I've been a Greulich's customer for years, and without fail the crew always delivers. My recent appointment was scheduled online, and the repairs had to be coordinated through a third party warranty company. I had my vehicle towed to the shop, met with the manager to authorize the work, and I left knowing my vehicle was in good hands. I received text messages during the day, keeping me informed of the repair progress. Later I received a call and a text that the work was done, and I could pick up my vehicle. When I arrived the technician told me the warranty company was good to work with, and all required repairs had been approved and paid. Once again, I trust this company to treat me like family. I highly recommend Greulich's whether you need an oil change or something more serious, they are unequaled!

We were traveling through Phoenix and the Costco tire shop referred us to Greulichs for an alignment. Justin was great and got us in quickly for the repair. They did a great job at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended!

Just hit my 90k mark so I was due for some work. The guys were very detail oriented and had prompt communication. They made the process very effortless. I appreciated their patience and hard work- my car now feels much safer and I have peace of mind knowing she s good to roll at least until the next oil change (but likely for much longer) They did a great job!

Quick and quality work! I sincerely appreciate their willingness to work with me on short notice and address a whole variety of issues with my vehicle. They use a 3 category system where they run through an extensive checklist and categorize items as either "Requires Urgent Attention", "Future Attention Items" or "Good", making it very easy to prioritize what needs to be fixed on your budget. I look forward to doing all my auto work with them moving forward.

I have been to this place before got my power steering fluid and axle issues fixed this time, then the car seemed to be leaking power steering fluid again not right away but some time later on, so I called them ended up speaking with Nick. I explained the issue and Nick was very kind told me I could bring my car in the next day. I dropped car off got a ride home, then later on in the day I got a call from Sean letting me know issue for leak was due to a defective hose, so they fixed it same day which was great because I was able to go to my appt next day. The service I got deserves a 5 star, thank you Nick and Sean for taking care of the issue right away, you made me feel like a valued customer.

This was my second experience with Gruelichs, and it was as good as the first. My car broke down in the east valley. I had it towed to Gruelichs near my home. Spoke Ange,l he was great! Got my car in the bay about 2pm back on the road two hours later. Gruelichs kept me in the repair loop every step of the way.I recommend them. They were honest and reliable. Great job guys!!

Things were okay a couple times not going back . Also please consider when a car repair is 1,000 plus dollars to not suggest taking my kid to a play place down the street when I was dropping 1000 dollars on the car or to take an uber home and back when could barely afford a car repair . I also feel my car is a bit more jittery since a couple days from the repair so will be going elsewhere going forward. Edit: I went yesterday and received the service I knew they are capable of giving and they fixed what needed done with my car that was causing an issue something was loose from the last time had to be adjusted or tightened . They have Justin and angel who do a very good job for the company.tbanks for the quick work yesterday.. Dec 5 thank you specially to Justin for really trying to work his bestand help me the way he us I appreciate it

Tow truck driver dropped our 2003 Duramax off at this auto repair shop. We did not know where to take it because we are from Oregon. They were very professional and quickly got us back on the road. I will use them in the future when we are down here.

Greulich's serviced both of my vehicles on 11/25/2023. A 2008 H2 Hummer and a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service advises were courteous and professional and the facility was nice and clean with great coffee. Both of the vehicles were serviced quickly considering I didn't have an appointment! Literally the day before I have to go out of town.. my check engine light comes on .at 6am this was the third place I called and Nick confidently told me to bring my car down .after a diagnostic he found my 02 sensor cat converter engine valve and spark plugs needed to be replaced The last person that did my spark plugs kinda told me my cat converter was going bad .. but told me - don t worry you can drive on it for a while if I would have been told .. driving it bad would cause all these other issues.. of course I would have fixed it asap!!!So Nick made sure everything got fixed same day.. and in a Saturday!!Thank you guys!!! I am definitely going to be a returning customer!!!***update- my car is in the shop again!!! I was not told what was wrong for about 4 days . Then told transmission I honestly do not understand why that would not have shown up on the diagnostic a month previous so far 3 weeks of misinformation I talked to both nick and Justin.. getting conflicting info I m really hoping I can raise my stars once this is all said and done!Unfortunately.. dropped it off last Thursday still haven t got any confirmation as to what s wrong with it .. am now currently in a rental - it s Tuesday evening 5 days - no information yet update coming****** update- car is still not done I m going on about 3 weeks little communication and misinformation .. every day .. I m getting we are waiting for this or that

These folks were awesome! I drove in from California to visit family and they quickly diagnosed the source of a scrapping noise and removed the offending part and didn t charge me anything! If I lived in the area they would definitely be my mechanics : )

Brought in a used BMW I just bought to troubleshoot error codes. They found rodents had chewed on sensor cables. Their techs hand built a new wire harness for a few dollars instead telling me I had to buy a $400 wire harness. Way to do the right thing!

I was extremely blessed that my neighborhood Greulich's had a 3pm appointment available for an oil change and it was open for me to schedule. I just moved to the area and so busy with the move that I was a little overdue for my oil change... the great thing is they got me in, changed my oil and even inflated my tires to spec because 2 were low.Going back next week to get my brakes done as well!

Great service! Made an appointment had to call and reschedule one time. They still got me, slightly early keptMe waiting a whopping 3 or 4 minutes and delivered the car completed and perfectly serviced in record time!!! Best place in town!!!!

I took my car in Monday, and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem same day. My car was still under warranty and they were able to work with the company to arrange the payment so that I only had to pay the deductible. They were friendly and did great work. My car is good as new again! I worked with Pedro and Justin, but everyone else I interacted with was very helpful, too.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs

They repaired my vehicle but I was charged over $200 for a diagnostic test that I was told was free. Be careful, ladies, coming here alone. They took advantage of an elderly, Mexican lady

Lack of communication. Fake diagnosis ran on car. Held vehicle for 2 days just to charge $170 for a fake diagnostic. Took my vehicle elsewhere and they found the problem with my vehicle and got right on it

UPDATE**** Took my truck back for an oil change. Justin the store manager checked me and quickly took my keys. 180 in terms of the customer service. I appreciate Greulich for reaching out and taking the time to care what their customers have to say about prior experience. Look to continue using them for my vehicles.

This has been the best experience I have ever had with getting repairs done to my vehicle. Justin and the Greulich's team did an amazing job on the repairs and went above and beyond to fix something that another shop had taken me to the cleaners on. The guys here were very knowledgeable and helpful. They text you when they start working on your car and when they are done working on it. Their prices are fairly reasonable. Only real issue I had was that I had my appointment at 9:30 and my car was not even started until around noon. I ended up having to have my rear brakes done as well, which really was not an issues except that it took them until after 5pm to finish my work because they needed to get parts. My car is fairly common vehicle. Overall the experience was a good one. Just minor adjustments and they would be perfect.
