If you want someone that is going to sweet talk you into buying a vehicle that will last a month, this is NOT the place.If you want someone that is going to sell you an awesome vehicle for a great price and is completely honest. YOU NEED TO BUY YOUR NEXT VEHICLE HERE. Yes, an honest dealership ACTUALLY EXISTS and lucky for me, it's right down the road from my house.My husband and I worked with Ric, it was an awesome experience. We told him what our down payment was as well as expected monthly payment. HE MADE IT ALL HAPPEN. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured. All that aside, their in house warranty assured us that we were making the right choice.Safe to say, we're lifetime customers!

Rick was great at communicating and super transparent. Prices were fair, and he sent me pictures of any flaws in the truck before I even got there. Got my 2012 Nissan Titan last week, and have loved the vehicle. Highly recommend these guys for getting a used car.

So far so good, I was looking for a truck for quite awhile and I ended up at James Motorsports through a friend s referral. I ve had the 06 Silverado 2500hd for a few months now. I gotta say for the age and mileage on the truck I was concerned.With that said; I am far from disappointed. The truck is still going strong and I am fairly happy with my purchase. Thanks Rick!!

I was looking for a used truck, back a few months ago and wanted to stay away from private party sales as I had a couple bad experiences with truthfulness after running a carfax on the vehicles I wanted to buy ( one had 2 liens left on it! yikes!) and the used car lots around me, well I tried one and it was not a good experience to put it lightly and others I looked into had really bad reviews and so I was very leary and exhausted on what to do, And then I came across James Motorsports!! WOW! Great reviews and a family owned company for over 50 years! That's a plus! So off I went to check them out and see what they had. Rick Steinheiser was the salesman who I met inside the office and I told him what I was looking for and my price range and off we went on my truck buying journey! I went back and forth on what I wanted and decided I didn't want a 4wd and that's what they do specialize in and so they worked with me and they found a couple of trucks that were 2wd but they weren't to my liking and then Rick texts me with one he thought I would like and he was right!! I can't say enough good things about Rick and this company!! Rick was amazing to deal with! I had a little hiccup with the truck and Rick took care if immediately !! It was overall, just a smooth and great buying experience from start to finish! They also have a service center and so this will be the place I will service my new to me truck!! With the honesty, integrity and kindness this business showed me, I will go nowhere else and recommend them highly!! They have 4x4 trucks and also used cars and other vehicles on the lot. If you don't see what you are looking for, just ask as they get new inventory all the time! Thanks James Motorsports and Rick for my New to Me Truck!

I found a truck online I was interested in. I noticed it was at a dealer and not an individual private owner.. Like always I got that sick feeling in my stomach. I hate dealing with car lots. Im new to the area and never heard of James Motorsports so I gave it a shot.. it was the best and easiest experience Ive ever had. Rick the sales manager was amazing. No high pressure, he just gave me the facts about the vehicle, the keys to test drive , answered any and all questions I had and after a little paperwork it was all over... If only all car lots were like this one... I will be back when I need another vehicle and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks Rick, see you next time!

We bought a 2009 F150 from James Motorsports and could not be happier, the truck runs and looks great. Rick the sales manager met with my wife and I after hours to do test drive and sign the paperwork, he was very helpful and got us a great deal on financing. Super professional and all around great place to do business.

I was in the market for a truck and was looking for a deal. I found one at James. They were up front with concerns they had with the vehicle I was interested in would not sell the car until all concerns were met. We agreed on the purchase with the conditions that the truck was to have all issues taken care of. Rick at James was very responsive and did a great job updating me on process and ensured I was getting a quality vehicle.

Since purchasing a vehicle is often one of the largest purchases most of us make combined with all con artists selling cars I wanted to leave a review about this place because I had a great experience buying from here.I went in to look at a truck Austin had listed on craigslist. I looked it over and took it for a drive. It ran fine and I wanted it. Austin asked me what I thought when we got back and that was it. No pressure no games and most importantly at no time did he try to sell me BS that most dealers try to stick you with.He did the financing on easy terms and we stretched my down payment out to make it very affordable for me. This was almost 2 years ago. I write a review now because I recently went back to him and paid the truck off early. Now that the truck is paid for I can say from start to finish this was by far the best vehicle buying experience I've had and if you're looking for a used car or truck this a great place to consider.

I recently purchased a used Silverado from Austin over here at James motorsports. And I will say that it was the best buying experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Not only that but less than a week later I had an issue with the vehicle and Austin had it taken care of and paid for it in less than 8 hours! Best place in the valley to purchase a used vehicle from hands down!!!

Austin @ James Motorsports is My New GO TO USED DEALER . The atmosphere was pleasant, Honest and the best experience buying a used car. I had Test drove a truck the minute it showed up to the dealership and had a couple concerns after the test drive and they Immediately had The Mechanic look over it and found my concerns and solved the issues right away. Before I bought the truck it was already getting the whole front end rebuilt and we know that is Costly .. We talked price and let's just say I am More than pleased with the price and how easy this buying a used car process was Proud New owner to a GMC 2500hd

Very happy with my experience with Austin at James Motorsports. I will buy from Austin again. Wide variety of vehicles from classic cars/trucks to current cars/trucks. Great customer service, good people that really took care of me. I m very pleased with my Jeep xj. Their shop next door I also recommend, I Highly recommend James motorsports, Austin is the man!

