It took alot for me to give this rating. I bought my van here in 2016. I ALWAYS (except 1 time in which it broke down in California but i STILL took it to larry h miller of Corona) take my vehicle here for everything from oil services, repairs,and tires. Even if it took a little while my advisor Cliff was wonderful and Always kept me updated.THIS TIME leaves me in tears. My van been in there since October. Today is January 18th. I need a transmission done, which the transmission is there; but it needs a condenser. Ok, I've waited. But over three months is crazy. I get it, it's out of everyone's control they can't get to a condenser. But for me to get ANY UPDATE I have to physically get a ride from buckeye to there just to get one. My advisor isn't Cliff this time, and I don't wanna name him cause I really feel he's a nice person. But this review isn't for his personality, but for professionalism. I leave at least one message every week. If I don't physically go there, I went weeks WITHOUT an update. Ok, the part isn't there once again with this new shipment, but I'm used to courtesy calls "hey, sorry the part still isn't in, but I want u to know u r not forgotten or put to the side, we're just still waiting" maybe it wouldn't be as frustrating. This is my only vehicle. I am spending over a hundred of $$ in Lyfts every week to/from work, living off of only one income. I work with alot clients, who asks 'why is it taking so long?' 'Why aren't they giving u a loaner car?' 'What dealership is this, I'm not ever going there after seeing u go thru this, u better not go back' 'omg, I been her 6 appts already, still?!?" I make excuses... they don't have any cause the ones they have don't have registration (what they told me) or they don't offer it here. But my son bought his car at larry h miller hyundai and they loaned him a car when they had a hard time working on his engine for a month and a half. Here I am, over 3 months. I can't even get a phone call. I was promised a phone call today for the next decision of using a 3rd party part for my van. No call. I called and left a message on the machine. I even left a message with the receptionist for him to call me before he leaves for the night(she told me he was still there) still nothing.I might change this review when I come back again in the future for work, back with my original advisor. I seriously considered never coming back, but 7 years of great service with Cliff , I can't just leave. But trust me, if he didn't come back... I would probably NEVER trust this place again.

As expected service. There is no let down in the service department. My appointment was honored with prompt and friendly greeting from Carlos Galvan. He checked with me for work to be done prior to and reached out via phone number given and text to ensure the work was done quickly and so I would receive my vehicle when promised. I took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. They also did a 21 point inspection. Juan did a great job getting our car in for the service. He told us the car would be done in about an hour & a half. When I returned he let me know my car was being washed. Once that was done he called me over, reviewed the results of the inspection with me and then I was out the door. Great service!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I had such a great service experience yesterday with my advisor Carlos took my Jeep in for an oil change and I really appreciate how friendly and kind he was not only to me but to my son and made sure we are being well taken care of. The customer service given by the sales and finance people was awesome and professional. I give Max Saucedo a rate of 5 stars for helping out with my new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, He was knowledgeable and friendly at all times.Our finance person was also excellent and had all our paperwork done without us having to spend hrs in there. Great Job Everyone

Our experience was great, my wife and I went in to get our 2018 renegade serviced but recently our family went from a family of 3 over to a family of 4. We decided to look into trading in our vehicle for a bigger one. Our sales guy Alfred was amazing he did not push us to make any decisions but instead listened to what we were wanting, I highly recommend him. His manager Alfonzo was amazing as well, he really went above and beyond to get us close to the payments we are looking for and we did not feel we were being screwed over. Ronnie in financing spend some time to find us a great rate and added a great protection plan that covers the vehicle during the duration of our lease.With our experience we felt like family and will definitely purchase another vehicle from them again in the future.Service: Vehicle maintenance

This service department provides horrible service. They are expensive, unprofessional, and take hours to do a simple oil change. Today, I dropped off my vehicle at 10:15am, consider I had an appointment, and it is 3:15pm and my oil change is not even started. I planned my day around this appointment because I live 30 minutes away. I brought my 3 children (all under 6) with me to spend time together at a park while my car is being serviced. I just called them, after 5 hours, to check on my car s update and was told it hasn t been serviced yet and might be ready in another hour or two. Had I not called to check on the status, I d be sitting at the park until late this evening waiting for my Jeep to be ready. The young man I spoke to said they were behind due to loosing 2 technicians. It would be nice if they at least communicated that, so I can make a change of plans. This will be the last time I get service from this place. I 100% do not recommend them.Service: Oil change

Cliff was very nice on phone set up my appointment. He also explained diagnostic test to me. The paperwork was very well prepared.Waiting area very clean and other staff friendly also. I feel comfortable coming here. Location is clean and inviting. Service advisor Nick F is great. He is friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Mike Velelik is professional, helpful and customer service oriented. He demonstrates business orientation along with great skill in hearing the customer and delivering the service needed even when the customer may not be able to articulate the exact problem.This was for a recall item that I have waited 2 years for and Mike made sure I was in the system and kept me in mind when the fuel pump relay became available.We purchased the car here in October 2011 and have been very happy with all the personnel we have dealt with (only one exception in the finance department and he left shortly after I discussed the problem with the General Manager).Service: General repairs & maintenance

