Outstanding service! These folks went above and beyond to help me out when my truck broke down. They patiently explained my options and answered all of my questions and offered fair prices. They also made sure I knew how to get around while I waited and that I was taken care of while I was in town. They even stored my vehicle securely at no extra charge while I went to purchase a new one. I would give them more than five stars if I could!

Thomas was a Magician! Our F-150 stopped with a flashing check engine light near Sells, AZ and we were told to call Kords. Above and beyond approach by finding a local mechanic to work after hours, arranged to pick up the needed parts, and communicated with the friendly people at Traveling Eagle stop to know what was needed. Great service and communication! Highly recommend.

A great experience... Again! I took my truck in for them to diagnose a leak. I saw leaks in a different place and was concerned. I also had a noise. While traveling this summer, I had taken the noise into several different mechanics. Kord's told me what they thought the noise might be, but they don't do that kind of work and to take it to Ford. They could have ripped me off big time, others shops have. Instead they were friendly, honest, and had my best interest at heart. They are now my go-to mechanic in Ajo.

These guys are the best seriously they saved my vehicle I broke down south of the boarder. They didn't have to do anything but they did they helped me in true need unlike literally everyone elths I called They didn't have the license to help me but put me in touch with the guy who could. I'm so extremely grateful for the connection they made. They called and followed up multiple times. This is one business you can trust.

My daughter had blown her engine just over the border in Ajo. I made a call and was able to get Thomas Lopez on the phone he immediately sprung into action went to where My daughter was and verified the engine was blown. He then proceeded to help in any way possible unbelievable service 5 star for sure highly recommend Thomas and this company.

Thomas was the individual that we interacted with. He was kind, professional, and informative. Despite the chaos with the situation of having our vehicle towed due to be undrivable. He provided options that best suited our situation for getting our vehicle home. Couldn't have asked for a better person to help us out in our time of need. His communication and questioning assisted with the best possible out come. Thanks again Thomas we are truly thankful!

Was pleased that service was available 24 hours however $200 for a pull out that did not include towing is rediculous. I felt like they took advantage of us because we were from out of state.

I am sorry it has taken me so long to review but I pulled into Kords just as they were closing driving my elderly aunt in her van with the exhaust system dragging the ground..they put it right up on the rack and fixed it for a very reasonable price and had us back on the highway heading to Mexico in no time..I was so relieved to find help and not be taken advantage of!! Thank you!!!

Thomas our tow truck driver went above and beyond to help us out today. Car broke down at Organ Pipe Visitor Centre park employee gave us a ride to Ajo Gilabend where Thomas picked us up, found us a place to spend the night and some food, now he is picking up our car to take to Phoenix for us!

Thomas did an amazing job helping my 80 year old mom who had a tire blow out in the middle of nowhere during midday summer heat. Thomas got her back to Ajo and on the road with a new tire. Thank you Thomas!

Fast, friendly service. Ran over a four-inch nail in Mexico and had a tire leaking air, and quickly. Came in, got it patched for a fair price, and was on my way in no time. They even threw in an extra air valve cap, which I was missing. Great place in Ajo, will definitely stop by again if I have any car trouble.

We had an accident with border patrol and Kords did the work for us as we were from out of state. To start off he didnt put half the things on his estimate, i.e. the diamond plating on the sides of the bed, the cut tire, a few others. After six weeks we finally get our pick up back. We just let those things go as we had to get home, up north. I wish i could post a picture on here of the paint chipping off. All along the top by the rhino coating the paint is chipping off in long sections. Then there is the noise. There are more rattles then we have ever had before, and i mean really loud irritating rattles. We finally took it in to a shop in Oregon. There are supposed to be these grommets between the bed and frame and they were not there anymore. My recommendation to anyone from out of town is not to use this place! An update for you all. We just had some body work done and found out that when Kords put the rails to the 5th wheel unit in the new bed they did not attach it securely. We were told that we were lucky we did not end up with the 5th wheel coming through the back window and killing us.

Thomas came to me when my car broke down in Ajo and helped me find a hotel and a bus out. He's the nicest guy and very trustworthy, would definitely recommend!

AAA ROCKS!! Serpentine belt exploded when tensioner pulley failed after just crossing back into US from Mexico trip. Temperature was 114F. Tow truck was there in forty minutes, drove me and three family members 185 miles home. Thank you to David and team!!!

We had a flat tire after visiting Organ Pipe National Monument and he was able to plug the tire and we were on our way. Great service and it was his end of day.

Car was towed here.. didn't have a choice..gas tank was full when towed to their yard... picked it up couple days later and they stole the gas!
