I have upgraded my services via phone ( it took close to two hours) with Cox loyalty department and was directed to my local store to exchange boxes. Upon arrival I was told that according to what they can see on the system the price is over $20 higher that I was quoted and I was given wrong info over the phone. David ( sales rep) left me with take it or leave it option. Worst company ever!!!
