If I could rate this establishment more than 5 stars I would. They take care of you every step of the way. Unlike your insurance, they are here for you! They go above and beyond to help reduce the stress that can come from dealing with insurance companies after a wreck. As a whole, the establishment exudes professionalism. But Pamela s knowledge and experience are so admirable. She speaks so eloquently and clearly that there is no room for confusion as to what the next steps are, and what direction a process is going. All and all Excalibur is run by a group of good people. We appreciate all their help more than they know.

Excalibur of Avondale was great to work with. Pamela was very helpful as my insurance company kept sending the check to different places, finally was received but Pam provided me great tips on how to track it down and how to deal with them. Overall, they helped me work with the insurance company and get me the best price.

Excalibur is incredible Pamala, Adrian they go above and beyond. Very professional and knowledgeable. The work alone is top notch and professionally handled. My car looks better than new (I was rear ended) I really appreciate all the hard work and time they have given my vehicle repair. I warn if anyone is hit by an insurer of commonwealth to be careful as they are cheap, tricky, unprofessional and try to use parts not to insurance standard. So please get your insurance or attorney help from the start dealing with this insurance company.(commonwealth) Excalibur thank you.

Absolutely outstanding service. Worked with and pressed the insurance companies to make sure all of the damage was covered and repaired/replaced despite the insurance company being less than prompt and responsive at times so that I did not have to add that to my burdens. Replaced everything with OEM parts (Hyundai) and brought it all back to factory new appearance. They manage their own rental fleet and it was all reasonable, above board, and hassle free. I brought more business to them since and will definitely come back again should the need arise.

READ YELP REVIEWS! Don not recommend if you need any body work done this might seem like a trust worthy company by their first aproach but after they took my car in i did not hear back from anyone. I had to keep calling for an update and after a month they wrote a very high estimate and my car was considered totaled. I couldnt get a second opinion on my car before they were already getting it picked up by the insurance. If your damage is any worse than mine go somewhere else because this place tried to charge close to 20 thousand

On the way back from a job at the Four Season's I was hit head-on going straight through the intersection on Pima and Dynamite. A teenage boy made a left turn and smashed the entire driver's side of my Ford F250 7.3L Diesel truck. Of course, the other driver was at fault and their insurance company was obligated to pay for my repairs and rental car. Their insurance company was AWFUL to deal with and made what was already a bad situation (being without my work truck during the busiest time of the year) even worse! Matt stepped in and handled everything. He took care of all of the communication with the adjuster and kept me informed via text what the status was. Their insurance company only authorized cheap after market parts but Matt made sure to put Genuine Ford parts on my truck. He even put new windshield wipers on the truck. There is a reason he is the best in the business - he really cares. In fact, I think he cared almost as much as I do about my truck and I LOVE my truck so that says a lot! Thank you, Excalibur for everything you did for my beloved F250!

The staff was amazing and helpful. I took my car in to get the bumper fixed and they were super accommodating, had excellent communication, and very professional. Pam was very nice from the very beginning, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Made the process as easy as possible. I apologize for not knowing everyone s names but everyone was very helpful. Their adjuster chad was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. When we picked up our car, Adrian is the one that helped us out, he s very polite, and courteous, very helpful and explained in detail everything that was done with our vehicle. Our experience with Excalibur over all was fantastic, and would definitely bring our car again and would definitely refer them to family and friends.Service: Body & Trim

I've been a customer since 2016. I was recommended from my car dealer and I was in a bad car accident. Excalibur took very good care of me. They did a great job on repairing my vehicle. However, the communication between them and myself was not good. They never once contacted me with updates, I always had to call them. And when my car was ready, the gentleman handling my account didn't even bother to call me. He had the receptionist do it. I have another car that needs a little work, but I'm uneasy about taking another car to them for repairs.