My service advisor was a nice guy but it was obvious that he tried to take advantage. I brought the car in for a check engine light issue that turned out to be an ignition coil problem. But it took them 2 days to even get someone to look at it. Once it was looked at, I was told my warranty expired (as I expected) and he tried to sell me another warranty for $180. 4 years or 48,000 miles. He said it would be added to my total today. I thought it was great (obviously too good to be true) so I went in when the car was fixed and right when I m about to hand him my card to swipe he said so what car would you like the recurring payment to go on? He NEVER said anything about a recurring payment. It turns out the warranty is $180 a MONTH FOR 2 years. Now that I think about it, that s common sense. But is the fact that he didn t say that when he was trying to sell it to me and how he tried to slip in the recurring payment part right when I had my credit card out. They always go above and beyond with friendliness and quality vehicle care. After having some issues that were not serviceable by a local shop, I took it to the dealership. They were friendly and communicative and they made sure they found a way to service the vehicle with as little cost as possible (it ended up being free, and I got a car wash too). They haven t ever tried to up-sell me on anything, I trust their services.Service: Battery

I just want to say that I always have a great experience at Larry H miller Chrysler Jeep Avondale. Since I have bought my vehicle they have always had excellent customer service with me. I just took in my car to get serviced and they did a great job at explaining to me what they did and what may be going on. I am very satisfied with all the services they have provided. My wife took our jeep in for an oil change and they ran it through the wash. My wife gets home and we notice a 7" crack in the windshield. We take it right back and the service manager completely denies responsibility and argues with us, then walks away to eat lunch. There absolutely was no crack prior to taking it in. You cannot miss seeing a 7" crack directly across the drivers side windshield. He also claimed to have seen it before service yet it was never mentioned or noted on our inspection report. The maintenance portion of the business is horrible, Where do I even begin? Let's start off by saying I will not go back though I have a purchased oil change. This place can keep money if it means I don't have to deal with them again. My wife made an appointment last week to get an oil change done at a specific time. She goes in hand over the keys and they tell her it won't take long. An hour of waiting, they approach my wife telling her that they are about 4 hours behind which will be a total of "5" hours to complete a scheduled oil change!!!! Very unprofessional they didn't let her know before wasting her time waiting an hour before not honoring the scheduled appointment. Also, how desperate are these guys to add extra maintenance options without consent? My wife previously went in for her vehicle's oil change. Prior to paying she saw the price was a lot higher. When she asked to look at the invoice, she saw there was added "scheduled maintenance" on there that wasn't discussed which was an extra 300 dollars. Just note that her car is a 2019 vehicle with low miles which the employee added a "throttle body service" saying it was recommended. These guys are desperate to scam females by sneaking unnecessary services on the bill without their knowledge. These guys are desperate for a sale they will do anything to scam you. It was weird when I went in with my wife so that she can pay just for the oil change after she removed the "throttle body" service the employee was nice to her. She told that he pushed and urged repeatedly for her to buy the throttle body service and was rude she didn't want it. The maintenance advisors look miserable doing their job and appear rude. I will never take my vehicles to get any maintenance from this place ever again. This place is a prime example of a scamming car maintenance dealership. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Made an apt about a month out because that s the first that was available. When I show up for an oil change the tech said it s a 4-5 hour wait. Even with an apt. I was not prepared for that. I walked in with the tech he started going on about everything I needed done and wanted to set me up on some payment plan for everything. I declined and stated I just want an oil change. After 10min I decided I was not going to wait and I would find another place. 3 days later I scheduled an apt down the street at GMC and had my oil changed within 45min.Service: Oil change

I always take my jeep here they have a great deal for the oil changes and it usually takes about 30-45 min which is okay we usually walk around and look at the cars. When I called and made the appointment I asked the lady to just verify how long it would take due to having an appointment the same day she said it shouldn t take more than an hour. When I got to the appointment my service advisor Francisco told me it would take 2-3 hours. I just couldn t wait that long with a toddler and a diabetic son so I got an Uber home and couldn t make my appointment so got charged for a cancellation fee. Then when the 3 hours hit my car still wasn t ready another hour went by and nothing .. it took them 5 hours and 45 minutes for a basic oil change . I left voicemails for Francisco to call me back so I can find out the status not once did he call me. Very disappointed this time aroundService: Oil change

Read some bad reviews but wanted to form my own opinions which I did. Service advisor was upfront with me and told me my car wouldn t be looked at till the following day due to the garage being backed up which I appreciated. They Ubered me tot he house on their dime which was nice since I live in Laveen. Although the service of my vehicle took longer than expected due to part not being in stock they got me back on the road no I can enjoy my SRT again. Thanks for your help Juan.

All service is by appointment only, made a 10:00am appointment for an oil change only, normally I avoid a dealer for a oil change but needed to this time for a oil consumption test, ( a recall requiring them to check for oil consumption after 1,500 -1,700 miles), this model has the 2.4 tigershark motor that eats oil as I have to add oil several times in between oil changes. My 3 star review is while this dealer services are good and what I would expect, my car wasn t finished until almost 3:30pm, almost 5 1/2 hours for a oil change with an appointment? They lost 2 stars for the amount of time it took. They did say I didn t need an appointment once I hit the mileage required for the oil consumption test as their appointments are like 2 weeks out, I m hoping I won t be there for hours again since I ll be coming in with no appointment?Service: Oil change
