This place is not just a place to get oil changes and our cars fixed when need be. Big O Tires at Idaho road Apache Junction has got great staff that are very professional, kind, compassionate and go above and beyond (About 3 times they dropped the car back to us when it was ready and much more ). Moreover, their prices are customer-friendly. They are no longer just Big O Tires to us but family because we feel at home whenever we visit them to get our cars taken care of. Walker and team, we appreciate you! If it were possible to give more than five star rating, we would absolutely give this team and we highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. The whole team was great to deal with. Carlos the mechanic did a great job with my 20 year old Hyundai accent. I feel it is totally road trip ready and reliable anywhere including out of state. In the store, Caleb, Trent and Wendy were awesome also and worked with me on getting a good discount ( I had a lot of work done) and getting a ride back to pick up my car.

I could not have blown a tire in a better spot. The team here took care of me almost immediately after the tire blew and got me out of there before the sun was down. And unlike many chain/franchise tire shops, they nailed everything from the torque spec on my lug bolts to dealing with the stupid wheel covers on my vehicle.

I need to be honest I recently had my oil changed at a different location on crimson near baseline and had a awful experience. My husband assured me this location was on the ball and they were. They kept me updated and completed it in the time and price they told me. I would go back in a heart beat! Great staff!!

Update: Walker, the manager of the shop, asked me to give him a call so that we could discuss the situation. Before even starting the conversation, he sincerely apologized for the inconveniences that I had to experience with the work that was done. He went out of his way to ask how they could keep my business. He offered me a free oil change on my truck, which I do appreciate. And, he apologized for the problems that occurred. We ended the call there, but with a day to think about what transpired in the garage, I called him and asked that the last charge be credited back to me, because it would not have occurred if all work had been double checked. He agreed and posted the credit on my card. Walker is a gentleman and knows how to care for and treat his customers right. Thank you sir!Front desk staff were great- professional , polite, and friendly!The tech who worked on my truck was polite and friendly, but his attention to detail was sorely lacking in his work. He installed a spring air bag system on my truck. The first time I picked up my vehicle and brought it home the air lines on the driver s side were leaking so fast that the compressor ran continuously, trying to meet preset psi. I found the leak easily because the hiss from the leak was so loud. Truck was returned to the shop.The second time I picked up the vehicle, I checked to make sure everything was working before leaving the shop. This time there was a leak on the passenger side! So, again the tech failed to double check his work, and make sure the system was working properly before calling me to pick it up. He told me he did not know how to use the wireless remote. He had the directions, which had easy to use directions with pictures. I was told the controller was not working on the passenger side. The shop ordered a new controller which I appreciated.That was installed and I was called to pick up the truck for the third time. Again, before leaving the parking lot, I checked to make sure the system was working. Guess what? Yep, the system was leaking again, which I pointed out to the tech. He got on the ground under the truck, and finger tightened the air line connections, in the parking lot, not following torque specs again.So he obviously did not double check his work again for the third time. I had to return the truck three times because the work done there was not double checked before having me pick it up. I had to reschedule my time and things I had planned because of a lack of attention to detail on the tech s part. Wasted not only my time, but the shops also.I was charged half an hour for the new controller placement. If all work had been double checked, all work could have been done in two visits, when I first brought the truck in to install the system and the second to fix what was wrong and was not identified by the tech at the first visit.

Called when I saw on line that they were having a buy 2 get 2 free sale. Gave the phone person the info on my truck and the tire size I needed. Got to the shop early for my appointment and was told the price I was quoted was just for the tires and in order to get that price I had to purchase 4 mount and balances as well as a guarantee on the tires and also an alignment. The price more than doubled. I went ahead and bit my tongue and said ok go ahead and install the tires I was advised that my truck needed. I waited an hour before the truck was brought into the shop. 15 minutes later I was informed that the tires they ordered were the wrong ones for my truck and the price was going up again. I just asked for my keys back and left. Pretty bad scheme to defraud people will never be back again

I've been having work done here in Arizona with Big O on Idaho for 6 years and have never been disappointed! As a retiree, it's easy for people to take advantage of us old people. But this ENTIRE outfit does an outstanding job, not only with tires.An appreciative Iowan.