Rick was extremely helpful and so nice to work with. He found the most perfect Jeep that I would ever want, put it through the maintenance step and made sure that everything was in great shape. I will recommend Rick anytme.

I was in a pinch having the truck I was financing was totaled unfortunately it had not been showed paid off on my credit because it was within days prior and cosigning and on a vehicle for my mother and still financing my harley I had to many open loans so it was very hard to finance a vehicle with ease having three open loans. My girlfriend found James Motorsports. We looked and found a truck I wanted on their site. Called up spoke to Austin and explained my situation. He said no worries and got me taken care of. He dropped the price on the truck so I could have the payment I wanted. They're fast, friendly and easy approval.Extremely nice vehicles in stock. Saved me from putting down a big down payment and a higher monthly payment. I bought my prerunnered out truck from them have no issues and am sure if I did they would take care of it. Austin thank you for helping me in my special situation and getting me back into a truck for work. I would recommend anyone to come down and buy from y'all. Austin came highly recommended for finding me my next car. I asked him to find me a BMW with a specific color, model and price. He was able to start looking at auctions and sending me the cars that were perfect. I had the car I was looking for in 2 weeks from when I first called him. He is able to find the car you are looking for and make the process really simple. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their next car.

I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from James Motorsports and the entire experience was incredible. Austin has a great approach to his business - providing sincere honesty and integrity that was unmatched in my car search. There was never any pressure or "sales techniques" from Austin - just an open book with the details of the car's history and a genuine willingness to answer any questions I had. He even called the original Honda dealership to get the service history (based on the CarFax data showing they had serviced it for several years).I live about 100 miles away from the dealership, but after a few discussions with Austin it was a no-brainer to make the ~2 hour drive to buy the car. In the end, I got a great car at an extremely fair price with a 1,000 mile warranty included (which I don't expect will be needed given the incredible condition the car is in).I highly recommend James Motorsports - you will not be disappointed with their service. Thank you so much!

My husband and I purchased a car from Austin James about a year ago and it has been the best car purchase experience of Our Lives!! He is very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. anytime I have a problem I will text him or call him and he immediately gets back to me with an answer which is not normal for car salesman. We would give a proud recommendation of James Motorsports to anyone!!!

Had nothing but good results. From the salesman Austin who helped me with my purchase took care of me in every way. My truck had a an issue soon after I left the lot. I called them and they took care of it immediately with no hesatation. Great place with honest people hard to find nowadays I would definitely recommend.

Just paid off my truck. Best dealership I've ever dealt with (my 6th vehicle). No hassle, no BS, no creepy "car salesman attitude". Text communication was a plus. Make sure you pick up your next diesel here and make sure Austin takes care of you.

My brother and I were looking for a reliable used vehicle when we came across James Motorsports on Craigslist. They were advertising a very clean and cute Toyota Camry (we love toyota) so we called and had a great first encounter with Austin the son of the owner. He informed us that his family has been doing business in Apache Junction for over 35 years now. We felt very comfortable knowing they have been in the automotive business for so long! Long story short the customer service was excellent, deal was fair, and I have referred 2 people and got $200 back for doing so!5 stars worthy.

Would never buy from them again. In late January I purchased a 2000 Dodge Dakota Sport from Austin, who lowered the price to accommodate my income. That was the only positive about this purchase. On the way home.Benson, the temperature was dropping so I turned on the heat, except there was no heat. I called him to report the problem after troubleshooting I determined the heater had been removed and the hoses plugged. He stood by his warranty, but I had to drive all the way back to get it repaired. He told me to show up at noon, but his mechanics told my wife and I they expected us before 8 AM. So we got a motel and dropped off the truck. We were then told by the mechanic that because we didn t arrive on time, they wouldn t be able to work on it till the following week. The following Tuesday they called and reported it was done, so we drove back up there to get it.On the way home the alternator went out near Marana, so I pulled into a truck stop. They discovered the alternator pulley was improperly installed and they would need a new one. I called and left several messages that were never returned. I paid the $270 out of pocket to get it back on the road. When I eventually got home, the power steering had failed. I discovered another temporary fix in the pump reservoir which had now leaked out. I once again called as Austin promised that he would fix everything up to one month. After several days he called back, but refused to pay for the repair as he became quite adversarial and tau ted me about how he lost mine by dropping the initial purchase price as it now he needed to make up for the loss due to the heater debacle.I ended up pulling and replacing the power steering pump and reservoir on my own at a cost of $139 with power steering fluid. Thinking this would be the last issue, I didn t fully check the remainder of the system. When the truck refused to start the following week, I took it into our local mechanic. He discovered that the main grounding bus was severely corroded and the negative grounding strap was jury rigged with a small 18 gauge wire, which burned up. In addition me they discovered both power steering lines and hubs were also leaking. That repair cost me $279.80. I asked them to fully inspect this lemon and they found the wrong oil in the differential, water in the engine oil indicating either a cracked block or a loose/ill fitting oil cap. Thankfully it was the latter. I changed the oil and differential grease myself and purchased a new oil fill cap at the additional cost of $155.

If you need a vehicle this is the Dealership to go to, great choices in vehicles. They wont let you down. The salesman I worked with, Austin, was very knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful in my first car buying experience.
