I like the no pressure. Knowledgeable staff they're able to help me out with all of our needs. Very nice selection of gear and glasses a real nice selection of glasses. And affordable ones at that.

Great dealer and super cool. Had them install some bars on my bike and they did a great job. Service advisor had great communication, parts guy helped me pick some items out and it was delivered back in only a few days. Glad these guys are my home-town dealer!

Great dealership. Tried their best to get me a new bike, they were very helpful and got me a good test ride. It just wasn't the bike for me. If you're in the market for a Harley they have a great selection and they are great people to work with.

Wonderful staff to deal with ! No pressuring on anything, My salesman, Reno kept me in the loop and advised me regularly on the status of the bike I had ordered. Entire staff at Superstition Harley was extremely helpful throughout the purchase process. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a Harley, or have a bike serviced that you already own. Open 7 days a week ! You simply can't can't go wrong ! I purchased the 2023 Ultra Limited Anniversary Model, #737 of 1300 made, my wife posted pictures on her facebook page and I am getting comments regarding the beautiful bike on an hourly basis ! Keep the shinny side up, and ride safely !

The team at Superstition HD was great. I first spoke with Greg aka "Troll" Hughes on a Monday in search of a CVO ST. He said one was there on the floor. Set an appointment for Wednesday morning. Got there and the bike was ready for me. He turned me to Marcus Hansen who gave me all the specs and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The purchasing process was simple to the point and easy. Everyone At Superstition HD made me feel at home, like a family member. I got to me every department from clothing sales, parts, service, and events person.

One of the best new bike purchasing experiences I've ever had. Bought a Pan America and gear and rode that thing back home to Washington. Highly recommend this dealership and for great service ask for Reno, he and Troll will take good care of you.

Go to as many Harley stores as I can traveling.Not impressed at all here. Meandered looking with intent to purchase clothing. 3 employees were in area and not one approached while I looked at clothes Walked in door and by other staff who also did not acknowledge entering their store I went for car show that met many others showing bikes and cars at Superstitions.A little tip, more food, any drinks , maybe a little jewelry any vendors are always a big draw guys !

Disappointing experience, agreed on price, trade in, gift card, financing and deposit. Left the deposit they requested. Followed up to schedule pickup and confirm details and was told they could not honor the deal. No call from a Manager explaining why, just sales associate letting me know they wouldn't honor the deal.

Went for a couple of gifts for my son it's definitely a big place with lots of selection of item's related to Harley davidson and riding parts and accessories. A huge selection of bikes.

If I could give them a minus zero I would! Beware 90% of their employees work on commission only and zero base salary. Therefore, most won't help you unless they are getting something out of it. I had one piston done there for 2k, they didn't recommend me doing the other and 4 months later my engine blew! then they wanted 6k for a new engine for a 2013 Dyna, Or trade it in for 2,500. They also had a most miles challenge for month of May for females. I needed one person to come out and check my miles today and after 5 no's I'm busy twiddling my thumbs. Finally Dane came out to check them for me. They are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with!

When I took my bike in I was told 30 days for the motor build and upgrade. I dropped it off August 19th. It was not finished until November 11th. They had to send parts out to be machined and of course the other shops had delays. My service writer rarely called me, I had to call for updates. When someone is spending over 10k I feel that the level of customer service should be a bit better. They took a few bucks off for the delay. The service manager told me he asked the performance shop for a discount but they didn t give him one so he could not pass on any savings. The whole fiasco was very disappointing and my customer experience was far from good. I have used other shops and experienced similar delays, but nothing like this and other shops were willing to make the customer happy if they could. This shop, not so much. I understand some parts were out of their control. But at the end of the day I was a customer of Superstition Harley. Not the other shops. And Superstition did not meet my expectations nor did they even try to find a middle ground. I have used their shop before for tires and oil changes and the experience was a lot better. Not sure I would use them for anything more.

One of my favorite Harley dealerships they are always super helpful and if I have questions while I'm working on my bike the services desk always has insight on what I'm doing can not complain at all they are a great group of people

Walked in with no pre-arranged financing, no existing insurance, just a desire to ride out with two motorcycles (only had one picked out though). Very patient with us. Answered all questions. Long day. Happy customers!

No pressure, warm and welcoming purchasing experience. This group was very upfront on what services they recommend and would skip. Whatever I said yes or no to, they accepted and we moved on. Likewise, I felt appreciated as a customer and everything was done with the effort to create loyalty and a healthy consumer relationship. Would absolutely shop here again.

While riding the back roads back to Louisiana from San Diego - we had a bike issue.This dealership went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us running safely AND we were treated like BMOC s while in the dealership by their entire team.Then to top it off - we received a personal tour of the entire (and it s humongous) dealership by THE MAN Justin.Thank You to everyone at Superstition Harley.

I want speak no only with this local, but about all Halley Davison company. Guys don t buy here, I bought a motorcycle and payed off almost all in one year it is supposed to pay until 2028. They don t give us any discount, any time to pay off the loan. They don't help, they don't give discounts and they don't give you time to pay what little you have left. a terrible company to finance.

I recently wrote a bad (one star) review of Superstition HD pertaining to an item they refused return or exchange resulting in my needing to buy an additional part. I am amending that review with this one by saying after speaking with them in person, it was a misunderstanding of the circumstances rather than them not wanting to assist me, they have rectified the situation and are taking VERY GOOD care of my needs and my motorcycle. I DO recommend them to other riders for their motorcycle needs and I will continue to take my business there.
