Very nice building and waiting area. Currently low inventory on new vehicles, but I would 100% give them 1st crack at my business when I'm ready. The staff were great to talk to and never tried to sell me anything. Even my service advisor was super chill.

Avondale Toyota serviced my truck yesterday. It was my first scheduled oil change since purchasing my truck. The check in process was simple and my appointment time was met. Jacob , Service Manager , went over the process , wait time and let me know where everything was located in the waiting area . The technician who serviced my truck found an issue with one of my wheels (damaged caused by another dealership) . Jacob went above and beyond his scope of work by helping me investigate the vehicle service history, taking multiple pictures and by writing down exactly what I should ask the other dealership to repair and how he thinks the wheel was damaged. Outstanding work .

my name is ron and i made an appointment with my wife toyota camry on march 22 2024 at 8 am. I arrived at service station at 7:30 am and the service advisor name Ray came to me as he talk to me he ask me to open the hood of the car and i think he just use his superpower xray to diagnosed my car and says service to be done is worth 600 dollars. with my trust i say ok. he told me that they need to finish it in 2 and half hour so they give me complimentary uber back and forth. at 12 he texted me and says the car is done but UNFORTUNATELY when im about to leave and start my car , theres a lots of ISSUES showing on my DASHBOARD, so I waited again for another few hours. For me their service is very slow and poor and i need to cancelled my doctors appointment too. imagine it took almost 8 hours for my car to be done only for oil change and minor issues. Im sooo dissapointed. please train your staff and tecnician well. I have no issues with the product (toyota) because i like toyota very much.

I had a really poor customer experience at this service center today. The TLDR was that they took hours longer than quoted and my Advisor, Junior, was less than empathetic and quite argumentative when I expressed my disappointment in my experience.They took 5 hours to complete my 20k mile appointment. This should take 3 hours, 4 hours if they are running behind. I had to text in two times to get an update all the while just sitting in the dealership lobby as I confirmed was my plan when I booked my appointment. When I picked up my car and asked if they knew there was going to be a long delay and why I didn't get proactive communication about the long delay, Junior claimed it was better to not tell me than for him to reach out without a confirmed pick up time. "What am I supposed to say when you respond 'well what time then?'"My appt time as 9:30am (I confirmed this on my paperwork and on the text message confirmation). Junior insisted 3x in a row that my appointment was at 10:00am and thus my wait time of 4.5 hours was totally reasonable. I second guessed myself for a second thinking I was wrong, but nope! I confirmed all the details after I left and Junior was wrong but felt it was more necessary to make excuses and defend his poor communication rather than take a second to empathize with the customer and even double check the appointment time. When I mentioned that I had been waiting in the lobby for 5 hours, Junior claimed he didn't know I was there and thought it was a drop off. I don't know if he got me mixed up with someone else but when he picked up my car he said "I will come find you in the lobby when we're done" so he did know I was waiting around.His attitude and lack of care for the customer was glaring and I left in tears feeling like I was going to be labeled a 'Karen' in advocating for myself. I even provided a solution. I asked him to simply let customers know where there is going to be a delay and demonstrated that proactive communication, even without a confirmed ETA, is so much better than letting customers get angry in the lobby without any updates.Looking at the google reviews now, I see it's a standard experience for service to be delayed (even when you book an appointment) without communication or updates.

It does not matter what day or what time I come in to get an oil change, I m waiting for at least 3 hours for a simple oil change.I don t understand their appointment system.This is the last time I m bringing my truck here. Even if the 5 oil change deal is a steal. Not worth the total wait time.

Took 3 and 1/2 hours for an alignment and an oil change, yes they provided a lift to and from the racetrack, information wasn't given up front about how long it would take. Although the 130 point inspection was very thorough.

Great experience, great customer service and went above and beyond. Sales manager Manny Lopez helped us get a 2023 Toyota Highlander 0 miles! Without your help we couldn t have done it. I bought my vehicle from here, great service on the sales end. But for some reason, on the service they are very tight on a simple maintenance schedule. I only have a few days I get off work and asked for an an appointment 6 days ahead of schedule and they only have 7 days ahead appointments. Their location is also very far and they don't provide shuttle services so can't really use them - they are not flexible. Just called two other dealerships and they had appointments the next day.

I ve been getting service for 4 years and never had a problem until recently. The battery died on my car and it had to be towed in at 7am. It took them 5 hours to figure that out, then another 3 hours for them to tell me they actually need to order a part for my vehicle and I wouldn t be getting until late afternoon the next day. (5pm) NOT ONCE was I called for any updates on my car, I had to constantly keep checking in and asking. I do not recommend, especially the person who helped Shea.

I never have a good experience here. Employees are dismissive or don't know what's going on, they never have appointments or loaners, and there is never someone who can communicate whats actually being done to my car.

Do yourself a favor, find another dealership.I've been going here for a couple of years and they've always been great until now. My last couple of visits have been atrocious, I will definitely be finding a new dealership for all my needs.After all the 4+ hours waits for oil changes I still went back for warranty suspension work. They replaced struts and now my vehicle pulls to the right(it did not before suspension work) and was told I need to pay for an alignment. It's not even worth arguing on it, I'll just move to another dealership and provide them my future business.

