Stephanie was excellent and the process was smooth and easy. No high pressure sales and they were more than happy to work with us and get our business. I left feeling happy with the deal, which is rare in this day and age. They went above and beyond expectations to make us feel valued and took care of every little detail, including having the vehicle I was interested in pulled up and waiting for me before we arrived and surprising me with my license plate cover being installed before taking it home. This was my first shopping and test drive experience this time around and I am so happy I came here and left with exactly what I wanted and that I didn't have to shop around more! Thank you!

I had to wait for my car to be repaired so I took along my "office in a box". My service representative Michael made sure I had a good place to work since it would be several hours. He set me up at a desk with power and wifi in the show room. It was a great experience for having to wait for my car to be repaired. I was able to work while waiting instead of wasting 1/2 of a work day or taking time off. This was one of the best dealership experiences I've had with a service dept.

This was my 1st time to do a maintenance check on my Palisade at this location. My advisor was Taylor. I am so disappointed with his team. I brought my Palisade nice and clean and when I picked it up, it came back, dirty. I am not satisfied on how you do your service if your team doesn't even bother to check if the car is in good condition or not. My inside are all dusty. I attached the picture that shows how careless your team handled my car.

I was told I had four areas fail inspection. One was battery terminals needed cleaning. Provided picture and quote. I refused. When I got home my terminals were pretty pristine. So I don t know where your picture came from but it wasn t my terminals. Also said I needed a brake Flush and coolant flush. According to owners manual, coolant flush isn t required until 120k miles, I m at 57k. This kind of service really makes me suspicious. Since my locking lug nut wasn t removed from my car, did you even rotate my tires? This was the 2nd mishap at your service center. I doubt I ll ever be back.The first pic is my actual terminal, the other is what they provided to me. Not even close.

Service department: I ve waited a while before giving this review with many negative experiences. Customer service is the top issue and it looks like others have similar experiences. I have used this service department for my palisade for everything but 1 oil change. I ve been left for a few hours with my son, just to have my wife come get us because they didn t meet my appointment time. I forgave that and kept going because they gave a free oil change for the wait. But it happened 3 more times. I was just smart enough not to bring my kid, or to just drop it off. So don t plan on them being respectful of your time. My most recent experience is what led to the review. A shake in the front end, I wanted tires balanced and rotated, and was told that was going to happen. I then get noticed by text of other things needing to be done. I denied the coolant flush, but accepted the wiper blades and alignment being in a trusting mindset. What an idiot!! I just replaced the blades a couple months ago and they were fine, can t believe I forgot, non the less didn t just change them myself. I also see a post below mine of lying about battery terminals. So I ll never know on the wiper blades. But the biggest issue is my guy who I ll call A. He didn t even get my balancing done, lied about a road test, and dipped on me when I came to figure out the issue. I was given a generic ok ok yeah yeah sign here when trying to let them know they have a break down in communication with their text notification and actual work requests. The manager, has been a good dude making things right each time when they go wrong. Could be if you re respectful back and aren t being a Karen, and I don t like leaving negative reviews, but I ve just had way too many bad experiences and this last one did it for me. Don t bail on your customers A.!! Feel free to call if you disagree and need more details, I m sure you know who I m talking about. My suggestion? Feel free to buy here, they ve got great inventory, but be your own advocate in the service department.

When I first bought my car from Horne Hyundai almost 4 years ago, I was very impressed with the salesperson. The service department had something to be desired. They were rude and short. I had to bring my car to the service department by the recommended towing service. When I call to see if it made it there, they could not tell me it was there and assumed it was lost. I had to go to the dealer and walk the whole property and I, not them, found my vehicle. Since that time, in fact, this past Saturday, I had a pleasant experience. That is why I am giving 3 stars.

Couldn't agree more with the terrible reviews on professionalism and customer services. I have had one of the worst experinces at a car dealership in my entire life at this place. Horrible attitude and zero help or accountability.What is worse, some of the Managers responding to customers' feedback, have been part of, or directly responsible for the reported negative experience. How convenient, right?Now, let's wait for another one of those copy/paste responses of how feedback is so important none sense, and some phone number to call and get the same terrible Manager you interacted with in the first place.

I bought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra at the San Tan location in 2021, but I needed the Ant-Theft recall addressed and Horne Hyundai was the only one who had it listed on their website to schedule an appointment. I honestly didn t know what to expect exactly, but when I arrived all of the Service crew were so friendly and helpful AND informative. If this is any reflection of how the rest of the location is run: KUDOS! This makes me wish I bought my car there. I will definitely bring my car back there again for service. If my experiences continue to go just as well, I will consider working with Horne when I look for my next car!They had me in and out within two hours, and the service tech explained what they did for the update and gave me the paperwork to submit to my insurance company for review and compliance.

When I bought my used car at Horne Hyundai it was a pleasant experience. Susie was very nice and professional. I've had the car for about 6 months now and my transmission went out. Now my experience has been dwindling and they can't do anything about fixing it unless I pay. I have the best warranty coverage through my credit union and apparently it's not enough to fix my car (so I don't have to pay out of pocket). My father has been helping me through this process/situation and it's been frustrating and I haven't had my car for about a month. It's a major inconvenience. I wish the dealership would somehow own up or show some ounce of concern being that they sold me the car. My car is at a different shop currently and that's going to have to become an expense that I cannot afford and also going through the hassle of having my vehicle towed from place to place. I'm very upset. I wish Horne Hyundai had dealt with this situation better. I did take a rental from them and they were pretty helpful with that but still had to pay and that was a pretty hefty dollar amount.

