I have been bringing my truck here for services since I purchased it two years ago. Aurelio (JR ) Rodriguez has always taken excellent care of me. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything to me when something comes up.

Haven t been let down by this dealership I particular! Allows me to trust with whatever service or part that I need. Taken into account a lot of things can be expensive but you know it will be done correctly!

Brought in my truck in February and put $4k into repairs and I am back with the same issues. I made an appointment on 7/12 and was told the parts that are failing that they replaced are back ordered until August 23rd at the earliest. There customer service is horrendous, I have left countless messages, emails, voicemails, and in person messages taking days to respond. I go in at 8am to talk to somebody on a Wednesday and nobody is inside. I will be filing complaints through the BBB. Been a lifelong ram user and this is the final straw. Save yourself time, money, and sanity go with any other place and brand then here. Dominic thank you for the response, however I have left you 2 emails, 2 voicemails, and a note on your desk without a response for over a week. So please if you could get back to me at your earliest convenience.

I was disappointed to learn the appointment I set online was only to get me checked-in and that I would have to leave my van for several days.That was not possible for me to do so I just left.To bad you dont tell folks that right up front when setting an appointment for service.I'll never go back.

Came here to do my Oil change. Service man came to me and said my cabin air filter was dirty showed me a picture of a dirty cabin air filter. A month prior to coming here, I changed it myself with a brand new one due to the smell my of my ac. So I knew he was lying. I told him to get his manager. Spoke with the manager, and he proceeded to have a shouting match with me. Could not explain how a month old cabin air filter turns grey and dirty. He basically told me it is what it is. He got up and took off his glasses tried to get in my face like he wanted to fight. Lol.As a person who went to school for automotive tech and with along side Master techs, your shop and manager lie. I bought my truck here, and so did my in-laws. Due to the dishonesty and terrible service, we will NEVER come here again, not even for future buy.

JR was phenomenal! He went above and beyond when helping me find the best solution for my tire, light and other structural repairs. He kept in contact through the entire process. I was able to bring my car in for a last minute appointment and I was in and out in less than two hours! By far the best service I ve received in the two years I ve been a Dodge vehicle owner! *ZERO STARS*We have been coming to this service department for years with not only personal vehicles but work vehicles as well. The service department here is not only NOT trustworthy, but even the managers here won't take accountability of the fact that there are issues and things that really need to be corrected. We emailed the service manager Gary regarding the fact that we were left stranded in a different state due to the carelessness and low quality of the work done at this shop, and all we got in a response was "Sorry, take it somewhere else and they can help". So if you are looking for low quality and unreliable service, you found the right place.

Even with scheduled appointment you need to wait TWO HOURS FOR OIL CHANGE!!! Waste of time! This place is afloat only thanks to warranty work. Therefore, in non-brand car services, the quality and service are better, they have to fight for the client.

Great experience with service department. Robert, the service advisor, was quick and efficient getting my vehicle checked in and going over the services to be performed. Once back in the bay Mark, the service tech, was the only one who worked with my vehicle. I have a Sublime Green Challenger and am always cautious of it being out of my sight, but I felt completely comfortable as Mark was very respectful of the vehicle and yet also very thorough in his inspection and work processes. I was done and out within the hour and very pleased with the overall visit.

I had an appointment at 11:30 AM and was asked to wait until my service advisor would be able to assist me with a vehicle recall.At 12:05 PM my service advisor shows up. He mentions to me that the recall service on my vehicle would take approximately two hours. I opted out and decided to reschedule. It s very unfortunate I had to wait little over 30 minutes although I had an appointment. I realize that businesses are shortstaffed but that is not an excuse. My time is very valuable and I do not accept this kind of service. I give it a zero stars.

This is by far the worst service center we've ever had to work with. If it weren't for warranty repairs that need to be made, we would've never brought our vehicle back. We specifically requested not to work with JR because of his poor customer service, lack of communication, and failure to follow through and that's exactly who we were paired up with. We dropped off our vehicle 2 days ago letting them know exactly what was wrong and they still don't have an update. Ridiculous. We've had the worst service time after time even for a simple oil change.

I used my extended insurance to pay for my AC compressor which was a very pricey job, over 2k. My service advisor had to call with the diagnosis and get approval for the claim, which took some time on his part. He was able to get the job approved in full so I didn t have to pay anything out of pocket, and my car was fixed the next day. So far so good and I was advised I have a 2 year warranty on the work. So far my AC ice cold which is more than desirable with the hot AZ months approaching. Thanks Dodge Avondale mechanics and thanks to my service advisor for doing except getting all the repairs done in a timely manner and covered with my insurance.Service: A/C installation & repair

