I absolutely love this place and plan on coming back here to get my car serviced every time. The people here are great. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. I ended up being about 20 mins late for the appointment and they still fit me in. I brought my children with me, they were very nice to them and gave them crayons and coloring paper as they fixed on the car. The over all job took about an hour overall great service I would recommend them to anyone. Scott was the person that worked on my car but every person I came in contact with was super friendly and very helpful.

I am literally in awe of this place. I called the day of and asked if they had any openings and right away they said to bring the car in. I will forever be a customer at Brakes Plus because they are reliable, efficient along with the staff just lovely individuals. They helped with so much even worked with my insurance to get my AC repaired. I had called a few places before to get an estimate and all I can say is they are the very best in the valley. I won t hesitate to recommend this place to everyone I know. They have definitely earned my business!

Great service. They were pretty upfront about pricing and everything it includes. There weren't any "hard-sell" tactics that a lot of shops use. Overall I felt very welcomed and relaxed that they were not going to come at me with a bunch of hypes up issues. Great job and I will return.

Allen and his staff were absolutely amazing!!I was told at another shop I needed to have lots of unnecessary parts and work done for my brakes to work properly. I was quoted over $650. Thanks to the honesty of Allen and his crew at brakes plus, I saved tones of money, my brakes are fixed and I got an oil change all at a reasonable price.

I called in today and spoke with Josh. He was super friendly and went over and beyond. I had live in Maricopa Arizona and went there. They told me a $99 diagnostic He went ahead and matched that price. I really appreciated him. Thank you so much, Josh. You are wonderful. Excellent service.

SO GOOD!! Needed a diesel oil change on my jeep wrangler and not only was it done in an hour but it was the best price in the valley (diesel maintenance is not cheap). The manager + employees there were great too. Would recommend.

I've been coming here for a little over a year. Have had a great experience each time. Josh helped me with my latest service, and they have never tried to sell me something i didn't need! Their prices are competitive and sometimes they give you a discount if you group several needed services into one visit. I will continue to come back here. Convenient location as well!

I got some work done here last week and they did a decent job in a very timely manner. I tried them again today for some more rotor and brake work, and they were very friendly, helpful and seemingly gave me the best deal possible (which was actually slightly under the price I was expecting to have to pay). So I'm very pleased with them this far, and will be trying them again in the future.

Went in for rotors and brakes, they said they can fix current rotors. Saved me few hundred dollars. Honest, professional great customer from all gentlemen that were working the front counter on Saturday. Will definitely be back again.

We had our minivan serviced here this past weekend and they did an excellent job... We had new brakes put in for all four wheels, a brake fluid and transmission fluid flush as well a regular oil change... Service was quick and the staff was very friendly.. Definitely coming here again.

I had the Best experience with Joe at Brakes Plus by Walmart. I came in for an oil change and to get a diagnostic performed since my check engine light came on yesterday and was just nervous, as often times, I feel taken advantage of by these places.Well, Joe and The Team at Brakes Plus showed me why they are the reason my mom has been coming here for years! I met Joe in the parking lot, while he was checking out another vehicle and he was all smiles and ready to help! The service I received, and watched other team members provide, was impeccable. Not only was Joe extremely knowledgeable about my car (in particular since my mom has been bringing it there for years, but also in general), but he also helped me to stay within my budget, while getting the service I needed.The biggest thing though, was that Joe LISTENED before making suggestions and he always gave me the full picture view of what's necessary, what can wait, and what can be done either way.Joe was amazing and will have a forever client in me, but the entire team is phenomenal. Although I CAN HAPPILY wait before having to bring my car back in, I will be glad to bring it back to Joe and The Team!Thanks for everything and I appreciate you all so much!

It was my first time there and they were really awesome and professional. I went there for an alignment and as I walked in, I was offered a free bottle of water. Josh who was there. Made sure to take care of car and after I came back to picked it up, I was told that I was given a discount. Really grateful for Brake Plus

It was my first time going to this breaks plus and I definitely will be returning, the staff there are all nice and very helpful, Allen went above and beyond to make sure my car was running back to normal. He made the process as simple as possible, being very informative as to what is being done and what he recommends. Allen made me feel very comfortable and welcomed i was very satisfied with my visit.

My mom and I cannot thank the team at Brakes Plus enough. They went above and beyond to help us laugh and smile and to make the best of a rough situation. They were thorough, patient and informative, to make sure that we could make the 1000+ mile trip back home as safely as possible. From brakes and wipers, to helping coordinate the purchase of a much needed set of tires. Thank you gentlemen for truly being a Blessing and being men that any mother would be proud to have raised!!!!

