Bought a car from them and they made it really easy and simple. Got my questions answered and never felt rushed or pressured. They got me an awesome deal on the car, and the finance they got me was better than other dealers i had gone to. If you want to buy a used car this is the place to get a good car at a good price. Very happy with them.

I had to buy a vehicle quick because mine broke down. 1st Auto and Marine had a good selection with quality vehicles. I bought my Kia Optima from them and I love it. Their customer service was amazing. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them.

I had a great experience when I needed a last minute vehicle. Very helpful and friendly. Even when vehicle prices are extremely high, I feel like I got a good price on my vehicle. I was able to take it to a mechanic after and it was in great shape. Fast process and very communicative. Thanks for everything!

Seems like everyone is either at a 5-star rating with excellent things to say or they are at a 1-star describing the horrible experiences they have had. There are very little that in between. So, if you go to this place, you will have an awesome or awful experience.Due your due diligence and research the car you want to purchase, check the VIN number, and just be prepared when you walk in. I did extensive research when I purchase my car there. The customer service was awesome, and I LOVE my car. I got a great deal along with a great trade in value. 24/7 emergency roadside assistance, a warranty on the car, and a lot of other perks.I'm also read a lot of horrible things about the company they use for credit, "Reliable Credit". I found the same thing. either extreme horror stories or some nice things to say. I purchased my car back in early September of 2017 and I have not had a single issue with Reliable Credit.Now with all this being said, expect an update soon because I am going to get my car serviced by them. We shall see how this goes... if it's not how they explained it to me I will blast my negative feedback all over the internet and i will not be nice about it.So far... so good... we will see soon, and I will give an update to my review.If you do go, there to check it out... it's really easy to miss. There is a quick turn into the entrance and the dealership is kind of farther from the street. When I first went there it took me 4 times to find the correct turn! LOL

"we don't have to sell the car to you, it will sell itself" - 29 March 2024. Also, they are not willing to have the car pre-purchase inspected by independent mechanic, per owner policy. Go somewhere else, shady and untrustworthy. Also exceptionally rude. Glad I served my nation for this treatment.

I have waited sooooo long to find a Blue Honda Accord EX-L V6 and 1st Auto had one. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have found one of my dream cars. The best part is she runs amazingly. They are family owned and I felt so welcomed and they really care. They did everything they could to make sure I got this car. They had quoted me one price but surprised me with an even lower monthly price when I went to sign papers. I can't wait to share the mods I do. Thanks 1st Auto for making my dreams come true. HIGHLY recommend!One thing I would like to say is they are very willing to let you take the car somewhere to get checked out BEFORE you buy it. You are buying a used car take it somewhere to have it fully checked and then you will know to buy it or not.

I just purchased 2017 Toyota Camry from this lot. Every employee I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. Even with me being self employed they made the process fast and easy. Very satisfied and would recommend checking them out.

I was a little sketched out about buying a vehicle in AJ but our experience with 1st Marine and Auto were great. We found the Truck we were looking for at a great price. when we did our test drive the AC was not working and that was a deal breaker for us, so Mir fixed the AC at no cost and had it ready the next day. When we came to pick it up the next day i noticed there was no spare tire so he ordered the part and installed it the next week. Lastly after driving the truck for a week the check engine light turned on, I call them back up and they took it to the shop the next day and got it fixed. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will get my next car from here.

My husband and I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. The customer service was amazing, they had us approved with a great interest rate in a matter of minutes! They went above and beyond making sure we loved what we purchased. I would highly recommend.

1st impression was great staff seemed friendly, got a vehicle we like and the owner advised his mechanic looked at the vehicle and there was no issues. After we brought the vehicle home we noticed an oil leak, called and spoke with Mirwais and Chris and both advised they would not help resolve this after they told me there was no issues with the car. Explained we haven t had vehicle for 15 days yet and we haven t driven more than 500 miles so there is an implied warranty because they didn t advise me of the oil leak they advised every vehicle has oil leak which is not true, sneaky dealer do not trust them.

Just bought a car there. If you check the lot, you will see they only sell quality vehicles. I got a good price and the process was hassle free. I left feeling good about my purchase. I can't say I've felt that after a used car purchase before. Definitely recommend.

Just bought a 2010 jeep and they made it fast easy and painless. Don't have the best credit and they did a trade in and was able to get me financed. Thier customer service skills were great, friendly and easy to work with. The jeep had a broken spring in the back door so it wasn't staying up and they got the part ordered delivered and put on all while I was finishing up paperwork. Went above and beyond. Thank you.

If there were a 6 star rating I would do it. These guys were awesome!! They did everything they could to get me in the car I wanted when other dealerships turned me away without even letting me fill out an application. By far the greatest dealership experience I ve had! Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car.

I just bought a 2014 Cadillac SRX from here and had the best experience at a car dealer ever! The owner Mir was very accommodating and helpful with everything from my trade in to financing...he made buying a car fun again! Stay away from the big dealerships and shop here..you won't regret it! I am so happy with my deal and LOVE my new Caddy!! Thanks Mir you are the best!