Had a really great experience with with the service team. Donnie goes above and beyond for his customers. While I was waiting for my turn I Witnessed Donnie giving amazing customer service to his other customers. This man needs a raise. Work was completed in a timely manner and Donnie communicated with me along the way so I knew that there were no delays and I knew when the car would be ready for pick up. I normally don t post. But I was really impressed by my trip to Avondale dodge service department. I had the pleasure of having Donny as my service agent. He greeted with warmth and professionalism and informed me of the process and assured quality. He scheduled me a shuttle home and informed promptly on when my services were complete. He even addressed my auto start issue without me having to make a second appointment. I've been going there for years since I bought my 2013 journey. I have had the same service man for years. Robert has always been detailed about everything when I take my car into tire shop for routine maintenance oil changes etc. He always does and outstanding job and goes beyond in my opinion his duty, to give me outstanding quality service. Very professional and proficient. My advisor, Donny, was top notch. I watched him move through the line in the service bay efficiently, but still stopped and talked with every customer and made sure he knew what they were there for. This was my first time at this dealer, I will continue to go there from this experience. One of the best things they did for me was get me a Lyft ride back to my office while my truck was being serviced. I know they dont have to do that, but that right there puts them heads above other dealerships.Service: Auto maintenance

My appointment was scheduled for Wednesday at 12:00, I dropped my truck off Tuesday afternoon. After not hearing from the dealership I called to check on my truck Friday morning, only to find out that it hasn't been worked on and they had no idea when it would be worked on because my Advisor was on vacation.After explaining that i had to have my truck back Friday in order to use it Saturday, they decided that they would "try' to get it done for me, otherwise I would just have to pick it up and reschedule my appointment. Why do we make appointments if they aren't going to complete the work in a reasonable time.They did complete the work. They sent a Lyft to pick me up, when I got there they handed me my paperwork and said "there you go". That was it. I will not willingly go back there again. I understand things can happen, but I expect communication.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We have been dealing with Avondale Dodge since 2004. We have had the best customer service with our service advisor Junior Rodriguez. He has always been there for us with all our 5 vehicles. I had an issue where the radio went out and had to get it replaced as it controlled the AC as well. The service rep Robert was great with communication and talked me through what was needed without any funny business. My wife and I went there to buy a Jeep that I found on car facts... Ask for Eddie he was amazing to work with. We were very happy with the service we received and I'm very happy with the Jeep that we purchased. No nonsense everything was on the level and very cool.Update...After 3 months of driving my 2018 Jeep Sport I found an oil leak underneath. It was substantial enough to check the oil dip stick to see how low my oil was. To my surprise it wasn't low at all...infact it was over filled by 3-4 quarts. My first though was I have a blown head gasket. The next day I want to the dealership to talk to a service technician to see what my options were. Corey Gorges was the service advisor I spoke with...he was amazing from the start. I let him know that the Jeep I just purchased was my dream car that is my daily driver. Corey had my Jeep back to me the next day. Thank you sooooo much Corey your the best . If you need any maintenance on your vehicle I would recommend Corey Gorges to be your service advisor. I am rating them one star because 0 is not an option. Took my Ram in for an oil change and tire rotation. Picked it up, oil life was never reset and they service person told me that I just needed to reset it. After asking if it was part of the service, he rolled his eyes and went and did it. I asked about the tire rotation becaise there have been times they don't do it or when they do do it, they don't correct the tire pressures. (60 PSI front and 80 rear). I noticed the tire pressures the exact same as when I brought it in and he said I needed to drive it to reset, I asked if the adjusted the tire pressures and he told me that he had just explained that I needed to drive it again. While driving home, TPMS light comes on and says my front tires were at 80 PSI and rears were 60 PSI. SHOCKER! Shortly after parking my vehicle, I notice oil dripping from the bottom of my truck. After cleaning it multiple times over the weekend, I took it to work and found oil dripping again. Took it back to them that day, 30 minutes later, they call and say there is no leak, it was just spillage that got into the frame and was dripping out. I was told they power washed it and cleaned everything. When I got it home, after 10 minutes, more oil was dripping. Found oil all over the underside of my truck that was never cleaned. I then proceeded to clean that and then the inside of the frame where the oil was spilled. After an hour of laying underneath cleaning, I'm hoping it really doesn't have a leak they missed.Service: Oil change

First I want to say we've purchased with this dealership more that 2x...sales department always great I'm sure because they have to be. The service department definitely lacks the customer skills the sales department has. I understand due to Covid parts and things are delayed. I dropped my vehicle off for the AC to be repaired on a Monday...2 weeks later I got my vehicle back. During this time we had to call them for updates several times hung up on by whoever answers the calls. Finally when my car was ready for pick up, the service guy brings the car around...when I get in the dashboard, doors and armrest are dirty...you had the vehicle for 2 weeks and the mechanic didn't have the time to clean up his mess? I mean not only for professional cleanliness sake but Covid is still hanging around. When I got home I looked under the dashboard where the pedals are and again the mechanic failed to properly reinstall the underside. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I'd take my vehicle back for them to fix it but they'd probably keep it a another 2 weeks. John was professional and prompt selling me the vehicle but Unfortunately I am having to change this review . It was all five star till I received the vehicle . Now I can t get my brand new truck inspected in my state because of fuel cap codes being triggered . Something as simple as getting me into a dealership and fixing something minor on this thing and three weeks later I m still waiting . Done going to just go pay for this fix myself isn t under warranty by dodge . Maybe I shouldn t expect a truck with 25 miles on it to not have these issues . And maybe I shouldn t expect the dealer two states away to get this resolved for me so I ll just fix the issue myself what s another few hundred better than going back and forth only to get forgot about again .
