Was very impressed with service dept. for our first visit. New car so it was for an oil change appointment and paint protection. I was checked in immediately with a welcome and warm greeting. Lounge waiting room was very clean and coffee station was a nice touch. Tech was on time and I was in and out very quickly. Did have to reschedule paint protection due to it raining, but that was okay. Kenny was a great advisor for first visit.

Wow! A dealership - sales rep, really, that respects boundaries!!!! He DOES exist! His name is Shayne Walker! Very respectful of what I said. No, really, he heard me when I spoke and then respected my desires! I love my new Tucson Hybrid! Shayne found exactly the color combination I wanted and we made the numbers work for both ends of the equation. YAY

Working with Earnhardt Hyundai was the best car buying experience I have had in the 50+ years of buying a car. The salesman, "Chocolate" was experienced and listened to our wants and needs. He was not pushy nor did he try to up sell us. The finance team worked with us to get us what we feel was the best deal for our situation. We were also given a good tutorial regarding the features of the vehicle. We would certainly recommend Earnhardt to our friends and family.

Starting with Shayne at Earnhardt Hyundai I give him big applause. He did a great job his first communication with us getting things ready and the finance manager Dominique. everybody was up to the task, everybody was a professional , my wife is very happy with her new vehicle , in the future. If one of my friends on myself need a vehicle definitely going back to Shayne at Earnhardt Hyundai very satisfied thank you.

Our car buying experience was great. James Chocolate , our salesman was patient and very knowledgeable. He listened, gave us options, and graciously accommodated our many questions and uncertainty, leading us to options and giving us plenty of information to make our decision. Brought my vehicle in for regular service as well as a few concerns regarding vehicle vibration and a wiper issue. The team was able to identify the issues right away and repair them under warranty, plus the regular service was reasonably priced and performed quickly. The waiting area is nice, the team was great, and the whole process was smooth. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for service in the future.

Jerry Coker helped me with the purchase of my vehicle. He provided excellent customer service and was very straightforward. I told him exactly what I wanted and that is what he showed me. He showed me one upgrade that he felt was good value within my price range, but once I expressed I was not interested, he moved on. I appreciated him showing me options within my price range in case I was interested. I went to other dealerships where they try to add options on the vehicle that was not advertised in the price and would claim these were already installed. At this dealership, the listed price on the website is what you get here. I highly value transparency so that was a huge value add for me in terms of service. I was in and out within 2 1/2 hours. He made the experience easygoing and I am very happy with my car and the financing Hyundai offered!

This is not your Father's car dealer. First class operation with agents who really care about your wants and needs. These folks took the time and effort to ensure our requirements for the car were fulfilled. Eddie took the reins for our negotiations and made sure everything was perfect while keeping a cordial and helpful attitude.Cheers to Everhardt Hyundai for making what used to be a pain in the driver's seat into a pleasant experience.

Love the customer service here. They are prompt, friendly, great you with a warm smile, and an introduction. Easy to talk to, and provides you with a honest servicer to explain cost when servicing my vehicle, and not afraid to provide suggestion of competitors to service, if they can't meet your needs. It has been roughly six years since we shopped for a new car. Personally, I dread it, as most people do. A lot has changed in six years. We stopped by Earnhardt Hyundai last weekend to check out the new Tucson. Viviana was our salesperson. She was genuine and didn t pressure us one bit. I explained that we had to sell our old car first and to get all of our ducks in a row before we could buy. They understood and didn t bother us like other dealers did. After selling our car yesterday, we went back to see Viviana. Again, we never felt pressured. I told her that I needed to compare the incentives for both hybrid and regular styles, because we wanted to make the best decision. She was patient and showed us about a dozen cars on the lot and went with us on two more test drives. She was knowledgeable and best yet- if she didn t know the answer, she would ask to get the correct answer from someone who did know. She was very patient with us, as our young son with ASD was also there with us. As crazy as it sounds, it was actually an enjoyable experience, unlike others we have had in the past. Granted, the market is quite different than it was six years ago and dealerships may not have the same wiggle room to negotiate. I would definitely recommend Earnhardt Hyundai to any of my friends and family who are looking to buy a new vehicle. Thank you, Viviana!

This was my second covered visit with my 2023 Santa Fe. Antonio was my service writer and he was pleasant and honest about what was needed beyond what was covered. I took his recommendation based on my knowledge from previous vehicles. Work was completed in the time he had estimated. Would not hesitate to recommend Earnhardt to any Hyundai owner.

Buying a new car can be very difficult process. You always hear things about shady dealerships that rip you off and don t really listen to your needs.Jerry The Car Guy Coker provided excellent customer service during the whole car buying process from sending a video of the two cars of interest to take the car off the lot.He was very professional, great at explaining everything in detail. I would highly recommend him to others. Excited for my first hybrid car.

Brought my car in for routine service and a recall. Adam called me when it was ready, was very helpful explaining everything. I wanted to get 2 tires replaced, he got it done in no time at all. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend. I will hope to see Adam at my next visit.

My husband and I had a great experience here! After looking for a new vehicle to lease for several weeks we finally found a website and dealership that was honest about what our monthly payment would be. It only took 1.5 hrs at the dealership to get the deal done and our sales person even came in on his day off to do it!

They supposedly did an Auto Butler on my car . When I got there at 8:05 am they took me right away and said it would be 2-3 hrs, and I said that long? He said he will try to get it done faster. I then went into the waiting area. At 8:34 am he came in and said car is done. I SAID REALLY? He said he had 2 people free and the both worked on it. I found it hard to believe that they could finish it that fast but went to my car and it looked good so I accepted it. Once I got home I noticed bugs on my front grill( not fresh enough to get on my way home) and the floors were not vacuumed and neither was the back area. I think maybe all they did was wash it and do the windows. When I purchased the car I paid for 4 auto butlers and the previous 3 were great and did take 1 1.2 too 2 hrs. So maybe you should look into it. Thanks, otherwise I have been pleased by the service and treatment

Went for oil change with no appointment and Marcus took me in with no hesitation. We was nice and polite and provided me a shuttle ride back to dealership once my car was done. He also seen my car back wiper broken and fixed it at no charge. Thank you Marcus for going over and beyond. :-)
