My recent experience at Avondale Nissan was truly a delightful surprise. Although I had never considered purchasing a Nissan from this location before, I can now confidently say that it was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.Having bought several vehicles from large dealerships in downtown Phoenix over the past five years, I was accustomed to a certain car-buying experience. However, when I casually drove by this location and decided to test drive the new Nissan Rogue model here, I was in for an unexpected treat.The entire process was incredibly smooth from the moment I stepped onto the lot. I embarked on a 3 mile test drive around the dealership, and was pleasantly surprised by the sheer size of the inventory and the pristine condition of the vehicles.Arian, a member of the sales staff, guided me through the entire journey, and what set him apart was his approach. He didn't resort to high-pressure tactics; instead, he was patient and attentive, addressing each of my questions with precision. With Arian's assistance, I secured an excellent deal on a brand-new Nissan Rogue.One of the aspects that truly impressed me was the dealership's transparent approach. They refrained from overwhelming customers with unnecessary add-ons or hidden charges. In fact, they even went the extra mile by offering a complimentary window tint, a gesture that was both unexpected and appreciated.The welcoming and helpful nature of the team extended beyond the sales department. Corey, the relationship manager, and Tony, the service manager, were equally remarkable. Tony joined me in the passenger seat during my drive, providing invaluable insights into the vehicle's new features and technology. Corey, on the other hand, walked me through the process of future servicing, emphasizing their commitment to customer satisfaction.I must also acknowledge Adrian, one of the sales managers, who shares a name with a sales associate. His fun and helpful demeanor added a unique touch to the overall experience.It became evident to me that many of the employees at Avondale Nissan are proud of their work and have been with the dealership for a while. Their loyalty speaks volumes, and it undoubtedly contributes to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.In conclusion, this was a true black swan event, and it exceeded all our expectations.

Went to this dealership to get more information and view lease options after searching online. Online offered a $50 gift card to test drive. So I figured why not I m already considering so the gift card is a bonus if I get a car from there or not. 2 hours wasted . ZERO gas in 2 of the cars I was shown like the dash notification was on and the gas hand behind the last notch. Not once but twice. The dealer joked is a full tank something you d want if purchased weird and awkward. None the less I had a great offer but not the car details I wanted. I strongly considered going back if they got the color and details I wanted in stock. However that s before I got home and got my scam email for the $50 virtual gift card. Once u log in and provide all your personal info it never gives u any card details I ve messaged customer service and have since given up on that but the scam is what turns me off. No thanks Avondale Nissan to sketchy at the start. No thanks!

Blair made my first experience with Avondale Nissan a great one. He was very polite and informative. I didn't realize that they do an old-school hand car wash. I will definitely take advantage of that next time as time didn't allow during my visit.

We drove in for service and was greeted by Albert within the first 5 seconds. He got us checked in showed us where the lounge was. Cory Nelson the floor manager greeted us also. Garrick Brunson came to check on us asking if we need anything Wow Customer Service I felt like Royalty.

My sales person Danny was great!! I expected the typical push to get you to buy a car and he did not do that. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me options with my requirements. He made the experience very easy and he was great to work with.

It was great. Everything was efficient. Friendly. Quick.Only one thing, an opportunity was missed. Front right wheel squeeks, I let them upon bringing it in and when they were done with the oil change. No one checked it. Instead I was given a list of fluid changes to be done after the oil change. I know these are easy targets that people ignore. However, a wheel continually squeeking needs immediate attention.

Blair was great! He got me into a rental and kept me updated throughout my car being serviced. The work was done well and my sun roof is working as if nothing ever happened to it! Avondale Nissan has always taken care of me with great customer service and that s what keeps me coming back to them.

I had recently been in an accident where my brand new car that I purchased from a different dealer had gotten totaled. After trying to sift through dealerships and avoid the typical last minute, just kidding, let s slap another $5000 on top of the price you thought , I somehow lucked out finding Avondale Nissan. I was in touch with Angel via the Internet inquiry, and he sent me a plain and simple quote for the vehicle that I was interested in. The following day, Adrian made the process so easy for me to come in and test drive the vehicle, and even got me in the color that I wanted. Adrian was very straightforward and made what had been very stressful for me, something uplifting. The customer service rep, Cory, is an absolute gem and truly made this experience come full circle. I was in and out of the dealership in less than four hours with a brand new 2023 Nissan Kicks! Just in time to go back to school. Thank you again!

I had my vehicle serviced at Avondale Nissan. First off they were able to accommodate me on short notice. I was able to schedule the very next day from calling. Next, Rene was very professional in helping me with my vehicle. Lastly, the ease of getting the work completed and on my way was done expeditiously taking care of all the vehicles needs.

