Please explain to me why my mothers car is breaking down more after this place working on it!? She has been a loyal customer through multiple owners. Definitely worth the wait to go somewhere else in Round Valley if all this place os going to do is break a truck more.

Called Bill's Alpine Garage for a tow due to my family and myself had gotten stuck. They quickly responded and sent Eric to our location. Eric was very courteous and professional. He quickly assessed the situation and within minutes had our vehicle pulled out of the mud! Thank you so much Bill's Alpine Garage for sending out Eric!! I highly recommend Bill's Alpine Garage!!

Super nice people, we were traveling through and noticed our tire sensor came on, turns out our tire split and would have had a blow out. Although he couldn't fix our tire, he set is up with someone who could give us a new one. So thankful for kind humans like this company

I had car trouble while camping on the East Fork of the Black River. I had my vehicle towed to Alpine Garage. I thought it was my starter, but after Matt, (the mechanic at the garage), checked out my starter and did some further testing, he discovered that my engine was actually seized.Since I don't live in the area, I made arrangements to trailer my vehicle home in Mesa to work on my options.Matt allowed me to leave the vehicle there and gave me his personal cell number to call him for help to load it, (off hours), onto the trailer to transport it back to Mesa.... which he skillfully did with his flatbed tow truck. He tried to refuse payment from me for his help, but since he went above and beyond... I insisted.We had to stay a couple days at the Mountain Hi Lodge next door, which was a nice place and kindly gave us a discount and extended our checkout time because of our circumstance.Since we were initially camping, we had to make multiple trips to my vehicle at the garage for food and supplies over the two days we stayed in Alpine. We got to interact with Matt and the staff every time we went to the car. They were always friendly, concerned and helpful.Beyond their treatment towards me and my girlfriend, (which was amazing), I was super impressed with how I saw them treat and help many other customers while I was there. Their ability, knowledge, integrity, sincere kindness and honesty was obvious in every interaction I witnessed!Matt is a perfect example of what is good in people and great in a mechanic!Hopefully you don't need it, but if you do, I would highly recommend them for any of your towing, maintenance, or repair needs... on any type of vehicle.I wish they were here in Mesa!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was in Alpine on a Saturday afternoon bike rally ride and my battery went dead on my bike. Stranded I called Bill to see if he had a battery for my bike during the conversation he said he was out of town and that he! (then the phone went dead). I tried calling back and could only leave a message. Frustrated I called my insurance (progressive insurance) they reported to me they were trying to find a provider that could assist me. In the meantime this truck pulls up and my wife's phone rings, it's Bill! Bill asked me if I had contacted my insurance carrier and if I still needed help. I advised him I had, at which time he stated that he had my insurance carrier on the phone. Wow, that was quick.... Bill came over to me and explained that he was driving through the canyon and lost phone contact and in the meantime my insurance carrier contacted him. Bill immediately started working on my bike, pulled the battery, went to his shop found the right battery, brought it back and reinstall the new battery in my bike. After the install tested the voltage regulator to make sure that everything was working good. To make a long story. Bill went way beyond the call of service and made sure to get me back on the road at a reasonable amount of time, at a fair price (the battery, service call was covered by my provider) with exceptional service. If you are in Alpine and you need service, I would highly recommend Bil, he will treat you right and take great care of you. Again, thank you Bill for coming to our rescue.

Have had work done by Bill on 2 different occasions, and have been very pleased both times. Honest, friendly, reasonable rates, and he doesn't mind stupid questions. :-) He also worked late to get me running same day - I wouldn't hesitate to have any work done here.

Actually opened doors for us to get a motorcycle battery after hours and charged it for us. Got us back on the road. Outstanding!!

Horrible experience. Destroyed our trucks engine, refused to take any responsibility and THEN proceeded to lie about our maintenance habits to cover their rear ends. Will never do business with them again. Ford Certified technician agrees they messed up.

On vacation and started having brake trouble in the mountains. Didn't call ahead, just showed up at their door and they got us in. They didn't have the specialized equipment to completely "fix" the problem, but they got us running again and on our way to keep on with our vacation. No complaints.

If your ever in need of auto repairs while visiting Alpine look these folks up they'll do you right. Great staff, got me up and running in one day. One day to order the parts, half day for repairs.
