Absolutely the best shop. I ve ever used extremely professional, very friendly very experienced mechanics. I can t say enough about them. They re awesome if you need any mechanical work call Anthony he ll set you up. He ll treat you right. If you have old-school cars, let them know that you want Kenny their old-school mechanic to work on them he can do sniper systems he can do wiring he can do everything Anyway, if you re looking for a mechanic call this place they re awesome

I ve been coming to Cien for years now and I can honestly say this place has all the qualities you look for in a shop. Excellent customer service, exceptional communication and the repair that they say is needed fixes the issue 10/10 times. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an auto repair facility for all their cars needs. From routine maintenance to major fixes they can do it all. Oh and also . Anthony is the man, best service manager in AZ!

I want to Thank Cien Motor Werks for their awesome service. They're very nice people and did a tremendous job working on my car. Even tho, my car was in their shop for a month or so. They were very patient with me for allowing me to get the part that I need for my car. Their entire team does a great job and I would recommend anyone to this shop if they need anything done with their car. I WILL DEFINITELY come back in the future because I really do admire the great work they did on my jetta. Thank You So Much!!!!

Hands down great place. Super friendly staff! They are reliable when it comes to the work they provide on my vehicles. They are not scammers like most mechanics. They do the work you pay for and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I have never had an issue with my cars and I've been coming here 3 years.

These guys are great. Do yourself a favor and try em' out. I used to go to Whilelm (seemed ok) mostly because they were close to Estrella Mountain Ranch, unfortunately they were stupid expensive - parts prices were ridiculous. Cien Motors is almost as close, better in service, and more importantly, in cost and results. FYI, this is a real review.So many times I read a review and think somebody on the inside wrote this. Not this time. I've used them twice, loved them and will keep going back.

Outstanding team ! Had my 2014 F150 3.5L Tremor engine go out due to a bad performance dyno 4 years ago. This shop took care of me with sourcing a Re-Man engine with honoring Ford factory warranty. There were a few setbacks, but there were there to make it right, no questions asked. At the end, they even reduce the price of the bill from the original cost. Veteran friendly

Jenny was our contact person for the list of issues I brought in to be looked at with our 1974 Porsche 914. I was assigned Simon, Cien's classic car technician with 35 years experience in the field. Simon was very easy to talk to. With him, knowing his knowledge and experience around a horizontally opposed VW "porsche" engine, having been converted from stock FI to dual carbs.All along the way I was informed on the progresses that were being taken during when delivering the car to when I picked it up. I was mostly pleased with the team, as they all greeted and treated me as a valued customer. My second time there and my third time is coming up in the fall, when I return from my home in Alaska, as the 914 is an ongoing work in progress. The car will be 50 years old in 2024, a rare survivor of it's Era and vintage. Thanks to you all at Cien Motor Werks!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair

Updated November 2023:Here I am again after exceptional service from Cien Motor Werks!I highly recommend Cien for all your repair needs! They do a great job, in minimal time, and at a very fair price! They've earned my loyalty and I will go nowhere else.Yesterday, my truck started making a God-awful noise. I called and they took me in immediately! Diagnosed within minutes; severe wheel-bearing wear with excessive play. While the wheels were off, they inspected and replaced brake pads that were down to 1/4 inch! I shouldn't even have been driving it!I was due for an oil change as well. With that, they performed a full fluid inspection, topped off everything, did an engine inspection and changed the oil filter. They even washed it inside and out! ALL THIS and it was ready the next day at a price I could afford!~~~~~~~~Knowledgable, honest, and fair = Cien Motor Werks!Jaime and Team have done exceptional repairs on both my Dodge Ram and my Hyundai Sonata. Their work has been exemplary, the price is way better than the dealership, and their work is guaranteed! From air conditioner repair to oil changes, electrical issues and gas tank problems, Cien Motor Werks is my go-to shop. Jaime even helped me out by installing a shiny new chrome grill on my Ram!Jaime has earned my trust and utmost respect for his team's ability to repair both foreign and domestic vehicles. I was very fortunate to have found Cien Motor Werks 10 years ago. I will never go anywhere else!6

I choose Cien s for all of my vehicle repairs. I have a pickup truck and SUV. The estimates are always accurate and work is completed quickly. When additional repair work is discovered they consult with me before just starting the work. I trust Cien s for my repairs.

This is a top notch place to take your vehicle. We take all four of ours including our older vehicle which is very hard to find someone to work on it. Anthony and Kenny are awesome and go out of their way to make you happy. They truly treat you like family.

These guys are good, I haven t had a bad experience here, only good ones. I don t know why all the negativity. I guess everyone s situation is different. I mean common sense people, if you get a diagnostics. And you find out that it s going to cost you a couple grand or more . You re probably better off getting another used or new vehicle at that point. Unless you really love the vehicle which that I can understand. I ve been coming here for about 4 plus years now! Prices are reasonable and customer service is great! I ve brought multiple vehicles here and they ve never disappointed. Keep up the good work!

The people here was very nice, helpful, respectful, and very honest I recommend everyone goes here and they re very reasonable with their prices. I went there, expecting to pay one thing and came out paying less than what I was quoted. Great atmosphere nice people and good work.

I ve been coming here for the last 5 years and recommend to all my family and friends! I love this place and want everyone to experience the exceptional service. I recently needed some suspension work done that Anthony informed me about the last few times I was in. It gave me enough time to get the funds together and my car is now running like new again. I don t know how they got 4.5 stars there very untrustworthy but play it off by being very polite I highly recommend getting serviced somewhere else you ll be in for a good one taking your car here they ll tryn and milk you if you let them if you do go here maybe get a second option on what s wrong and the price to fix problem because there gone do whatever to get more money out of you. Find another mechanic and save yourself some time.

total nightmare. nate is so annoying. be prepared to pay 3 times what the service is worth, and then they screw up the alarm system and set a speed limit on the vehicle. didnt have oil leaks until they changed my oil

What a nightmare. every time it came home with more problems than it had when I took it in. After the third time and thousands of dollars, it came home with a power steering leak, horrible noise from the undercarriage and a broken windshield. I won't be taking my car back there ever again. I don't trust them, they created things to make more money.
