Two generations of family have used Mustang auto. My parents began using Bill at Mustang auto over 20 years ago. Now I continue to use Bill and Mustang auto for any repairs I ever need. He is very reasonable on pricing and honest about all his repairs. He will never tell you that you need something you don t need and address what issues need to be addressed. I will always continue to do business with Bill and Mustang auto as long as they re around.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Outstanding outfit. I had an emergency repair needed on my personal work truck. They did excellent work, the price was better than anywhere else. Just the entire experience was a good one. Not to mention the piece of mind these folks give you I highly recommend them for any of your mechanical issues.

I've taken all of our cars to Mustang Auto. I don't think I'll ever go to another repair center as long as I'm in this area. Bill is a true professional, honest and gives me great value through good pricing and prompt service. Always calls me with approximate costs before he begins any repairs. I trust his judgement completely. He and his staff are friendly and polite people, and I always come away pleased.

After 4 weeks of trying to get a oil change at the local jiffy lubes & valvoline centers with NO SVC AVAILABLE, I was referred by a neighbor to come here! I called, and they were friendly, and helpful! I will be doing all my business here from now on! Tyvm!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

(This man provided the surefire engine which was suppose to be warranted which is part of the reason i wrote this review and gave the lowest star rating possible. This man does not back up his work and is now lying about it in his businesses reviews. Shameful business practices here.) **added sept. 2022**Paid over 4000 for an engine swap. The vehicle stopped running less than a year later. Went back to have it checked out and he just told me he did his job and that there must be other issues. He was unwilling to help and probably wanted even more money just to inspect his own work. Ive really been put out by this and am struggling to resolve this

I've used this mechanic many times and had a bad experience almost every time.!!AVOID MUSTANG AUTO REPAIR!! needed ac fixed, I spent almost$1500 and it didn't ever run right after that. I tried to ask him to fix it and he tried telling I was the one who messed it up. My car would spontaneously die when accelerated, they charged me to replace the alternator first, which didn't fix it, then a few other things that also didn't fix it. Charging me for every repair and taking my car so I wasn't able to go anywhere I needed for days each time. My brother looked at car and seen instantly there was a bare wire right on top of motor as soon as you open hood. Stuck electrical tape on it a fixed it in 15 seconds. I paid thousands for them to imcorrectly diagnose my car, repair things that weren't necessary and Accused me of causing the problem by trying to fix their wrong doings actually make problems much worse. There is much more terrible experiences with this shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Bill has been my auto shop since 1999. I moved from Mesa to Apache Junction. It was a honest shop. The last couple of times I took my vehicles there his prices just started to be outrages. I have four vehicles.. I took in my daughter car to fix the front signal lights and he wanted to charge me $647.00. I trusted this shop but it will be the last time I go there.I fixed my daughter car for $47.00. I'm sadden that we lost respect,honest and integrity as American instead of helping each other we try to get the best of good honest working people. I'm reporting him to the better business Bureau. I highly recommend people to be careful..

Have had all my cars from a 1963 Chevrolet impala SS to new cars serviced and repaired by Mustang auto for the past 14 years. I have always been treated very fairly by the staff. The service and expertise are excellent. There are no hidden costs. You will never be surprised by the bill when you come to retrieve your vehicle.

I rate Mustang Auto Repair at five stars, but would gladly give it aten star. This is by far the very best "hometown" auto repair servicein the area. The staff at Mustang is very competent and can servicemost any vehicle. They feature great service and above all, honesty, combined with a genuine concern in resolving your auto repair problems, however large or small. Highly Recommend!

I have always had trust issues with mechanics.. who hasn't? This guy is honest hard working and knowledgeable.. i took my car in for breaks oil change and a/c. I was prepared for a $300 bill.. Nope.. my breaks where simply dirty my a/c just needed refilling and my oil change complete.. less than 100! no joke..

Im new to apache junction.. These guys really came through 2 separate times when I called and needed immediate service to my vehicle and my boyfriends. The second time they didn't have any availability and the woman I spoke too was understanding and so kind I asked her if she could by chance squeeze us in and call me if there are any cancelations as we only like like 10 min from the shop. She did exactly that !!!! we got In That day!!! and they had our oil pressure switch done in under an hour right before closing ...Great honest auto shop.

Was referred to this shop by some friends about six years ago and have been taking my cars there ever since and am extremely pleased with their service. They have a knowledgable courteous staff, fair prices, and stand behind their warranties. I won't take my cars anywhere else! I highly recommend this shop.

Ref 2014 dodge journey trans repair 4/25/18. My wife is extremely pleased w/Bill & his staff's diagnosis after analyzer indicated faulty trans. Upon further diagnosis, a lessor trans repair fixed problem & saved me bundles. We are recommending Bill's crew for future repairs to everyone. It was a godsend before leaving the valley for the summer. Thx Bob Queen Valley
