not hold pressure and asked the salesman to ask the mechanic. I said pending on his response I ll purchase the vehicle and of course nothing was wrong with it at all its just a big truck as the salesman stated. While come to find out there s tons of issues and the list continues to climb. I wasn t going to post anything but this is ridiculous, the breaks are definitely going out, my heater doesn t work, check engine light for electrical problems and a failing ficm, and turns out quite a bit of the engine is not stock which was never disclosed even though I asked multiple times. The first issue occurred almost 2 weeks after having the truck and from then on I m finding new issues almost weekly with this truck, it seems at this rate the repairs will be more than the truck. It s disheartening because I chose to go with Larry H Miller as they have a high rating for quality and I was looking to spend a little more to get a reliable truck but this simply wasn t it.While parts of this dealership are nice they seem to be lacking in their repairs as I m reading lots of stories about their repair shop messing up and used cars not being in good shape. I have nothing to say about there ability to sell new cars but used cars I would be very hesitant and ask if you could have your own mechanic look at the vehicle. I would also recommend you ask they skip detailing your car they broke a ton of the door clips, didn t really clean it, just looks like they smeared soap on the truck.

I went to this dealership for one person, CHRISTIAN CRUZ. There is no way I was going to work with anyone else. He listened to what I wanted, did not offer me anything I didn't want, and he did not try to be a snake. He respected my decisions and was completely honest with me all steps of the way. He went above and beyond in taking care of me during and after the sale of my car. I made my purchase on 02/24/2024, and he called to check on me. When I come in to refinance or trade in my car for something else, I'll be looking for him. He has no idea how wonderful he truly is. He is the blueprint of exactly how a salesperson should be with each customer.

I met Mr.Elvin Hernandez Salesman at Dodge Avondale Az dealership, our company made 3 deals with him, All deals were exactly as negotiated with No games, he was trustworthy , listened us, process was simple, quick and painless, communication over the email or phone was always clear. We purchased my husband s dream truck at Larry H. Miller Dodge ram in Avondale. (Drove all the way from San Diego, CA.) And not only was it our dream truck, but it was a dream experience! From the sales staff to the finance team, everyone was very professional, and couldn t be more friendly! Our Sales person, Daniel Rakoczynski handled the entire transaction and was professional, friendly and made it a very comfortable and smooth experience. I am going to do my best to write a completely honest review. I would highly encourage reading it. Not saying don't buy a car from here. I really did enjoy the Challenger I bought, but know what you're getting into. Hopefully you won't go through the headaches that I did.First thing is first, some of the 5-star reviews here might be fake. I had initially written another 1-star review, and then got a phone call from the dealership, asking if I could change it to a 5-star review. In return they offered to fill up my tank the next time I was in for service. (Update: I actually got a phone call again from them the next day after writing this review as well)The car itself came with many problems that needed to be fixed. From broken seats to transmission issues (slipping clutch and gears wouldn't engage correctly). Thankfully it was still within the 30k mile warranty so I eventually got everything except the transmission fixed. They were unable to diagnose and fix the transmission issues. I had to take it to Chapman Dodge for that.The purchase experience was probably the worst aspect of it all. They are real salesmen. They surrounded me with 3-4 people, really trying to push the car on me. The whole process took about 4 hours because of how persistent they were on trying to sell every single option that they had available. I did not buy anything except the extended warranty, and I highly regret it. It actually does not cover much. The provided list looks comprehensive, but it's fluff (practically a list of bolts, screws, and hoses). I couldn't get any repairs done using it. Also the loaner cars that the warranty provides are only given when your car is being repaired, and only if the repair is going to take more than 4 days. So you do not get a loaner car for the duration of the diagnosis period. If you really want extended warranty, I would recommend getting the OEM one from Mopar, and not their in house option.The service department is another problem all by itself. Sometimes it would take up to a week just for diagnosis. I had to bring in my car multiple times for the same issue. There were incidents where I would be on my way to the appointment, and I would get a phone call saying "Do not come". Also, they are not really knowledgeable. The slipping clutch noises were dismissed as exhaust sounds, and were considered to be operating at optimal performance (exhaust sounds and clutch sounds are completely different).Finally, if you do buy a car from here, be ready to receive calls and texts from them regularly, asking if you need a new car or if you would like to trade your existing one. They do not care about the do not call list. Even if you tell them that your car is totaled.

