II received a quote from Jeremy B. back in October of 2022 for my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. I was backing up and hit a half-concrete wall (as my husband would say, classic for me)!My quote was well priced and I didn't end up getting the work completed until May 2023 because I wanted to save up and pay cash for the repair. They honored the quote and even though my quote said that I could have "possible hidden damage" they did help me find a solution to stay within budget and complete the repair.Please see my before and after photos, they did a tremendous job. It is really not easy in this day and age to find a reputable company that isn't looking to gank dollars out of your wallet. This was an out-of-pocket job and not an insurance claim. I would recommend them to anyone that is in the market for someone fair and needs the work completed in a timely manner. They only had my vehicle for 8 days.Thank you to A&D Autobody for making people say this to me again "Whoa, your car looks so cool, I love it" vs what they were saying to me when it was damaged "Oh, that's bad, what happened to your car"?I feel cool again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

(4.5 stars!)I recently was in a collision and had my repairs done at A&D Auto Body. August-September 2023.Progressive Insurance recommended me to multiple locations including A&D Auto Body. With all the locations recommended, A&D had the best reviews at of all the other body shops Progressive recommended me. I decided to take my SUV to A&D.From scheduling an estimate to completion, I was extremely pleased with the customer service. Robert was taking care of me. I was pleased with the communication, integrity, and kindness. I expressed my concerns about the process of repair, paint, and time and I was assured that my SUV would come back perfect. It did. They even went the extra mile for me by replacing a part that was broken while my car was all torn up. Thank you.Workman ship is amazing. My Explorer doesn t even look like it was in an accident! I am guaranteed a warranty for the parts and workmanship for the life as long as I own my vehicle.I would ve appreciated a wipe down of the interior of my vehicle before they returned it back to me. I deep cleaned the inside of my Explorer right before I dropped it off and it came back to me all filthy dusty and dirty foot prints on the inside of my vehicle. They did clean and shine the outside of my car which was very nice.I would recommend A&D to anyone who is looking for a trustful body shop. Thank you A&D Auto Body Avondale!

I've heard so many nightmares about cars held hostage for months at autobody shops waiting for repairs, I was ready to cry when I dropped it off. But A&D got my car repaired fast AND completed on the exact day they estimated!!! Clean facility, super friendly staff and my car looks brand new!! My ONLY complaint is they let a Vikings fan screw my Packers plate back on to my front bumper. Lol!! I will NEVER go anywhere else for autobody work!Oh and just as impressive! I accidentally left an Adderall in the front console and it was STILL THERE when I picked it up! Trustworthy AF!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

It's very bad experience and no respect for customer.Take this advice. When people comes to your business to do business that means customer. We do over 20 tows a day and you know how many people ask Where do you know a good people to work for. and this is not gonna be you. When you see a big truck coming into your lot. And You want to stuck him in a very tiny place And talking to him as in one of your employees. That means there is no respect. So you're telling me you only respect people who pays money. Not people who do service for you as well.??

A&D was the shop insurance assigned me to after a rear end accident. They did an excellent job on my car! It looks completely brand new! It took a little over a week longer than expected, but it was done in under a month. One minor thing is that I noticed a few scratches that weren t there when I dropped it off, but they quickly buffed it out and I was on my way! I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

Had to have a frame repair made and there wasn't an alignment performed. After 2500 miles I was due to rotate tires and had work performed at a chevy dealership. 5000 miles later all 4 tires were wore on the inside and not drivable. I had alignment checked it was off so I had work done and tires changed. I called and they admitted fault for not having alignment work checked and completed. I brought them the receipt hoping to work out some kind of partial reimbursement because the tires were only at half their lifespan. They seemed willing to negotiate but then they just said they hold no responsibility and won't be reimbursing anything not even the alignment that they said they should have performed.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Wanted to get an idea about some body work on my wife's car. But since we're not an insurance case nobody would talk to me.A&D was willing to work with me right from the start. Very friendly reception. Family-owned business. They're all about customer service.The estimator came out to look and we had a frank and informative conversation about the availability of older car parts, as well as costs, labor, etc.But since they're such a customer-service oriented group, he made an appointment for me to have their service techs take a look and maybe rig a work-around.I really, really appreciate that they didn't want to turn me away.

The whole team at A&D was amazing from start to finish! Friendly, amazing customer service, transparent and thorough work. They replaced my shattered sunroof, painted the damaged area on the roof of my car, and went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I picked up was repaired, safe, and clean! They even gave this old soccer mom SUV a great interior detailing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is top tier! I have been to so many body shops and have delt with a lot of vehicle repairs, and by far this place is the best money can buy. The new paint was amazing, there was constant and accurate communication throughout the whole process, I received my truck exactly on time, and they even took the time to shine my rims and vacuum my interior for me, all while staying in an affordable price range. I will definitely be coming back in the future and highly recommend this place.