I had a doctors visit on the 07/02/19 and on my way here to Phoenix we suffered an incident at the highway, the drivers mirror was completely damaged as the door and body etc. We safely got to Toyota in avondale and had the car serviced. Miguel from Toyota recommended Excalibur body shop and they were fabulous.... from the start and till the end, Pam at the front desk was the nicest most caring person I have ever met. She work everything so fast so that we could get to my appt. On time. She handled everything with the insurance, I never got a call from anyone giving problems or anything. Mat the owner is such a caring individual.. he was concerned for us and made our day... he got us a rental car so fast, we had never been assisted like these anywhere else. My stress disappeared as soon as I cross the door in to their shop. My car was beautiful and ready in less then a week, we are very thankful for all the attentions and the kindness that they treated us with.

Excalibur was fantastic to work with. The front bumper looks like the day i purchased the 4runner. It was great working with Matt, they are as professional as they come. This place is great! Not only did they repair my vehicle surpassing my expectations, but they also provided a high quality rental vehicle. The customer service is on point and the mechanics and technicians don't beat around the bush about what needs to be done and why. This body shop does a great job in handling insurance. They also explain in detail what s the process. They also help you provide you with rental. Also, their customer service is great especially Pam and everyone there. They did an awesome job on my cars. I would highly recommend this body shop.

Bought a used car with some preexisting damage a couple months ago as of writing this. Despite this business being booked for a foreseeable month, they were able to take me in, order the parts I needed for the cosmetic repair and return my car to me in a matter of days. Absolute disgrace in regards to customer service. Could use a refresher on how to maintain customer loyalty or even gain some common sense in how to service others and be kind.Upon entering the facility, one of the receptionist was overheard yelling at their coworker to hang up on a customer on the phone line.As quoted: "Hang up on them! Hang up on them! Who cares!"When we were "serviced," the staff member refused to listen to the full description of our vehicle's issues. When attempting to discuss in detail, we were responded with "No, I don't want to hear it," and insisted that we see a different place to fix our issues as it wasn't their responsibility. Only thing they were responsible for was the damage done on the doors. They refused to inspect anything else despite us being referred to by our insurance.Pam the receptionist was the only one who truly assisted us and was the only redeeming factor in this experience.If you want to have a good experience, I recommend going elsewhere. Unless you would love to be disrespected, belittled, and yelled at with absolute garbage service by one of the staff members then this is the place for you. Sad that there is this much disrespect from this experience.Do better.Seeing their poor response to the low ratings on Google and failing to take accountability doesn't surprise me. Just be accountable, it's not that hard to do. But for some, it clearly is and is sad/laugable. Shame.

Excalibur of Avondale. Went beyond the call of duty. They are so professional. Their customer service is absolutely impeccable. I worked in a body shop for years. Their workmanship. Is phonominal. I am so impressed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Just ask for Chad. Thank you. For sure an amazing job.

Meticulous service and repair. Although there was minor damage on my new car, it was taken care of with great attention to detail. Pam at the front desk was very gracious and communicated with me throughout the process. Chad and Matt examined the vehicle carefully prior to the work performed, and also when I picked up the car - which by the way, looks perfect. Thank you to the entire Excalibur crew for an exceptional experience!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have taken my vehicles to Excalibur of Avondale a few times over the years and always had great results but they really out did themselves this time. I have a custom 2015 Ram that had significant damage to the passenger side rear quarter panel and it really made me sick to even look at it. I took it in to have it looked at and they were really busy but Pam had Adrian come out and take a look at the damage and then I just had to wait a bit for scheduling. In short order the owner Matt was able to squeeze me into the schedule and I dropped it off and Chad took it in for an estimate on costs for it to be fixed. Matt called me the next day with the estimate which was very fair considering the damage so he had his guys get on it. Repair work was started and completed earlier than I had planned. Matt called me when my truck was completed and ready for pick-up.All I can say from top to bottom it was very high quality work and I couldn't even tell there had ever been any damage. Really, really happy with the service I received from everyone involved from Matt, Pam, Chad, Adrian, Body Techs and vehicle detailers. In my opinion you can't put a price tag on the quality of service that Excalibur offers.I would highly recommend Excalibur of Avondale if your vehicle has been in an accident or have a damaged vehicle.
