Neal was able to dial in the alignment of my 4runner after I installed a stage 2 Icon lift for an extremely reasonable price. The shop has great customer service and does excellent work, I will definitely use them again.

We were camping at Lost Dutchman SP for a few days and since I had the time I decided to get two new tires on the RAM 2500 and see about the alignment problem, as it was pulling to the right. The guy at Discount Tire in Apache Junction recommended Network Automotive, just up the road. So the next morning I took it in to see about the alignment. They quickly concluded that without some new suspension parts it would never stay aligned. I wasn t surprised, as the Cummins Diesel is very heavy in the front end. Richard, the manager, quickly worked up a parts and labor estimate and about noon I gave him the go-ahead. He then got on the phone and arranged for a rental car for me at Enterprise, which is a few miles down the road. And his assistant, Jeff, took time out of his lunch hour to drive me down there, where a car was waiting for me. The next morning I went in late morning. They had acquired and installed all the new parts the previous afternoon and were just finishing the alignment. Richard offered me a senior discount, even without asking. And my wife and I were able to return the rental car before the 24 hours were over. The overall experience was one of excellent customer service and the important part, the truck tracks like a new truck. The next time I m in Apache Junction I know where to take my pickup!

Just had my oil changed with filter, plus they adjusted my hood release latch...no issues. Very friendly staff and felt like they run a very professional shop. First time here do to a coworker recommended me to Network Automotive. Will be back next week to have my wife's van oil changed and find out why check engine light is on. Hard nowadays to find a reputable garage you can trust. They did take pictures of some car parts that show need to replace soon. Will definitely follow up on that. If you are looking for a reliable garage, I highly recommend this garage.

Neal is the lead tech and his attention to detail is great. Highly knowledgeable, especially with lifted 4x4 vehicles and getting my alignment spot on (with others were unable to do). Great guy and great service.

Waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I saw several other customers interact with the manager or service manager. Network Automotive seemed to really care about their customers and how automotive repair can be a financial burden. They also were knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

They were great because of their honesty. We took my brother's car there. He had to have a part fixed. They looked at it, told us the issue, recommended to have the original place fix that belt along with the other belt because it would be warrantied by that original shop. So thank you so much for that.

I'm 70-year-old man and I've dealt with a lot of mechanics and shops. This shop is the most honest shop. I have ever dealt with in my life. I went in for a front end alignment and they told me. I didn't need it. I will definitely only use this shop great service. Is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had another shop tell me they couldn t align my truck to factory specs and they recommended Network (I appreciated their honesty). I was really impressed with the service at Network. They are very professional and have modern communications and updates via text. They were able to align to spec without any issues at all and even discounted the labor because the other shop had it close. They checked and charged my battery while it was there as a courtesy. I ll be back. Nice to know there are good shops close by. Thx

Neal is the man! He fixed my alignment and gave me great insight on my vehicle. I m going to start recommending people to him. I have a 4Runner and you get a discount if you are in the Arizona 4Runners group on Facebook! Very happy with Network great. They are all great guys that want to help and care for the customers.

Richard and Nick are always on their game as well as the rest of the techs. I've had a few vehicles in this shop and have never been disappointed. They are honest with fair pricing and always send a detailed quote with pictures and detailed pricing. My go to shop and would send anybody their way.

Absolutely stellar experience at Network Auto! Richard and the team were a breath of fresh air when I came in for an alignment. They greeted me warmly and got straight to work, quickly identifying that my car was out of whack. Richard took the time to explain the alignment process and provided a transparent, reasonable quote. The service was swift, and before I knew it, my car was handling like it was brand new. Reliable, customer-focused service like this is golden. Network Auto is my definitive choice for car care!

Had my car break down Sunday nite. Called Network first thing Monday morning. They. Got me in first thing. Car was repaired by 230 pm. Not only that they arranged a ride to and from garage. Great professional service. They went the extra mile would highly recommend them.

Had a issue with my driver side rear tail light(2020 F150) All lights worked until, I turned on my headlights, then only the driver side taillight stopped working. I checked all fuses, and couldn't figure it out. I setup an appointment with Network Automotive, and their tech found the problem within 15 mins. A wire broke within the wire harness. They fixed my issue with the hour, and the price was reasonable. These guys were helpful and very professional. Would definitely bring my vehicle to them if the need arises in the future.

