About my third time at this location and the first two times were wonderful. This last time the man that checked me in was super rude. Normally they offer to take you home and pick you up, another main reason I loved this place. No service was offered. I had an issue with my oil pressure low light popping on and off and I decided to take my car to the dealership the next day to address a few other issues that was going on. When I called to tell the same guy I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation he was super rude to me on the phone as well. I am very surprised at what a drastic change I ve experienced in my times there. I ve referred 3 other people to them and swore by them. Never again will I be back. I work in customer service and if I spoke to a customer that way, I would no longer be employed. Very very disappointed.

I drove in to the facility without an appointment explain my dilemma and they took care of me immediately I needed my oil changed and then when they were checking things I needed my tires rotated and they did that. Also I said and wait and it was for a short period and I think less than an hour. They had oil change, checked everything and got the car Controls back in order and rotated my tires so they were wonderful. They offered me water gave me water and said if I needed anything to let them know so I m very grateful for this facility and I ve been using it for I think three years

Everyone at this shop is very patient and calm. They fixed my car not once but twice and in a friendly manner. I got an oil change, my power steering, and my serpent belt fixed all in a decent price. Erik is a sweetheart and he provides a welcoming environment! Would recommend this shop to anyone!

Needed an alignment and no shop would touch my car because it was on aftermarket coilovers. They said they'd take a look and see what they could do. They got everything all squared away! I'm not saying they'll do custom work, but it can't hurt to call and see if they can help with your repairs.

I could not recommend this place any less. Went in for a simple oil change and they broke my power steering!!! The owner acknowledged that it happened while the car was in his shop but claims it wasn t their fault. Offered no solution, the front desk guys and even the mechanic seemed concerned. But the old man in charge was too stubborn. While I waiting in the lobby waiting I heard them receive multiple calls with complaints and they all ended with the old man telling the customer it wasn t their fault. Drive the extra mile and go to any shop but here.

Scheduling was easy as they fit me in on the day I had available. Excellent customer service at check in being my first time there. They advised me of some extra service that my mileage was requiring and got it done in no time.

Great communication from the front office staff. The technician was able to diagnose my concern quickly. I got a great estimate and the work was completed the same day. I will always come back for future concerns with my vehicles and tell my friends and family as well.

Honestly this places gets 1 star for the following reasons:* They charged me $150 just to look at/diagnose the issue when most places offer this for free.* They did not have the expertise to properly diagnose my transmission issue. They wanted to outright charge me $7000 to replace it. I took it to a transmission specific place where I am getting the work done for half of that price AND they were able to properly diagnose the issue along with a fix to avoid this defect in the future. I got none of this from this place.* The fact that they hide behind the Christianity brand in order to gouge people on prices is insulting to everything a Christian stands for.This is not the place to go if you need an in depth diagnosis of a your issue.

Service is unmatched. Was welcomed the second I walked in the door. Every single employee was personable and the inspection report was more thorough than expected. Will definitely not be my last visit and would recommend 1000%.

I am blown away! Speechless is the only word. I pride myself on doing my automotive work and take the utmost pride in my ride. This place truly deserves my business and yours ! I not only got the best price around on a coolant machine complete drain and fill but also got unbelievable service at the same time. I would recommend this place to everyone, especially elders or people vulnerable to deceptive mechanics. I LOVE this place!! This is a TRUE, none-biased, and not paid review. This is an everyday Joe sitting in the cleanest lobby ever, comfortable as a polar bear in snow, and happy to be here, leaving a great review. Extraordinary!!

It wasn't so much the quote, even though I was quoted a $1000 for 6 spark plugs and labor and not included the coils. It was the smart a$$ comment from the guy on the other side of the phone. I know we're dealing with inflation but a $1000!!. The dealership wasn't even half that. 1: Stop price gouging 2: Work on your customer service.

