I've had my RV serviced at Main St. RV for a few years now. They always do a great job, in a timely manner, with good communication about the status. Will, the service manager, is awesome. He has even gone into the shop on his day off to facilitate me picking up my trailer. I highly recommend Main St. RV to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.

Recently purchased a used Dynamax Dynaquest 260st. Wanted to get the generator serviced and had an issue with my hydraulic jacks. Will was awesome got me in right away especially with a trip coming up I wanted to address. A day later all was good. He and Joe in service walked me through what they looked and worked on as well as giving some helpful insights into things to do and not do. This was great since it was a new RV for me. I appreciated the work..time frame and will not hesitate to use again when service calls. Thanks guys!!

We had an excellent experience at Main St RV, thanks to the fantastic team Keaton, Pete, Scott, and Will. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made us feel very comfortable. It was our first time purchasing an RV and they provided us full training including driving lessons. While we did encounter some issues with the RV we purchased after leaving the lot, the Main St RV team truly went above and beyond to resolve all of our concerns. Their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction are commendable. I highly recommend Main St RV for a top-notch RV buying experience.

Will, lead mechanic, is awesome. We had the gear on our lippert through frame slide break and he was able to replace the gear WITHOUT having to take the whole slide out. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend mainstreet rv!!!These guys will help with just about anything you need done on your rv. Including solar panels. They carry AGM lead acid and lithium batteries.

Wow. I ve never felt so insulted. Went to check out an RV. Maybe cause I m younger than the average buyer of larger RVs that I got treated on a lesson of finance and got told to get a home equity loan to buy the rv. Whiiiccchhh is what caused 2008 .No attempt at working any sort of deal.Got told to Google the specs.Felt demoralized and wanted to leave after 10 minutes.Will say prices are better than market if you can make it that far with them. Site was clean and well laid out.

I spoke with John, one of the salesmen . He was a walking book of knolage. Educated me on the steps to be able to finance a motorhome. Also how to choose the right one for me a first timer buying a motor coach. No pressure only the desire to make sure I am happy with my choice.I would recommend them to be your first and last stop to purchase motorhome or travel trailer.

I inquired about a 2014 RV on RVtrader.com and received a phone call very quickly. I had lots of questions and "Keaton" was awesome. He is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and transparent in his communication. I live about 7 hrs away and won't be able to see the coach for several days. Keaton took the time to go through that particular RV and do a verbal walk through with me over the phone. It took a good amount of time to do that. He was extremely patient with me and all of my questions. I told Keaton that he checked all the boxes for someone I would like to work with. Even if it doesn't work out with this particular rv I told Keaton I would welcome working with him on another one that may fit the bill. I have plenty of dealers locally where I live but will make the drive to deal with him. The lady who answers the phone was kind and informative as well. Check this place out. It's worth it!

5 star customer service. My 83 year old mom fell in love with a 2000 Chinook that we saw online. We were nervous about driving a 20 year old rig back home across 300 miles of desert in the middle of the summer. Pete and the team made sure that everything was in working condition and seemed just as concerned about my mother's safety and comfort as I was. Trust is not something that you give to a used RV lot easily. Mom and I felt right away after meeting Pete and his wife that we were in the hands of good people that we could trust. After Pete suited up in his coveralls in 108 degree weather to troubleshoot a fuel line issue I felt 108% satisfied that we were getting a great deal from great people. To be honest, Mom wanted to pay them more than the asking price when they added new tires, new stereo, new stairs, new microwave, and new TV. sorry Pete, we wouldn't let her. Thank you so much for a great experience. We made it home with no problems and mom is so excited about "The Nook." Even though we are a state away we would buy from Main Street RV again without hesitation.