I have trusted our vehicles at this Brake's Plus location for over 15 years. I have always felt like they were honest and not just trying to make money off of me. They will tell me what is important to get fixed soon, and what can wait awhile and they always work hard to get us the lowest price they can. Allen has been our go-to guy, but any of the people that work there will help give you a fair and honest quote on whatever your car needs. I can't imagine going anywhere else! And remember, they do much more than just brake's!

Honest and kind workers! I have avoided taking my car in for maintenance because I was scared of being scammed. Someone recommended this particular location and I m glad I went! Not only did they tell me what they worked on, they told me why (even showing me my front brake pads). I am even scheduled to go back next month to get my back brakes replaced. I know where I am going to take my car for maintenance for now on!!

As a customer who values professionalism and quality service, I find it necessary to share my recent experiences at Brakes Plus in Buckeye, Phoenix. I initially chose this location for brake and rotor services earlier this year, attracted by their offer of a limited lifetime warranty on brakes for which I paid over $600. Unfortunately, the subsequent interactions and service quality did not meet the standards I expected.Initially, my brakes continued to squeak after the repair, necessitating multiple return visits. While the persistence of the issue was concerning, what was more disheartening was the attitude of the manager. His demeanor during my visits, often marked by eye-rolling and apparent frustration, did not reflect the professional and customer-focused attitude I expected.Despite these interactions, the brake issue was eventually resolved after the third visit. However, a more significant concern arose during a later inquiry about mounts, shocks, and struts. I sought an alternative option for shocks after receiving a quote from Mr. Brian, as I preferred a smoother ride. This decision seemed to upset him significantly. During my last visit for a brake inspection, His reaction to my request for a general check on the shocks and struts was unexpectedly hostile. His public outburst was both unprofessional and uncomfortable, leading me to seek service at another location.This experience has left me questioning the commitment of Brakes Plus to customer satisfaction and their warranty terms. It's disheartening to feel that the quality of service and courtesy declines after the initial payment. Customers should be able to make independent choices about their vehicle's parts and maintenance without fear of negative reactions from service providers.In conclusion, while the technical issues with my brakes were eventually resolved, the overall experience was marred by what I perceived as unprofessional behavior and a lack of customer care. I hope this feedback is taken into account by Brakes plus management and we can forge a way forward, either this is addressed or i get a refund and never have to visit this store again.

I've been here before, recently returned for additional service, and I will go back again as well as recommend this shop. Great customer service, tell you concerns noted as well as show you when possible for better understanding, review options and a good plan for car care. Thumbs up to management and the team!

Came to get my front pads replaced. They very very honest and told me exactly what the dealership did. Didn t try to over sell me. Guys were very friendly. Shop is clean. When I was calling around I choose this place because the customer service on the phone was top tier. Other places seemed annoyed and just didn t wanna give me the time of day. Brakes Plus answered all my questions and more. Felt confident I was going to get quality service. I didn t realize they do more thank brakes. Will be coming back for all my car needs! Very happy with the overall service I received.

I'm always taken care of when I come to Brakes Plus in Avondale! I went in for an oil change and AC check, and as always, Allen and his crew went above and beyond for me. I've had the pleasure of getting work done by them for the last 6 years and will continue to do so for all of my car's needs. Thankful for these guys!

Inspection is totally free great customer service and when it comes time to decide what to fix they always work with you and reassure you of the safest option. I really feel like they have the customers best interest in mind.overall this is a great location thanks for all the help guys!

Nice people and work environment, but bad diagnosis skills. Got quoted upwards of $800 for a part replacement and when I got it diagnosed by a different shop they let me see the failed part and was not what I was told at first. The repair ended up costing $25 compared to the $800 quoted.

I had to get new brakes on my Ford E350. They took care of the brakes and it was great! I enjoyed having a place to work while I was out! I also appreciate the smaller touches that you don't see elsewhere. It's odd but they had air fresher. Some people can be sensitive to the smell but I do appreciate they are trying! You have a place to charge electronics. They have guest wifi. They are also located within walking distance to retail shops and restaurants. Finally, know there is a changing station in the bathroom! Much appreciated by parents who have children in diapers! Overall great experience and super nice staff!

Definitely needed to come here instead of the dealership. All of the front desk guys were very helpful, Pierre, Josh, and Allen were great and will be coming back for the things I can t do.