I've given them two chances to impress me and I'm severely under whelmed.IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!! Even after bringing my vehicle back TWICE, there are still many issues!!!I brought my vehicle in there for two main issues, Air conditioner and check engine light.After the initial assessment, it was going to cost over $4500 for everything they said needed to be done.First, AC.. complete system overhaul, new parts, etc. When I first got it back, it still blew warm air. Some sensor failed, according to them. Second time, it STILL blows warm air, the fan doesn't blow as hard as it used to and i STILL Roast in my car.Second, check engine light. Can't remember how much I paid to fix the thing that was causing the check engine light, but the issue is back after 2 days of driving it. So, NOT FIXED.Third, they said my battery was dead. Funny how I'd had NO issues starting the car at ALL. Well. After replacing it, they didn't bother to reset ANYTHING that was affected by the removal of the battery. I had to ask.. and they STILL didn't do it correctly.Fourth, something stuck in my tire. I didn't see proof of this, but judging by their competency on the OTHER items, I don't know what to say. Was is made up?As I sit ROASTING in my car while the AC blows warm AIR STILL, I search for a Honda dealership that will hopefully fix things better than Christian Brothers did.Their one little light is decent customer service in the office.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic

Very professional and friendly. I got a quote from another shop and Christian Brothers was much less even with the additional issues that the last shop missed. They took great care of my car and I will definitely being using them again in the future.

Took in vehicle to see why it was making a noise from the engine. Was told it was from the oil pump housing area, paid over $1,500 to have it fixed. Went to pick up vehicle and still making the same noise, then told it is the transmission now. Then told $6,000 to repair. I will never take any of my vehicles back to this place. Nothing Christian about this place!

Very professional and honest. Everyone was very polite and attentive. Great communication. The shuttle was a plus! It was nice to have a ride home and back. They were very detailed with the inspection. I will use Christian Brothers again, and I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced there. A+

They are always welcoming, and get the job done in a timely manner. They also don t charge you an arm or a leg for their services. Definitely my #1 choice for any automotive work.

I ve taken 4 of my vehicles here and they have always taken care of me. Awesome customer service and photo documentation of whatever is wrong with your vehicle. No fixes before you approve and a courtesy shuttle to get you home or to the shop. They are not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for. Customer for life.

I have used Christian Brothers Litchfield Park location a couple of times now & will continue to use them for any future needs. The entire staff is extremely polite & professional. The office is clean & the music is amazing . I recommend them for all of your automotive needs!!

Just moved to Phoenix area from a small city in Nevada and needed to establish a relationship with new place to maintain my vehicle service needs. CBA is amazing . Very detailed oriented and received thorough explanation of the service requested. Super clean facility, waiting area is awesome and felt comfortable. I personally wanted to wait and enjoy their couches but opted for their shuttle service take me home. I loved this place, I ll make this my shop from now on and recommend to anyone AND I GOT A COOKIE!!!

I dropped my vehicle off for an alternator replacement Sunday evening, and they inspected it first thing Monday morning. They were very quick with knocking out the inspection and providing me with an estimate, but I was surprised to see a quote of exactly $1,055.79 for a 2014 Optima. The alternator itself was extremely overpriced, costing about $700, when nearby auto parts stores sold the same part $300 $400 cheaper with a lifetime warranty included. Overall, their team was very friendly and helpful; they even offered me a discount, but it wasn t by much. I ended up declining all services since I received better quotes from other shops and mechanics I also saved myself $500 by doing so.

I had an issue with my vehicle, Christian Brothers came highly recommended for the service.I was not disappointed they got my vehicle in a timely manner, kept me updated, as to the progress, very detailed report that was sent to me so I could see it. The amount of repairs was done and my vehicle was ready sooner than they expected. Overall very pleased and I will be taking all my business to Christian Brothers.Thank you for the outstanding service. EXCELLENT Customer Service - very impressive, I asked a bunch of questions and they politely answered the questions continuously. Excellent diagnosed of mechanical concerns. I did felt like their prices were slightly elevated, but the warranty encouraged me that they were willing to stand behind their mechanical repairs so I went forth with the repairs.