Great staff, I called Friday and they had 4 special order tires for me in by Saturday. Installed in less than 2 hours on a busy day, there's places to wander nearby and comfy chairs in their lobby.

Bid O quickly diagnosed my engine warning light as a thermostat problem. Since my vehicle just recorded 100,000 miles, they suggested radiator hose replacement and a flush. This is great to have that work done prior to our long trip home at the end of our winter season.Rich Nelson

Great tire shop!! A++ The tire guy was professional and so helpful!! He recommended all new tires, but since my husband died last year and I am unable to buy all new tires he gave me tips on how to extend their lives!! Would definitely recommend!!

I had a colleant leak, I took my SUV in they replaced some hoses and belts and charged me $900. Still leaked, in again said it was the water pump, another $900. Took it in a third time, said it was the head casket, they couldn't fix it. I feel they were shotgunning it to start with. If they had diagnosed it correctly to start with overall bill would end up being less. Will make sure everyone one here at the Rock Shadow Resort knows of my less than happy experience.

Quick, courteous, fair service. My Crown Vic picked up a screw and I wanted a professional opinion. My go-to tire shop went out of business but I remembered buying tires here. Big O dismounted and tested the tire (no leak) and brought all 4 tires up to requested pressure. What a nice surprise to learn there was no charge. Thank you for the great service, Big O AJ.

Went to get a tire patched, they told me an hour, which I was okay with, 30 minutes later my car was ready to go. Went to pay for services rendered and she said no charge I mean what a nice business I was ready to pay some fee for their time, etc.. well I know where I'm going when I need new tires. Thank you for your quick service.

My car was towed in the previous nite due to a dead battery. By 9 a.m. the following morning I received a text to let me know it was already ready to be picked up. Quick, simple and friendky service....every time.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I got the tires I wanted and at a lower price than your competitors shop. The job took a bit longer than stated but that wasnt a huge inconvenience. I was given a voucher for a future service, which I appreciated. I know in the future they take appointments fo6x1r service. The waiting room is comfortable and the restroom was clean. Thank you all for all your kindness.

Edit 11/15 - I received a call from Walker the manager after they saw my review. He was very apologetic and professional. I brought the truck back in and they completed the alignment. I m going to bump up my review to three stars for making things right. Thanks Walker.Terrible experience and failure to back their own warranty. I had an alignment and rotation performed on 09/23 to a truck I rarely use. I noticed right away the tires rubbing in the wheel wells but the trucks not my daily driver so it s been sitting pretty much since the work was done. Today s 11/11 and I finally had a free Saturday to take it in to be adjusted. I go in and explain exactly what s needed and then proceed to wait an hour and a half for them to get it back and check it out. After waiting they proceed to tell me they ve got bad news and they can t align it. The reasons given were complete B.S. such as cracked CV axle boot. Something that has nothing to do with alignment. The original work had a 3 month warranty and them refusing to fix the issue is inexcusable. Original receipts for work performed and warranty are attached.

Awesome store and great staff!! Had a flat in the desert today, drove on a donut to their location and they repaired the flat, added air to the spare and put the tire back on the car and charged us NOTHING!! We were in and out in about 30 minutes.. Highly recommend this store!!

was there this morning with a tire problem. it was a small nail. they fixed it quickly and didn t charge me anything! they knew that i m a tourist, which probably will never come back and not a regular customer of them, but still no invoice. this was really an unexpected good service and i can highly recommend this shop without any doubts!

Came in with loud tire noise , they identified as bad wheel bearing and lower control arm.Had both front wheel bearings replaced and both lower control arms. Excellent service and car runs and sounds great.