If you are in need of a car I would highly recommend 1st Auto and Marine! Owner has such amazing customer service and really cares about his customers. He not one to get you in and out just for the sale. He really takes the time to go above and beyond! Once we completed our sale He was taking stickers off and noticed small cracks in the windshield and told is to come back the next day and he'll replace it on him no extra cost! Wow again above and beyond! Definitely recommending him to family and friends and we are for sure going again when/ if need we need another vehicle!

If you want someone who will go above and beyond for you then this is the place to go ! The owner made my first car buying experience so stress free , he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with what I was purchasing. My credit wasn t the best being a first time car buyer but the owner MADE IT HAPPEN ! I really didn t think I was going to be leaving with a car and I did that night ! Such a good experience :)

Not all used car dealers are created equal. Before our purchase experience with 1st Auto & Marine, we thought that all used car dealers are out to screw you. Such was not the case with this one. Mir, the owner, is perhaps among the last remaining few who deliver on promises. He went over, above and beyond expected customer service to: 1) clinch us a fair financing deal and 2) arrange for our trade-in painlessly. The car we bought from him has no trouble (knock on wood) so far and Mir has been proactively reaching out to us to make sure there are no loose ends post-sale. He has truly shown himself to be an honest man (yes, a used car salesman!) who is also completely and utterly polite, friendly and transparent. He is not your typical one-and-done kind of salesperson. He will respond to you and help you long after the sale. We recommend you make your used car purchase with 1st Auto & Marine. I'm not one to post reviews but this one most certainly deserves it!

When buying a car, we have never been treated so good and so fair as we were with Mir from 1st Auto. We went online and checked his reviews from other customers. His reviews were some of the best we had ever seen. He is a very professional lot owner and never did a hard sell on us, but was happy to do what he could for us. He shopped around for the best deals from the banks, for good at interest rates and a good warranty product.We are very happy with the SUV we purchased and are happy to refer his lot to anyone looking for a good used car, truck, SUV or whatever he may have to offer or sell.

friendly staff ,horrible vehicles! Tahoe needs a full haul over, the loan company has confirmed many complaints for selling bad cars! I can not believe i am out of 12,000 bucks plus 3500.00 bucks for engine haul over and it still is having issues! I am so sad and hurt that the friendly staff did not make it right somehow!

Mir and Chris are great! We purchased a vehicle from them today and we feel we got a great deal. They were wonderful and set us up quickly, and efficiently!! Mir is awesome! My wife an I were let down by so many dealerships.. 1st auto an marine went out of the way to get us in to a car. The car is awesome an drives great.. if you can't find a place to meet your needs go to them. Chris an mar are the best go see them... You won't regret it.

When I came here I wasn t expecting to find anything that was my fit! The minute I walked inside the guy here was so helpful and allowed me to view 7 different cars until I found my perfect one! I am expecting in September and my Kia was totaled so now I feel safer with the Nissan that I had found here. Amazing car amazing mileage and pricing was great as well if anyone needs a car or trade in DEFINITELY go here!!!! You won t regret it!

I give a five star, just because the man I dealt with was very professional but also super friendly. Got the job done for himself but also got the job done for me, business done well! I got a vehicle that I wanted and was pretty much hassle free. Minor issue with the MVD not being able to get me a temporary plate but no biggie because he made other arrangements that is very much appreciated as well. The process was quick and easy, again no hassle. I wasn t waiting for hours, he was in contact with me each step. I submitted my finance app and I got to the lot to test drive the car and after just an hour I was driving out of there with everything taken care of. He was very patient with me getting my insurance switched to the new car and everything went smoothly with everything else! Got me a great deal with the bank and he really listened to what I needed as a single mom with a single income, a very big thank you to Mirwais!

I just completed my experience here. I wanted to wait to write a review until after I had the vehicle fully inspected, and financing and registration were all finished. I think these guys were great!! I knew I was running a risk not getting the vehicle inspected by a mechanic BEFORE buying it; I'd looked it over myself and I know some stuff (I've built a couple engines) but not enough to say if there's nothing wrong with a vehicle. I bought it tires right away because the ones on it showed signs of heavy deterioration. The 3-hour inspection done by my trusted mechanic showed only cosmetic flaws that I'd already seen, a couple fluids that needed changing, and a window regulator that needed repairing which I knew once I test drove it. It's missing a part on the driver's side seat but Mir was totally up front about that and showed me where he had it on order. They gave me a good deal on my trade, and I felt they gave me this vehicle for a good price - the price allowed me to get the tires, window regulator, and fluid services and still come in just barely below market value. I'm super happy! Ultimately, while dealers should be fair and transparent about any conditions/repairs regarding their vehicles, it's the buyer's responsibility to have a vehicle looked over before purchasing. If the dealer refuses that, then I'd walk, but I doubt they would have denied me the chance to have it inspected because they would have benefited, too. I'm sorry others had poor reviews about this place because ultimately I had a great experience here! Financing was easy, the paperwork was fast, they were patient with me when I made a mistake with the paperwork, and they were friendly and welcoming through the whole process. There was nothing about the entire vehicle or process that showed any discrepancy or error. I'd definitely recommend them, and took several of their cards. Consider them if you're looking to buy! :) I'm glad I came across this place.
