The staff was very friendly. I was having some car trouble, and the check engine light came on. They used their scanner and shared 3 codes needing attention. Thank you for the insight!

Initially didn't have the part. Within an hour it was delivered . Replaced the cabin airfilter in my car. Dealer charges 60.00 paid 20.00 and it took 1 minute to install. Watched a video on u tube. Will never have it Replaced by my dealer again.

Service is getting bad last 4 times going in takes forever to buy anything have one parts guy working behind the desk while other parts guys keep walking around won't help no one.last 2 times going in just put parts back and walked away after waiting 20 min in line without it moving

Waited in line for 10 or so minutes with about 6 other customers in store. Only one cashier initially. More showed up to handle the building lines. Once it was my turn I asked for help testing my battery. The guy asked me if he could help one more person in line behind me first. I reluctantly said ok. I waited outside in the 100+ degree heat by my car for another 5 or so minutes waiting for him. When he didn't show up I came inside to find he had helped three more customers that were all in line behind me. Poor customer service IMO.

I used to frequent this store and had nothing but great service. But recently the manager accused me of a crime (and informed AJ PD of this accusation) without ANY knowledge or proof that I was even there when it happened only that I was the last person in the store before it happened. I was informed of this supposed crime when AJ PD visited my house asking about it.This store I will NEVER frequent again.

I bought a piece in this store but they didn't have it here so I paid for it to pick it up in another store but Dave didn't place the order and in the other store I had to pay for it again and I went back to this store to get my money back but Dave didn't want to give me a refund the money since he said that if they gave me the money back later I would go pick it up at the other store and get it for free anyway I lost my money

Excellent knowledge, friendly service! I had no idea exactly what I needed, except my tail light was burned out. Not only was Austin able to find which bulb I needed, but he helped me install it. I was in and out in less than 10minutes, couldn't ask for more. Will definitely go back.

In an emergency, I needed to replace the car's battery (only to learn the next day it was actually the alternator). They installed the battery only to get stuck in peak hour traffic on 60 not even 24 hours later. Was the battery installed properly, no! The positive wasn't even connected properly! This incident could have turned out much worse than it did! Anyhow, the manager did refund me, tip as well. Thank you for that! Will I go back, Nope!

Michael Short took my phone call and helped me both times I went into the store today. I had a warranty on a car battery and spent all morning searching for the receipt. I had about given up until I called the store and Michael said to bring in the battery and he would help me find it. Sure enough his determination saved me and he was able to find my order and honor the warranty. I could tell Michael was very busy and juggling multiple hats today but he never made me feel rushed or that I was taking away from his valuable time. Instead he made me feel the opposite. I would highly recommend Michael Short at O'Reillys.

Had a good experience at this store. The guys really helped me out, hooked me up with a good deal (unlike Big O this morning) and the even installed my windshield wipers for me. Yeah, I could have did it myself but they were very courteous! Gave me quote with no pressure too. I will definitely return here for more of my auto needs.

very bad customer service the person who help meI told him "I'm looking for a pcv hose" and he just looked on his computer and he told me "it's just a regular hose" he turned around and went to help someone elseHe did not help me, I wanted him to sell me what I needed, but apparently they only help people according to their appearance or class.From now on I will only buy through Amazon I thought it was better that they attend personally but apparently I was wrong

They usually have what you need and tend to have friendly staff available to help.This is my go-to place for anything automotive. I've been coming to this location specifically for several years and the majority of the time they've had the parts I've needed already in-store. If the part is out of stock then they can typically have another store send it to them within 24 hours.The staff are usually pretty knowledgable and helpful for general automotive questions (as it should be, its an autoparts store). They almost always find the items I need right away, which is great because I don't know where to look most of the time.They offer free borrowing of tools so there's basically no need to buy your own for every little project. Especially those specialty tools which cost an arm and a leg.The only gripe I've had with O'Reilly is the bundle deals, specifically for oil and oil filters. Right when you walk in you can grab a magazine with a bunch of deals listed on the front page, one of them being a bundle for a container of oil and a filter to go with it for ~25 bucks. After all my years of coming here, I don't think I've ever actually walked out of the store with that pricing.

Michael at the Apache Junction store was amazing . He helped me so much with my battery exchange and was such a sweetheart. O Reilly should be incredibly proud of him. It s great to see such caring workers.

Very professional and courteous... The gal who helped me was a veteran as I am and I was able to purchase my ignition coil with my veterans discount... Only had $80 to my name... It cost $81 with tax and with my discount my purchase came out to $75...
