Joe from American Diesel is a lifesaver! He s gotten me out of the worst positions with my trucks at the oddest of hours. Flexible and will meet you on site and more knowledgeable with software than any diesel mechanic I ve encountered at your standard shop. Call these guys, they ll have you in good hands

Joe at American Diesel Repair was super personable, knowledgeable, and helpful when we called for an after hours repair. They are a great contact to have for the Phoenix area. He even sent us a follow up text making sure we made it home. Fast and friendly service!

His true fixed my truck 4 hours charg 825.00$. Don't fixed. Im change temperature sensor next day 20 minutes. Bad mechanics. Don't call him. His true fixed never fixed

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I feel like I have to. I called to get my a/c looked at and had an appointment made for the next day for them to come and look at it. It was raining that day so we rescheduled for the next week, which I am not mad about, the weather is not something they can control. But the next time something came up and they couldn't come, then it happened a third time a week later. After that third time they just refunded me without me asking. I am grateful to get my refund, but I still need to get my a/c looked at so now I have to find a different place. I think this was handled very unprofessionally and I wouldn't recommend American diesel repairs to anyone.

American Diesel Repair was the best call I could have made! My Freightliner was limited to 55 mph leaving Phoenix Az and called Velocity Truck Centers to look at my truck and was told I most likely needed a DEF pump but they would need a few days to look at it which would mean I would loose a week of driving because my dedicated route was for the following day, so I called American Diesel and they dispatched a mechanic and diagnosed the problem that turned out to be a clogged DEF filter and had me back on the road in time for my dedicated load. Joe our mechanic was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable and not only saved us a lot on the repair but also saved me from loosing a weeks wages. Thanks American Diesel!!!

I gave them a 5 star because they were very proffesional from start to finish. Theyre dispatcher Ron is great and has a lot of experience as a driver and will provide you with any information that you need to put your mind at ease!Joe their diesel mechanic is awesome!Very helpful and knowledgeable!Very detailed and doesnt hold back when it comes to safety and reliability of a unit.I can tell that both of these guys have the passion and the want to help others and I hope to do more business with them in the future!

Please be very careful with this people do not pay them at front because they will not do the job and will steal your moneyI paid them for a service and they never did the job and they dont wanna give me my money back i have proofs of everything i will sue them we are in america they will not steal my money just like that

Scammers , I called them so they can repair my truck they told me they know how to do the job and asked me to pay in advance , after I paid they never showed up I called them and the guy keep lying to me saying they were on the way there , after 5 hours waiting the guy did not answer the phone anymore , I called his mechanic and he said he was on the way to the dealer to get parts and never showed up after that be careful with this people.

Had a radiator job done my truck was down five days after being promised they would be there the first day and even after they they came to repair my truck it was not fixed properly after they left I will never do business with them ever again and I hope this prevents anyone else the trouble I experienced

Called AMERICAN DIESEL REPAIR in a panic on a Sunday with Def in my fuel, Joe and is partner returned my call within 5 minutes and figured out solutions to save my engine and get my work truck back on the road ASAP, and trust me it was a challenge in 115 degree weather in Phoenix AZ in July.So impressed with this company, if your in a jam, do not hesitate to call them, they will not let you down!!

Very professional! I was broke down on I-10 in the middle of Phoenix, he was there within 30 minutes. Very friendly and got me back on the road quickly within 30 to 40 minutes. Definitely recommend this guy if you re broke down in the phoenix area call him cause he won t leave you sitting on the side of the road long. Thanks so much for coming out last night and fixing my air leak and the quick response. Sledge Truckin wishes you and your family a Happy 4th of July.

Joe said he would come out to fix our truck for 2 days kept saying he would come then never showed up. He is a complete joke and theif. WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN FLAKE. DONT CALL HIM>