Jesse the salesman and George the Sales manager did a great job moving mountains for me getting the best deal possible. Highly recommend them.Unfortunately I can t give my experience a 5 star rating based on the service I received aside from sales. I had to wait a week for my vehicle to be ready and I was told it was just a detail and that my windshield had to be replaced. When I received it there was no windshield replacement and I haven t been reached out to yet by safelite as I was told I would be and I was also supposed to be reached out to fix a light fixture that needed to be replaced as well.

Super friendly staff, good service and quality repair. Nice waiting area. However, I had an appointment for a set time and still had to wait 3 hours for an oil change. Regardless of whether you have an appointment, it is still first come first serve.

My lease was up so I had to make a choice. To buy it or turn it in. KT the salesman help me out as soon as I got to the dealership. He was at the door and greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Right away I felt confident that he was the right salesman to help me out. After going through my options he got me the best deal on keeping my truck. He did keep me updated with the progress of my buyout paperwork for my truck. I will definitely go back to get another vehicle.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I had at your dealership, specifically involving a 2020 Dodge Challenger purchase. I believe it is essential for you to be aware of the issues I encountered and the actions of certain staff members.I signed a deal for a 2020 Dodge Challenger on a Friday, and within a few days, I had not only buyer's remorse but also discovered significant issues with the vehicle. These issues, which were never disclosed to me, included the removal of the exhaust system by the previous owner, exposed live wires from the battery, peeling hood wrap, wheels that were spray-painted, and paint that was coming off. These are not minor oversights but significant problems that should have been communicated upfront.I reached out to your staff and even sent emails to General Manager Dominic to address these concerns. While Mr. Dominic did reach out and apologize, the subsequent actions of your sales team were far from satisfactory. Instead of providing me with options to resolve the issues, they made me feel like an inconvenience. I was misled and pressured into a deal that did not align with my best interests.Furthermore, I believe I was taken advantage of during the financing process. My current credit score was no concern to me, as I am a credit repair specialist and could work on improving it. However, I was placed into an absurdly high interest rate of 25%, which I believe was unjustified.I must emphasize that, at the time of this transaction, I was extremely fatigued from a 14-hour shift as a truck driver. Despite my exhaustion, your staff did not allow me to leave without closing the deal, repeatedly insisting that I wait.Ultimately, I made the decision to return the vehicle as I considered it inoperable due to the multiple undisclosed issues. To my shock, I later learned that the loan for the vehicle was funded by the bank while it was in your possession, even though it was returned to your dealership.I feel compelled to share my experience with others and to warn potential customers about the practices I encountered at your dealership. It is disheartening to label a business as unscrupulous, but my experience leads me to believe that Larry H. Miller Dodge is not a place where honest, hardworking individuals are treated fairly.I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues within your dealership. It is essential to maintain transparency, integrity, and respect for your customers.

Haven t purchased a vehicle here however the service department is the worst I have ever worked with. Have worked with Nissan, ford, and Infiniti, which were all excellent. I have never been as dissatisfied with a service department as I was with Lary H Miller Dodge Ram Avondale. The service advisor never reached out to me once for updates on the vehicle. I had to call him. The truck had to sit for 2 weeks before they even looked at it. After being at the dealer for over a month I got the truck back and it wasn t even washed, and they had my sun visors full of dirty hand marks. I had to get the rear window replaced, they did that but didn t even bolt the back seat in. It was all loose and rattling I had to bolt it back in myself. Didn t even offer a loaner vehicle, which I thought should be provided considering the work being completed was covered under manufacturer warranty. So I was without a vehicle over a month. If you want service completed on your dodge or ram maybe try Bill Luke you might have a better experience there.

I had a good experience with them. They got to my vehicle earlier than expected and got the issue fixed quickly. I would have given 5 stars but the car was dirty inside with oil stains on the carpet and on the roof of the cabin that weren t there before we brought it in. Great customer service but disappointed in the interior.

After being turned down and sent away Aldo was willing to do the work and get me on the road in a new car. The best buying experience I ve had!!!! Aldo had the patience and understanding most salesman forget to have when dealing with a woman making a major purchase. He was very upfront and clear about what needed to be done and what I qualified for and helped me every step of the way and reassured me to make it as easy and simple as possible to trade in and purchase my new car!