The service manager Richard explained everything to me and showed me the graphs with the paperwork. I will definitely be bringing my car back to have my car serviced in the future. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I was so happy to find out that my car did not need an alignment at this time, I appreciate the honesty, and have been looking for a shop like this one, since I ve moved to Arizona. Wow after going through hell with my car from Apache Motors in Apache Junction selling me a car I needed tons of work done on it! Firestone in chandler and Gruelichs on 48th in phoenix ripping customers off mis diagnosing my car! Network Automotive found the exact problem got my car running better than its ever ran and had me back on the road in a day! Nick and the squad at Network thank you for the help I was about to give up! See you guys soon for more great service!

Harmony key that drives the pulleys (and all the drive belts) sheared off the end of the crankshaft....no alternator/power steering/etc) . They fixed it much faster than I thought possible,and with a 2-year warranty!. Car runs great and I'll be going back anytime I have a problem. Many thanks.

Wintering in Arizona and needing some much needed maintenance on my Ford F350 found Network Automotive Service (Apache Junction location). I am very particular about who I let work on my truck, so I did my research on local shops and these guys were by far the best qualified.Talked with Phil on the phone for an appointment on needed maintenance. Once there he quoted out work which was reasonable for what was needed (tract bar/bushings/differential fluids/shocks/4 wheel alignment). Talked with mechanic who gave my truck a good looking over and commented that it looks like I keep up on the maintenance. Upon completion of the work the hard part comes, paying the bill!! Phil informed me price was lower than quoted and gave me a military discount as well. Have had the truck back for a week now an we feel like we are in a new truck again!! Thanks Network Automotive Service!!

I called in for an alignment after some repairs were done for my truck including new suspension bushings, front and rear axle regear and posi swap. They assured me that they could look at it and get it aligned the day after I first called. I dropped it off and got a call 3 hours later that they couldn't align the truck after they racked it up. I asked them to simply adjust a part of my suspension, which the manager refused to do starting they didn't have time. I even offered to pay more to finish my truck. He stated that he didn't have time. Why accept my truck, have me bring it over, rack it up, check it, call me, and then tell me you don't have time to spin 2 alignment sleeves that are brand new. They gave it back to me with the alignment being nearly the same, but I ended up destroying my front 2 tires within 2000miles after driving next day to move to Wyoming. The manager of this place is a joke, who only seems to want easy jobs. The moment you find the limit of his knowledge, he kicks you out instead of just listening. You want a minimum effort repair? Go here.In response to the owners reply. No new parts were needed, just 10 extra minutes with already installed parts that a local shop did. As I told Richard, just adjust one sleeve in more, and the other one would be able to move accordingly. It's just further proof that they don't know what they are doing. They didn't pull my steering wheel, they didn't pull my pitman, they didn't replace any parts, and they had it to .05 degrees of toe.

The work performed on 12/30/23 was outstanding (Nick), with superior customer service (Richard) and the price point was competitive and fair. I highly recommend Network Automotive in Apache Junction.

I took my jeep in because the engine light was on. This is the second time. The first time they told me that a lot of times the gas cap causes the problems of a mild emissions leak . They spent over an hour with the car that time and didn t charge me anything. I took it back this time to see if they could diagnose what is causing the engine light to be on. This time they ran smoke through it and said no smoke came out which makes it harder for them to figure out where the minor leak is. They told me they could replace some parts that would cost over $400.00 but they did not recommend doing it at this time. Because, they couldn t guarantee that would fix it and it s a minor leak that is not really causing any problem at this time. (That is until I take it in to get smog tested.)It s just one of those things that is not easy to diagnose. But with all that said, I can t believe the service that I get there and they charge me minimal. They also said that they would keep my work order opened so when I bring it back in three months to look at the problem again that they would not charge me another diagnostic fee. All in all, I m so happy I found Network Automotives.I also took the motorhome in at the same time, and they changed oil, which was quite nice to have both things done at the same time.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Network Automotive did a great job on the water pump for our car. We first took our car to another place before we were referred to Network Automotive, they never said that the radiator hoses were bad; however, Network Automotive let us know that they were, so they replaced the water pump, the radiator hoses, and the temp sensor all for an affordable price. Thanks Network Automotive, you will be the first place to call.

Very helpful and friendly. Was able to make an appointment for later that same day. They let me know what they found & the cost to repair. Alignment was completed and I had my car back that afternoon. Very happy. Made an appointment to have front brakes done this weekend.

Extremely honest! I went there thinking a ball joint was bad on my car after being told this at Walmart. When I got there they explained it was just a bad tire and recommended that I change it out for a new one which I did and my car is running perfectly. They did not charge me for this at all! So I will be taking all of my business there now for Car Care! Thank you for restoring my faith in mechanic shops and human beings.
