They're very good. Exceptional customer service and follow through. Rick and I had multiple conversations and he always returned my calls.Rick came out and looked at my vehicle and offered a fair price -- not quite what I was hoping, but it is a 20 year old car with over 200,000 miles on it.Rick walked me through the paperwork at AZ MVD online and even waited with me while I got them on the telephone to ask additional questions.This was an overall great experience and I highly recommend this service if you have no hope of trading in your vehicle or selling it.

communication was awful, I called several times and would never pick up and the one time they did. They said they would help me and to call later so I did but never pick up again