This body shop exceeded my expectations! I would 100% recommend them to any one of my family or friends. They gave me an estimate/appt on the same day I called while other shops were literally booking me out for 2 months just for the initial visit. The repair time was reasonable and they actually completed it 2 weeks earlier than expected. Cody kept me updated consistently and his customer service was superb! Super personable and patient. I was in a minor fender bender, mostly scratches to my front bumper and underneath and my chrome pieces scratched up from impact, so I took my car to get an estimate, but since it's not damaged really bad, the guy was rude stating my car had "rock chips damage" lies! How are you going to tell me about the damage on my car!! They didn't want to do it because they wouldn't have made no MONEY!! I'm so happy that it didn't work out, I do not want to do business with a body shop with no integrity.

I could tell just walking in to their lobby, and by using the bathroom, just how they thought of themselves and of me as a customer. They have a real commitment to excellence. The place was very clean and presentable, it looked fresh and smelled fresh. They had coffee and water available; they were timely, respecting my valuable time, and they were pleasant. I figured if they cared this much about me and earning my business, then I could truly trust them with my car. They did not disappoint. I gave them a dirty, damaged car and they returned to me a beautiful, detailed car that looked like it did when I bought it. I feel the shop was not honest with their completion date estimate. Once my original completion date arrived. They informed me that it would not be completed until the next week. Next week comes along and they gave me another excuse and said another week. This happened 4 times. I got my car back 1 month after the original completion date quote. The car had strictly body damage. It didn t need any mechanical work at all. It needed a new rear bumper and a rear tail light. They said it needed more work than expected when they took it apart, which is understandable. But the completion date given after finding this out was way off. After picking up my car, I saw their lot of vehicles waiting to get repaired. It was a lot of cars! I believe that they give these completion estimates knowing that there is no way that they will be able to repair the vehicle by that date. That s my opinion, but that s how I felt after my experience. To be fair to them, the quality of work was excellent.Service: Body & Trim

This is for the Arrowhead location!The entire team are AMAZING! From the front office to the techs that worked on my SUV they are very communicative, understanding and have truly provided the most excellent customer service I've had in a very very very long time! No question was left unanswered and today when I went to get my personal belongings out of my car (it's a total loss) and I was blocked in the back yard by the tow truck the awesome young man let me go out through the garage where work was being done so that I could get back to work and I didn't even have to ask! Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you all for making this part of the accident stress free!Service: Body & Trim

While the people are friendly and professional, this shop is disorganized and stuck in stone ages. After going back twice over a three week period for an estimate for "hail dents", the representative wanted me to leave my car so that it could be sent out for the estimate. After further discussion the representative offered to have the estimator come to me. The estimator sent me a text with his availability in my area but the time frame did not fit into my schedule and I no longer wanted to drag out the estimate or the repair. Speaking of the latter, I was talking to another customer there who informed me that the shop is very slow on repairs as his minor repair job was extended from two weeks to three months and still showed no signs of being completed. I realize that this is a small business, however, I would recommend that they modernize their operations so that one can get prompt estimates and prompt repair services. I opted to make an appointment at another shop and got in the next day for an on-the-spot estimate.

I had such a good experience at A&D in Avondale when my car was hit, that I went there again to get a loose bumper fixed. They ordered new plastic clips to keep the rear bumper in place on my Prius. Plastic? Plastic doesn't do well here in Arizona. Chris M was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to accommodate my schedule. Price was as quoted. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

If I could give them '7' stars, I would.I had an accident and Honda parts were on back order for months. Pam & crew (Avondale location) used their Honda 'connections', to attain parts and went to bat for me. Professional, knowledgeable, service orientated and kind-hearted. I needed some repairs done to the driver side door of my vehicle and I spoke with Robin at the front desk and also Chris the adjuster because the dent was due to an accident. They are a very professional group of people, very polite, and the work was good quality. You can t even see where the dent was. I highly recommend A&D auto body shop for automotive repairs. You know I gave this a five-star because I have used A&D Auto body more times than I would like to admit. I haven't gotten my car back this time around but if the last few times are any indicatio, I am going to be nothing but pleased... That's just how this company operates. If for some reason this isn't the case, I know they'll make it right. They came highly recommended to me and I am passing that recommendation along and glad to do so!

After my truck got in an accident I decided to use these guys to help me fix it the headlights went out right away but I wasn't driving so they couldn't replace them on time and my tires did not rub when I used to turn them and they started rubbing when I turned them when I got it back and they said there's nothing they can do to fix it. My truck looked brand new when I got it back and I was really happy but within four months I'm very disappointed with the performance, the customer service team does a decent job answering the phone and getting you answers to your questions pretty quick....Edit. After reading this post they reached out to me and explained what's happening and seem to be doing their best to resolve the issue

Called ahead and let them know I just needed a bumper painted, got there and was told they don t do paint in parts only collision repair
