This staff was great with my truck, super efficient, showed me everything in person but didn't push any extra sales, and they were done so fast! Taylor was especially helpful with recommendations on other repairs I needed done but wasn't able to get with them. Definitely recommend!

Great customer service! 350 miles from home, and they pulled my service history. Fast, easy in and out, Thank you! Forgot to add, I also requested a tire rotation, and the service team informed me I really need new tires (tread was good, but dry rot was beginning due to 5 years of the Vegas heat). They could have just done it and charged me. I appreciate the honesty!

I asked about the cost of the oil change. Was told basic oil change starts at one price but then told me my oil change was $14 more?Reason my vehicle took 6 quarts of oil.When I protested the manager took $10 off. Wanted to charge over $72 for a basic oil change. Lack of honesty. Very disappointing.Anyone experienced with autos should know up front. When you are not honest up front you will not have me as a repeat customer

Polite, efficient, responsive, helpful and very quick! I was impressed staff were busy, but confident, organized, and happy. Also another customer told us how impressed he was for their honesty and recommendations. Great job!

I had to come back today due to a strange sound coming from the cabin filter which was replaced during my service. The service tech took the time to troubleshoot the problem and was able to resolve the issue. I appreciate him taking the time to fix the problem.

I recently visited this Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and they even performed a complimentary vehicle inspection. Overall, a top-notch experience, and I'll definitely be returning!

Had to bring our car here last week before our multi state move. Got the fluids changed and wipers and an air filter.Asked one of the attendants how big my gas tank was, and they went out of their way to look it up.I waited a week before reviewing because I wanted to make sure nothing went wrong with the car on our trip, and it was flawless.Also, the store was easy to find and drive into. The service was immediate and friendly. They even vacuumed under the rugs. 6/5 stars.

Customer Service was below standards for myself and Jiffy Lube for sure. Been to many back home and have Never been greeted by what ya here for ? I surely wasn t coming for a burger.No energy or a feeling any of them wanted to be at work or give us the time of day.Very sub par unfortunately.

The cost of an oil change is VERY High compared to similar service elsewhere! $80 after I used a $20 digital coupon is ridiculous. I will not be returning!

2nd bad experience here. First one I gave benefit of the doubt.Charge for shop towels (supplies) but never wiped off oil that ran down side of motor. Never cleaned oily hand prints of hood, fender and door. They say that they want to make it right, but it should have been done right the first time.Better training is required for this business.Service: Oil change

This is my most favorite place to get the oil change for my car!!! Have used Jiffy Lube in three different states since I bought my car brand new in 2018. All of the gentlemen in the Jiffy Lube on Apache Trail, Apache Junction, Arizona were very polite, and caring of my car and of me. I highly recommend them!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Rip off over $100 for high mileage oil. Don't know til it's in the bay. Go somewhere else be way cheaper

2nd time visiting and they again did not have any full synthetic engine oil in stock. Whats up with that? I recommend you call ahead to make sure that have the type of oil you need.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The price is a little high, but they re thorough and quick. I stop here when I need an oil change in a hurry. But because of the price, it s only if I can t wait any longer. Most important to me is fast service. JIffy Lube was FAST. Second most important thing is having a clean, cool place to wait. Jiffy Lube's waiting area was fine. I just wish they had a car wash next door.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have to honestly say that over the last few years The Jiffy Lubes I ve been to haven t been very Jiffy at all. I take my fleet vehicle there and usually plan on waiting an hour and a half to 2 hours even when there are not busy. But I was thoroughly impressed with the Jiffy Live Staff in Apache Junction. The assistant manager was very nice, very professional, and so was the rest of the team! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle to this location every service because they seem to know the urgency it takes to get me in and out. I was a General Manager for Jiffy Lube for about 10 years here in the valley and these guys are what Jiffy Lube is about!! Again I was thoroughly impressed!Service: Oil change
