Predatory Towing alert !!After explaining them over the Phone that truck is Derated to 5MPH. We need someone to fix the truck, they send a foreman who plugged his computer and repeated exactly what we just advised them and told us to take it Dealer or to their Shop. They wanted a bill of $402.50Basically they are towing company, they want the truck to tow it to their Shop and make Hefty BillNever using them Again

Kamie and Mark were really helpful in getting me back on the road. Without a beat stop here if you need any kind of repairs. These guys are reasonable AND know what they are doing . Oh.and don't miss checking that monster truck they have!

This place was amazing! They got me in and addressed the problem right away! Mark was so nice and kind and figured out the problem almost right away. Kamie was the sweetest gal. Took care of all the paperwork quickly. I would give this place 20 stars if I could. It s nice to be treated with respect, kindness and a top notch mechanic!!! Thank you so much.

Just so happened our RV started throwing really high rpms while driving 40-60mph. We saw this truck stop- noticed the shop. Explained things to James who said it s the transmission and advised us to NOT drive it any further and he advised us to get it towed to Mercedes dealer in town (Flagstaff). We were 50 miles out. We contacted our roadside service- long story short- Murphys worked with them to get us towed the next day around noon! I can t say enough about this company and our tow driver Hayden! We were fortunate to have landed in their neighborhood!!

Connie, James, and Mark at the Ash Fork shop for Murphy's Towing & Truck Repair were amazing on a recent tow and repair. We had a radiator blow on one of my trucks and they got to it immediately and had the truck (and my drivers) out of the shop in just a few hours--way less time than anyone else would these days. The bill was fair and they delivered exactly what they promised. Connie was knowledgeable, helpful, and she treated my drivers with kindness and grace while they waited. I'll use this company again the next time I need some help in the area.

I spoke with Mary, she was literally the kindest. When I called I was embarrassed to have gotten stuck in the snow and not being real educated on tow culture Mary explained things to me and made me feel comfortable and welcomed to ask for help.If ever In need of a tow I recommend Murphys towing for their outstanding customer service!Mary, thank you so much for being so kind and helpful.

After running out of skill and blowing a turn, I found myself hung up on a tree very close to a steep drop-off. By all accounts this SHOULD have been a very dangerous recovery given the precarious way my truck was teetering on a ledge. Rick and his crew arrived in short order, and securely rigged the front and rear of the truck to a BEAST of a recovery wrecker known as Black Betty . Then they slowly and carefully dragged my 6000lb truck up the gravel slope and back on to the roadway without leaving so much as a scratch on her. Seriously, it was impressive to watch and immediately clear that Rick has TONS of experience doing this sort of thing. I ve got Murphey s in my phone on speed dial now I hope I never find myself in that situation again but if I do, there is no question who d I call.Service: Special vehicle towing

My tire burst. called them. They said one amount initially. They paid me a deposit. the guy arrived. I took everything and brought two new wheels and installed them. We all paid the balance. After driving 119 miles, my tire burst. On the road I stopped at a truck stop and called them. During the correspondence they said pay more and we will come.you want to say I m lying, you re deceiving me, I told you and how am I supposed to get to you with a broken tire? Please tell me what you told me, pay for it, we ll change everything for you and we ll sort it out. Why not? Change it and you won t figure it out yourself

Your driver is driving irrationally on I 40 west bound got on the rear of my car we were going 80 mph he was on our bumper we had a semi in front of us he kept pushing about 2-3 inches off our bumper. He laughed and smiled and waved when I to pics of his truck . Will call DOT and turn truck DOT # in for his irrationally behavior.

Collin had us off the side of the road and to the mechanic in WAY less time than expected. My last tow took 45 mins just to hook up my truck and Collin had it done in under 20 mins. Super impressed with Murphy s Towing and glad I found another YouTube channel to enjoy

If I could leave no stars I would. This company was so unsupportive for a semi truck driver. After 4 days of charging to do nothing to help or make this experience better with the situation. Left bolts on oil pan loose and wanted to charge for water to spray on livestock. To be honest it felt like a racist problem. Because my driver could not speak good English they treated him horribly. I can t believe the customer service and the mechanics were just horrible. I don t wish anything bad on this place but Karma always wins. Sad how they treat someone so horrible because he don t speak enough English. I WOULD PAY TO TOW AWAY FROM HERE FROM NOW ON INSTEAD OF USING THIS MONEY HUNGRY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE.

Semi trucks - read the reviews. Maybe they do a good job at towing but you are better off not using them for roadside assistance. I wasted 3-4 hours and $650 for nothing. They wanted to tow my truck and loaded trailer for what turned out to be a 10 minute fix. Should have read the reviews and called someone else the first time.

Being a rural area getting valve stems to fix a couple wheels for my truck can be a challenge. I stopped at Murphy s Towing to see if they had the correct valve stems, I provided the old ones as examples. They had the exact same valve stems and got me on my way.

On my way to Grand Canyon, the rental car started giving warning of very low air pressure in tires. After driving slowly for more than 20 miles, I pulled over to this place and asked them for assistance. To my pleasant surprise, "Hotrod" was more than willing to help and filled in the air at no charge.

Josh was awesome! Picked up our trailer with a broken axle and towed it from Seligman, AZ back to our repair shop in Las Vegas. Josh made sure the trailer was loaded properly and kept it safe the whole way to Vegas. He even called to let me know arrival time so we could meet at the repair shop. Thanks Murphys for having the only Landoll available to get us home safely!Service: Long distance hauling

The local gas station did not have any power steering fluid, we had an emergency and needed 2 qts of it. The gentleman went out of his way and found some for me and GAVE it to me at NO cost. He saved us that day! He was super friendly and extremely helpful. MUCH APPRECIATED!!Thank you Murphys Towing!!

On Jan 7th my wife and I were in one of the pile up accidents on I-40. We were driving across the country from the East Coast to California. Our car was totaled and we were legitimately stranded. Caleb came and scooped us up safely to Murphys Tow yard/office. We then met Kami. Kami went above and beyond on all levels to make sure we found a hotel with vacancy. She and Mary even had the American League team on standby should there be more stranded and not able to secure a night in a hotel. Their kindness has restored our faith in humanity. Awesome people! I wanted to pick-up a purchase locally, to save on shipping and see shop. I'm sort of a local.The system wouldn't let me complete the purchase for pick-up, even though it was an option.The boss lady helped me out and had the problem resolved. I stopped in a few days later and was able to grab my merch.

Very pleased with my purchase from Murphys, the shirt very good quality anthe cap also and the personal touch that Taylor put in packaging with the sticker and personal note. Nicki also went out of her way for me to pick up my order instead of shipping since I was passing through the area. Really enjoyed visiting the ash fork facility and meeting a few of the guys. Thx Jeff Gammons. More orders to come, I gotta have one of the hoodies!!

Had an issue with a egr hose clamp, truck lost power,Stop at Murphy towing & Rapair, Mark the mechanic, was able to help me, new what to do, & got me going with in an hour, I will really recommend them, Connie a such nice lady & has knowledge, of what I was talking about when I explained her my problem, + I had the pleasure to meet Rick Murphy the big boss, who s a nice & humble guy, I felt like family with them
