I came here myself to schedule an appointment for new tires. The guy at the desk asked for the make, model of the car and told me my appointment was all set and to come in on Tuesday at 6 pm. He then hurried off into the back and seemed to be in a big rush. I didn't get a chance to request the type of tires I wanted or ask any questions. He didn't ask for any of my contact info or to see my membership card. I found that a bit odd, so the next day I came back with my boyfriend. There was a different man at the desk. We asked to confirm I had an appointment on Tuesday, he checked the system and there was nothing scheduled for me. I provided all my info again, and made sure we had an appointment set up and my tires ordered. Not sure if the first worker thought I wouldn't know better because I was a woman, but I sure am glad I came back with my boyfriend to confirm my appointment!

Excellent service, Costco is one of my favorite business.I do most of my shopping with them, they are always with an amazing attitude.Love it.

Just spoke with the tire center. Helped me choose which tire to get. Very helpful and asked a lot of questions to find out my needs. Excellent service.

Scheduled an appointment, when I arrived they said they had no record of it. They didn't even have the tires to fit my car. Could order them, but would be almost $500. Whet to Discount tire and got them same day for under $200. Don't waste your time at Costco tire center.

Tristan did a great job getting me in and out for a repair. Great service from the whole shop, I'll be coming back for my next set of tires for sure.

The staff was courteous. They got the tires installed quickly and without fuss. Great experience and saved me a lot of money.

The service was really good before but since last year they get new lazy workers and they also dont do job right they ruined the sensor on my car 2 time and last week i take my car to fix the tire and they didn't put the hubcap and didnt put it back and were really rude when i go back to ask them where it, idk what happen to costco but it seem like the service become really bad in this location

Great batteries with good warranty and service. Propane with reasonable wait times and prices.

Went in and made an appointment to get my tires rotated. The gentleman helped me out and I'll be back in a couple days

You have to use the tire center to get LPG, really good prices