This place is a joke don't waste your time. They don't answer your phone calls or return your messages. Keaton sent me a message last week said he was interested in our RV were selling, I replied to his message immediately and after 24 hours no reply so I called his number he left 3 times over 2 days and on the 3rd try he finally answered and we talked for awhile. He said he would be in the office in an hour and would call me back and guess what no return call. So the next day (Thursday) I called him again and no answer he only answered after I texted him to say thanks for wasting my time. I want to say he reached out to me I didn't reach out to him. Like I have nothing better than chase a phantom lead for the sale of our Motorhome. If you want to talk with me give me your email address and I will give you my number

We are from out of town and were in the market for a class A RV. We saw one in their lot driving by and stopped to check it out. We had no idea what their hours were, and parked and walked up to look at a couple of rigs to see what the prices were. The owner walked up to us to let us know they were closing up. She asked what we were looking for, and we told her a class A diesel for $50K or less. She said that would be hard to find, but there were two units setting right there for less than $40K. She got her keys out, and said "you have 5 minutes of my time, because I'm tired and ready to go home." After that, I didn't want to look, and told her it was too much trouble. She made a derogatory noise. She had already lost my business. I understand she was ready to go home, but there were better ways she could have approached us, and I told her that. She said "I own this business, and I'm not your typical sales person, nor do I want to be." Non-typical sales person must equal bad manners in her book. If she had been more welcoming, and had said something like, "I'm sorry; we're closing now, but we open at whatever time tomorrow, and we would be more than happy to show you around then", I could have understood that. My husband and I ran our own business for several years, and no matter how tired you are or whatever, you treat potential customers with courtesy and with a welcoming manner. Needless to say, I'm not interested in doing business here, and from her attitude, I don't think the owner really cares.

After weeks of shopping around, dealing with slimy salesman and dishonest private sellers, my wife and I were ready to give up. Then we met Pete, at Main Street RV. Pete lives the lifestyle, which was a pleasant contrast from our previous experiences. He quickly understood what we were looking for, and helped us narrow down our options to the perfect match. There was never any pressure. Since the sale, Pete has always made himself available, when I've needed troubleshooting or advice. Extremely valuable, for a first-timer. Will never shop anywhere else.

We had a dometic refrigerator needing repair. Pete let us know exactly what needed to be done & kept us informed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Main Street RV. So friendly (even the porch dog) and got the job done! Give them a try.

Hands down the best place in town. I shopped every dealer in east valley looking for my new RV. Everyone here is experienced and genuinely interested in providing great service. It's not the closest to my house but worth the extra drive. They earned my business for all things RV going forward.

After purchasing our little Dynomax, we would recommend (and have) Main Street RV to our closest friends and family! they were so supportive and helpful even after the sale when we didn't know how to operate some things. we will not shop anywhere else when it comes to RVs!

These guys were really good. Thank you Clark and Ben for getting my fridge fixed on such sort notice and also charging my battery and getting the black water flushed.Unlike some places I have been to for repair I get a sense of honesty from them. I was so sure someone would try to sell me a new circuit board instead of cleaning and making what i had work. I will definitely use them again!PROs- Clean, efficient, honest, friendly service.CONs- only open til 5PM

My wife, Barb and I have been dealing with Pete and Mainstreet RV for the last seven years !!! We have been taking our motorhome to them for our yearly service. We have always been given top notch service at very competitive prices and have always been treated in a very friendly fashion !!! We went to the RV show in Phoenix before we bought our motorhome and the salesman that showed us around, when we told him that we were talking with Pete from Mainstreet RV, told us that if he were ever buying an RV one of the first people he would deal with would be Pete Leighton !!! That is both because of the knowledge he has but also because of the way he deals with his customers. That being that he is both knowledgeable and friendly !!! We always enjoy our visits to Mainstreet RV and are always treated like family !!! I would recommend Pete and his crew to anyone looking for an RV or to get theirs serviced. Barb and Jerry Aubrey

No Hassel dealing with owner or sales rep. They did everything possible to make my purchasing experience as pleasant as possible. Even after I had a mechanical breakdown with my new coach they offered up they services free of charge. Their experience in dealing with RV'S and cosignment owners was second to none. If you want a RV at a fair price, hassel free this is the dealer for u. I had been looking to upgrade from a gas to diesel coach for six months and dealt with all kinds of sales rep, Wes was a breathe of fresh air. . The service i recieve after the purchase was above expectations. Pete and Elissa were very helpful with parts, insurance and warranty information. Pete runs a comfortable dealership and it shows in his treatment of his employees and customers. He's not happy until u r. Really!!!