I visited the service center with my 2019 Nissan Sentra due to a loose overhead console, trusting that my extended warranty would cover any repairs. To my dismay, I was presented with a $500 quote for its replacement, which contradicted my warranty expectations. My frustration was compounded when, upon collection, the service advisor admitted ignorance regarding the warranty coverage, as the warranty company was unavailable. This lack of professionalism was unacceptable, and I refused to authorize the work.The situation escalated when I discovered the overhead console now dangling from its electrical wires, significantly worse than before. Despite my insistence, the mechanic was unable to restore it and suggested removing it altogether. Meanwhile, the service advisor s smug demeanor and inappropriate humor only intensified my dissatisfaction.As a loyal Nissan customer, having previously owned an Xterra and Altima, and with a 4Runner as my primary vehicle, I had been enthusiastic about the return of the Xterra. However, this experience has left me questioning my future with Nissan, as customer service and respect are paramount to me.

I bought a used 2014 F250. They claim it went through their entire multi check inspection system. It was raining the day I looked at it. I didn t look closely enough at the tires. The front tires didn t match the rear, they re over six years old and not even rated for a pick up truck. The sidewalls show signs of dry rotting. I looked at the rears and assumed the front matched. I should ve looked the truck over better. I reached back out to the salesman and was ghosted. I know I bought it as, but expected better from them. I would ve rated it 4-4 1/2 stars if there would ve been some sort of communication back to me, even a simple my hands are tied or let me see if I can get you a deal on the front tires type of statement.

I visited Avondale Nissan after an unsuccessful attempt to purchase a new Nissan Kicks at another location. I came in with a photo of the car I wanted, from their website, along with two friends. Dan Sanchez, the salesman, let me test drive the exact vehicle I saw. He made the purchase very positive, with no "add ons" to the purchase price. Elizabeth Gutierrez, the finance person, showed me the optional plans I could "add on" if I chose. I made a down payment with my bank debit card, and I was able to drive the car out of the dealership that afternoon, which was a legal holiday. Dan met me the next day at the bank to complete the financial transaction. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted.

Jon Anderson is a person not to trust. This is the General Manager. I ve experienced the worst experience with him. He is an ignorant man who has no respect for the profession. If you have encountered the same experience I suggest to write a review and expose him. Jon Anderson is a liability to the company. By the way an automated reply will comment to this from Nissan, it s not him. I ve Talk to him many times about the drugs I found in the car when my car was at the service department. Police report on file. This truly happened. Shop else where.

Kyle was great, he got all the information to get the recalls done and oil change. He got us an uber to/from the dealership to our destination while work was performed. As stated above, tires did not get rotated and left wondering if oil change was done. I think I would rather drive to Pinnacle Nissan and have the work done right.

I've been here a few times for basic service of my vehicle. On my last visit, Robert in the services department assisted me with my high-mileage services. They were particularly busy and I had to wait for awhile, but Robert provided numerous updates on the progress of my maintenance while I waited. While I'm living here, Avondale Nissan is the only place I'll take my car to be serviced.

Bought a car a couple of months ago and told me I was receiving a check back from the gap and never received it only to be told it goes towards your payoff. Then on contract has a year oil change but they told me I paid what I got 2 oil changes. Never had problems until now

The team at Avondale Nissan Service department was very helpful and caring. Armando was a good communicator and helped me make the best decision for our 2020 Rogue with over 50K miles. It has never had any major maintenance done on it and we needed to take it on a 3K mile road trip, so the team there did a full detailed assessment as I had requested and Armando helped me decide where to focus before the trip without spending more than I had budgeted. We are comfortable that we will have a safe trip to the Midwest and back especially if the snow creeps up on us.

Just recently moved to the Valley and was looking for a dealership that would do maintenance work on my pathfinder. Found Avondale Nissan and I m glad I did. Albert M. was corteous and professional. He even told me their oil change promo which was a good deal. Waiting area in the dealership was big and there is also a small area for little kids with a tv. Great area if you have kids with you while waiting. The work on my car was done in a timely manner, no long wait time. Albert did tell me additional recommended work that needs to be done on my car but he was not pushy about it. Told me I can always come back if I decided to push through with it. Amazing experience and will definitely have all my maintenance work with them.

It took way too long. It was a simple oil change and tire rotate. I made an appointment for 7 AM. They did not bring my vehicle into the repair bay until almost 8 AM. It took almost 2 hours for a simple oil change/tire rotate. Several other people arrived after me and were serviced before me. Frustrating customer service.