Bought my first car, very great customer service, Conrad is a great member to the Toyota team and got me set up with no issues and full breakdown of my financing. When I was having trouble driving my car 'manual transmission' he gave me a 30 min lesson and drove me home. Best customer service by far.

I am brand loyal to Toyota. This is a dealership though. It's a busy place early mornings, they no longer look to please customers with the simple snack offerings or the free car wash. I think most dealerships have done this. They've gotten big heads after vehicle price surges. I go here for convenience.

Maintenance and chang oil service. So frustrated I scheduled early in the morning at 10 am and they haven t even touch my vehicle at 2:00 pm!!!! Just a waste of time all walk-ins go first before scheduled one! And it will take another 2 hours to do the job

I already have had a service need on my new Highlander. Mike, my service advisor, made this nearly impossible task for me, painless and a great experience! I highly recommend Avondale Toyota service department for all of your service needs!! BTW ~ Their command model for their customer service & support is super fantastic and I think is a direct cause for the success that they have. It empowers your contact person to be able to do more for you without all the herky jerky of "I'll ask" at other dealerships. Thank you Avondale Toyota!!!

I chose Avondale Toyota because they worked with my dad on a deal for his Tundra. They provided him with great customer service and were really friendly. I experienced the same treatment when I bought my 2019 Tacoma from them in April of this year. My experience with this dealership went south very fast when I realized (when the shop MANAGER told) the truck I was sold wasn t even supposed to be sold to me as they had just got it from the previous owner. It never went through their Toyota Certified vehicle process. To make a long story short, I ve had to take the truck back to them 3 different times to have belt s replace, the struts were cracked, squeaking so those needed to be replaced. My most recent issue began about a month ago when I notice my truck would shake when accelerating/slowing down. I called the service department and explained what my truck is doing. I was told to bring the truck in so they can check it out . After having the truck for almost the entire day, I was called by my service advisor who told me no codes were presented when the hooked the vehicle up to their machine and their technicians couldn t get the truck to replicate what I was accusing the truck of doing. I was then asked if I could drive the vehicle with the shop foreman to see if I can get the truck to repeat the issue because they can t just start throwing parts at it without knowing what s wrong with it . A couple of weeks later I went to the dealership, did the drive with the shop foreman. Later in the day, I received a call from my service advisor informing me that the trucks torque s converter is bad and will need to be replaced. My advice is to avoid Avondale Toyota all together. They ll be sweet as pie to sell the vehicle but won t care about what happens after the vehicle is sold.

First off, I actually like this place. What I don t like is how the employees are incredibly slow. If you have an appointment they come check you in incredibly fast BUT then you sit in this line and wait 15-30min for a SECOND person to come out and get your keys and car. During this process there are 6 people sitting doing nothing in the brown cubicle in the corner and 5 people walking around. This process is just incredibly irritating. You can make an appointment or not, either way you sit and wait for someone to eventually feel like coming out to talk to you and do their job. An extremely busted system or just bad employees. Either way, this needs to be fixed.Service: Oil change

I used to go to another Toyota Service Center, but had all kinds of problems with them. I switched to Avondale Toyota Service and I'm glad I did. They have their processes down almost perfectly. I've been going here for a few years now and I've always been happy. Things run smoothly and predictably.There's just one thing everyone should know - tell them about your coupons before you check out! I'm not sure if it's due to the holiday or the fact that I came in right before they closed, but they said my bill was already closed out and they couldn't add the coupon. Over the period of a few weeks I was able to get my coupon price refunded. Next time I'll just save myself the hassle and tell them about coupons in advance.

Absolutely pathetic! I made service appointment 2 weeks in advance for a oil change only/ the first appointment scheduled for the day ...took them 4 hours to change the oil on my truck ..I have been a loyal customer with Avondale Toyota for 25 years .they don't honor your loyalty to them .appointments are a waste of time

No negative experiences over the past 13 years, whether purchasing vehicles or having them serviced. CeJay and Jacob in the service department have consistently provided top notch assistance, maintenance, and communication; beginning with scheduling and continuing through to final completion. Jacab Valery's service was over-the-top. During this first maintenance visit he addressed my maintenance agreement questions and more......professional, patient and knowledgeable. Plus Kelly installed the vendor flat trim, a last minute request, before I could get another cup of coffee. And the comfortable waiting area is a treat.Meeting up again with super salesperson Frankie Sanchez made my visit complete.

Hit or miss depending on the customer representative. You will either have someone that will walk you through the process and give you an expected wait time or someone who will snatch the keys and give you no information

2 consistant years of bad service; but, enough 4hr waits for an oil change, excuses as to why the unnecessary wait times even though you had a scheduled appt, and bringing the car back the same day for oversights made by the mechanic. I cancelled my service plans for both my Toyota vehicles. We are finding a service that has professional mechanics and good customer service regarding the type and quality of their work. Lastly, managers that say "that should not take that long..I will take care of this dituation" but he never returned and I had to have him paged only to find out he sent someone to just "cash her out"...meaning give her the bill and get rid of her which resulted in a free oil change. I just want to pay for the service and actually get the service!!!!

Took my Toyota Corolla in for check engine light on. Was charged 600 dollars for a MAS sensor replacement! Light came back on a day later. Purge valve replacement. Another 155! I say it was pretty costly even thought I had scanned the car and told them what was wrong with car!