We have to give this dealership five stars+! We cannot say enough about Charlie and how he worked hard to enable us to buy the vehicle we wanted. Jorge and Steve couldn't have been more cordial and informative as we wrapped up the deal. We would definitely return to this dealership should we desire to purchase another vehicle in the future. It was a wonderfully rewarding experience. And we were impressed we were able to drive the car home the same day we bought it!

Brought our car in for a complete inspection (including braking system) and oil change. They did a thorough job identifying work that needed to be done, at a price that was reasonable.Only complaint is that communication was not the best. I called several times to check on progress the following day. I either never got anyone to answer the phone, or twice they answered and said that they'd leave a message for the mechanic to call me, which didn't happen until a couple more calls.

Such a great experience working with Fred to purchase a used car. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. All of the employees there were very friendly. After having a bad experience at another dealer, we really enjoyed our time with Horne Hyundai purchasing our car. A truly honest company to work with.

Chris and Kahi have been helping to follow up on my choice car remotely over the phone patiently. On the collection day, Chris and David have been very patient in supporting the final arrangements before we could drive the car home. It was a great moment that we went through that day.I noticed that Horne Hyundai has many cars in blue and limited trim especially the Santa Fee and Tucson for both gas and hybrid. The choices and availability are unbelievable.

I'm from Minnesota and had to bring my dog, Rain with me to my appointment. My past experience at my dealership back there(mn.) made me a little nervous. But as soon as we got there I could tell it was different. The staff there is wonderful and treated us great! Rain was treated like a celebrity and I really appreciate that. I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns I have regarding the service I received from your organization. Unfortunately, I must report that I have reason to suspect that some of the reviews on your website are not genuine.Additionally, I would like to inform you that when my vehicle was returned to me, the wheel lock was missing. While it was eventually found along with other wheel locks, I must say that the incident left me feeling rather uneasy and frustrated.Furthermore, I have noticed that my vehicle is now short on oil despite having driven only 1k miles. This is a matter of great concern to me, and I am disappointed by the level of service I have received from your organization.I would appreciate it if you could look into these issues and take appropriate action to address them. I would like to retract my last review. I went in to get a trade in value on my car which is mechanically sound and problem free and I was insulted by an offer 1000 dollars. When horne Ford offered 3000 to 4000 15 minutes prior. I take alot of pride in my car and have won trophies. I feel the estimate was a way to get me out of the office. I will never go back nor refer them to anyone I know and care about.

This dealership is very money hungry they try to get money out of you when they don t need to. I had a recall on my motor two years ago and now my motor that they say was new needed to be cleaned out inside. They wanted $635. Then they wanted me to put new things on my car and then the radio in my car I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata was playing like it was working but no music was coming out I called and they said that it would be $2000 to replace it and that I would need to pay $179 to come in for them to confirm my friend has the same car and had me push a button and reset it and it works fine , they re nothing but a big rip off. I will never buy a Hyundai car ever again. . I hope you never do.

Do not go here for your service needs. Making an appointment is not apparently making an appointment for your car to be serviced it is an appointment to SPEAK to a service AGENT. absolutely the most ridiculous thing. Had a 9am appointment and was told they wouldn't get to it until 3. Manager and service agent were extremely rude and had no interest in rectifying such a ridiculous situation. Also brought my brand new car in for squeaking brakes month ago only to be told they couldn't replicate it tough luck. I was bringing it back for the same reason. San tan hyundai is way better got in told them my situation within 20 minutes they were able to tell me what was wrong and they are so polite and customer service oriented. Will be going there instead.

Great experience! Appointments are about a week out instead of 6 weeks like other dealers. Everyone is friendly, happy and respectful, making the mundane, yet necessary experience of bringing the car in for service much more pleasant.

My vehicle was at the dealership for a month, for a warranty part. Never once did I receive a phone call from them. I dropped my vehicle off after hours with the drop box, no one called to tell me they received it. No one initiated contact with me, no one returned my phone calls or messages including the service manage or my rep Chris. I had to continually call & follow up with them. The only call I got was to pick up the vehicle when it was done. No one offered a rental car for me to drive, I had to ask.I came to Horne because I wasn't happy with the customer service at San Tan Hyundai. I was happy here for the last year until.this experience.

Replaced my engine the was out of warranty by 29k miles. Along with that, they installed some after market upgrades at very minimal cost. Very surprised at how flexible and accommodating they were. Could easily have said not authorized.Very satisfying receiving actual customer service

Day and night difference between Horne and other Hyundai dealerships, particularly Camelback. Izzy and David were so respectful, accommodating, knowledgeable and honest. i was concerned about the location of the dealership but it was an easy drive on the freeway! well worth the drive and not having to deal with some of the dealerships who harass you, try to wring every nickel out of you and lie to get you in! So glad i bought my car there.
