Went to Echo Park on a busy Saturday. Was able to walk the entire lot without one salesman hovering over me. Love it no pressure from start to finish. Worked with Jimmy who was busy with another customer but came over to answer all our questions and allowed us to test drive several vehicles. Though he was very busy he made us feel welcome and answered all our questions in detail. Again still no pressure. Decided to buy that day and absolutely love the car and price we received. Their approach to sales is not typical and very refreshing. Will recommend Echo Park to everyone.

Me and my wife s experience at Echo Park Automotive was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out and she drove our new vehicle home we felt very comfortable and we re not pressured at all. Rafael B. and the rest of the Echo Park crew at the Avondale location in AZ were great people, and helped guide us through the entire the process. This company truly cares about their customers and they offered us lots of different protection plans for our new car and of course it was all optional and they didn t try to force us into anything unlike other dealers. Will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

What an easy, low pressure, quick friendly environment. Price was way less than other dealers and trade in price was $1300 more than multiple other dealers. The staff were excellent, and so friendly and easy to work with. Thanks so much for helping with the new ride!

Used car lot that seems decent enough. I got an Ok priced car with 3 year warranty option. Apparently, there is no commission, but salary based salesmen/women, so not too much pressure. They Will address issues you have with the vehicle in the first 30 days no hassle, and have returned all my phone calls. Sales man knew my budget and didn't come back with a higher price that I told them I would not pay. No complaints.

After spending the countless hours of researching which vehicle to buy. Echo Park Automotive gave me all that time back in the test drive and all the way up until closing the deal. Super friendly staff who have clearly done this before. They had me in and put with a price that I couldn't compete with anywhere else. Elizabeth made the whole process a joy to test drive and learn more about the vehicle I was buying. (Anna) sales manager) was just the cherry on top when speaking with her about financing options and educating me on things I was not aware of when getting down to the details of the sale. Absolutely wonderful experience, and I left with a wonderfully detailed vehicle and experience.

If you're an introvert, this is the car dealership for you! You buy online, you don't haggle, and you can even test drive by yourself. The salespeople are low pressure and good at explaining the process. I had a vehicle shipped from Texas, and they received it quicker than I expected. In checking over the car, when I pointed out something that was wrong (the passenger side window button would get stuck in the up position and then would only work to get the window down, not up) they were very quick to take care of it (except it's happened again; no idea if they'll fix it again for me or if they've washed their hands of me). I worked with Vince, I believe, and he was very communicative and helpful. Next time I buy a car, I hope they've got what I want cause I don't think I can go back to a traditional dealership and not be stressed out.

Update: Previously rated 1 star due to poor experience with this seller over a situation that was misunderstood but still an inconvenience.General manager David Foster called me a day later willing to try and find the another vehicle of the same model and make we were interested in. He redeemed the poor experience by making everything as smooth and hassle free as possible. Happy to say my mom got a nice new vehicle that she enjoys and overall everyone at EchoPark were kind and understanding. Thank you, David for being extremely willing to rectify the previously bad experience.

I have limited experience with car dealerships but I can say that my experience with EchoPark was positive and it was quick and easy to buy my Honda Accord.But the main reason I rate them highly is that, when my vehicle experienced engine issues (misfire under acceleration) 10 days after purchase, I took it back to them and they fixed it without me ever having to go into my wallet. My Accord was repaired at a Honda dealership with OEM parts and EchoPark put me in a loaner vehicle to drive while my car was being fixed. I would feel good about doing business with them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

Ethan was very helpful and sweet and went with us step by step and gave us so much advice, it felt like he cared about us getting the right car more then just selling it, Although he s been there for couple of weeks, he sounds very intelligent and knowledgeable about so many things that I think is important when finding a dealer.I advise Ethan for anyone who s wanting a car because he truly care about u and what u need.I appreciate him so much and think he s the best.

We bought our car here. It was a 2022 Nissan Altima. Vans was amazing. Prior to the visit, we were about to buy the same model from a different dealership but the salesman had no idea that the car he was showing to us was already sold. We really had our hearts set on a Nissan Altima. So I searched for this model on Google and this model was available in Echo Park. I gave them a call and was told that I needed to get an appointment. I booked an appointment within the same day in the evening and they accommodated us. It was very smooth. I reached out to them through their chat button in the Google map and I received a very prompt reply. Everyone was so professional and patient even after we experienced some delay due to my husband's card being on hold by the bank. That was resolved though it took longer than usual for someone at the bank to pick up the call and assist us with our concern. Amazing staff. Look for Vans! He will help you with everything. Glad we got approved and left with our car! Thank you for your help, Vans. We will definitely recommend you, your team, and your shop! Great car, great price, great staff!

Salient detail- I purchased a vehicle, Salesman said "don't worry you get a 30 day warranty."Had a tire blow-out on the highway within the 30 day period, I spoke with Eric, the Manager. He said tires are not covered and added that I signed a document and agreed to that.Given the short time I owned the vehicle, I just thought I would check to see if you would take care of me. He said "I am taking care of you."Hmm, so by not taking care of me, somehow in this gaslighters mind he's taking care of me.In conclusion I have to assume they value my future business at less than the value of one tire- about $200. That is disheartening.Noted...

My experience was fantastic! I called in to check on a vehicle and when they confirmed they had it, I drove straight over! John Spencer helped me out, and I was able to walk through the door, do a test drive, and get out with my brand new Kia Niro EV in just a couple hours. John made sure to explain all the features and benefits I was getting with my new vehicle and made my entire process so easy! I absolutely recommend!

I began a purchase of a vehicle from this location on Friday night putting a deposit down to hold the vehicle from over 500 miles away. Anna was amazing helping me through text and on the phone getting me approved for the vehicle and giving us the confidence to fly to Phoenix the next morning to pick up the car. Anna and her staff were very professional and got me I the car to drive and through finance very fast and easily so I could drive the car back to New Mexico the same day! Thanks Anna & Vince for everything!

Best prices for nice newer used cars. Compared to 15 dealerships when considering our "new" 2022 Honda Cr-V. Usually, the dealership was $2-5,000 less than others. Nice selection. Easy to arrange a test drive. The only thing was they were kind of pushy with the service contract I didn't really want. But salesman, you know....

I had a great experience at Echopark!! I went in with my dad to look at a vehicle I was interested in and was able to test drive the car pretty quickly, and from there Ethan helped me with the whole process and he was super helpful! I was also able to trade in my old car for a better deal than I ve seen anywhere else. I had a good experience over all and would buy a car here again !!
