Came here on a Saturday w/ my husband since it was our only day off and Thank God they were open. Their office gives a very good vibe and UMV representatives were so polite and happy to greet you. Amanda was so helpful and she was AMAZING!! She made the process go smoothly and quick. Great customer service and full of information. Will recommend 10/10!!

Great customer service, super fast, loved that i didn't have to go all the way to Palmer to get my license renewed and they were able to take my picture there. 10/10 recommend

Brenda Baker is the most helpful well spoken employee I ve ever talked to. She was extremely helpful and kind. She Explained every detail to me about my title thoroughly! I would recommend her to anyone that walks through umv!! SHE IS HANDS DOWN AMAZING !

DO NOT USE.This place is an almost criminal racket in terms of pricing. Went in to move a personalized plate from one of my vehicles to one I just purchased. DMV fees totaled $12. They charged over $70 including two $30 "duplicate registration" fees, and a 4% credit card fee. Of course their website is absolutely useless for pricing because they intentionally hide it. They claim a "small fee" but over 5x the DMV is not "small". My last visit there ever.This place is the definition of a scam that is aiming to price gouge consumers. The DMV is just as slow, and at least there you don't get robbed. For all their talk of "convenience" and "time saving" they're absolutely failing at both.

Complete waste of time. Immediately got serviced but didn t get far, went in to get a new license with my updated last name and they were telling me that my marriage certificate was just a license even though it was clearly signed and sealed on the bottom. Also got told it was the ceremonial one, which I have at home and know the obvious difference. My name was changed on my social security card (used the same marriage certificate) but they also couldn t accept social security cards. Very frustrating experience but glad I didn t end up paying $40 extra at the UMV.

Heather assisted me with a difficult situation of getting a new title on an out of state vehicle purchase. She didn t give up, worked with contract services department while I waited to get the approval. So happy to have this 9 month saga of trying to get a title complete. Thank you Heather!

Honestly, just go to the DMV and save yourself the trouble. The price mark ups are ridiculous (over double what they should be, kinda like the weight of the workers behind the counter) and they don t know the difference between a license and certificate. The UMV workers are all of the DMV s rejects and it shows, save yourself the trouble

The online website is not even worth using any more. If you go to contact us, like even their phone message says, there is no email, or form to even leave one. They used to have a pricing list and not any more. I have called the phone number and left a message every day and still have not gotten a returned called. They need to hire someone just to answer phones and emails. They need to update their website for approximate pricing and what is needed before you go, especially for the extra prices we all pay.

If they are out of Z tags or any other tags, don't buy them. I was told the state was out of Z tags. I paid the UMV service fee and for the Z tags with promises of a phone call when they came in. Months later, I ended up stopping in because I didn't get a phone call. They had Z tags but wanted to charge another service fee the get my tags I already paid for. They just keep saying they are a private business and charge a service fee. Yeah, got it. But I paid your service fee when you sold me Alaska Z tags that you didn't have in your possession.

I have used UMV many many times and have always had the best service! Recently I was helped by Taylor and Brenda both went above and beyond to get me and my husband in and out quickly! It's so nice going into a DMV service location and having friendly encounters with the employees! If I could give 10 stars I would. Defiantly will be back.

Line was long when I came in, but moved very quickly, and I was finished way sooner then I thought. Jordan was polite and efficient, will return here in the future. Much better experience than the DMV.

Really helpful, and I was acting like I had never been to a DMV or any other public business office before, I had forgotten everything I knew. They were so patient with me, Bless their hearts!The fee schedule is daunting to say the least, but it beats waiting for the line and your number to be called at the State office Department of Motor Vehicles, and I would always say that any time you can afford it or don't have the time, go to UMV Express!!*In and out in 15 minutes with everything I needed when I got there, an education and (I highly recommend asking for a printout of all the vehicles registered in your name while you're there) full, fast, efficient service for all your transportation related needs.

Updated 2019-Its more expensive at this place it s privately owned but they work with DMV it s smaller they have 2 to 3 girls working at all times so their weight is so much better than going to DMV to me it s worth going here and paying that little extra the girls are very friendly knowledgeable helpful patient we came in to get a new ID and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes

If you are not well liked, you can expect the sharing of your personal information with others, including but not limited to your license plate, address and phone number. Morgan started it. They made it seem as if a certain address was needed, but in reality people just wanted to hear it. They also made sure the only place to stand and wait was directly in front of the video camera.You can also expect to pay the massive upcharge that others speak of. Keeping in mind that you can buy a fake ID off the Dark Web for around 30 dollars, I don't feel the fee is too excessive especially since you don't have to pay for shipping. It is much quicker to come here and help their kids and family and so they can have nice cars.

Convenient, however, I paid for a Z tag and they were out of them so they gave me a regular one. They said to check back later. When I checked back they wanted to charge me the transaction fee and the price of the Z tag all over again. Even though I already paid for it. The lady said they have to buy the stickers I understand this, but I bought the sticker already and I didn t get what I paid for.Also they are frequently closed because the system is down Sometimes the wait the regular DMV is worth it.

I showed up today to get an ID and wonderful lady named Lottie helped me with that as well as a whole list of paperwork I needed for registering homebuilt trailers and title and registration for a truck. She made it fast easy and painless which is saying something for DMV services she was wonderful with her genuine smile and fast knowledgeable service. I strongly recommend her for anything you need from DMV.

I brought my son in in to get his permit test. Everything was fine until we got up to the front of the line and a lady with the name plate Brenda called us over. From the get go she was rude and told my son to follow her over to the monitors which he did. He s autistic and he saw a mountain on the screen and asked her if she knew what mountain it was. Her response was no she didn t and to back up off her. He was standing by her after she had told him to follow her. So rude.

It was my first experience at an UMV. What a great experience compared to other places to get an updated license. Erin did a wonderful job and cheerfully called me over to the window and took care of the paperwork. I d recommend the UMV to anyone. I was out of their post-haste. Good atmosphere there.

Miss Erin did amazing and helped with every question I needed answered. Also went above and beyond to make a copy, shrunken down and laminated of my medical card for me to carry in my wallet. She was professional, friendly and very helpful.

Went to get a Real ID driver's license for our almost 18 yo daughter. Waited in line for 40 minutes only to spend another 20 minutes at the counter with all of the required documentation that still wasn't enough because we recently moved and our MINOR driver doesn't have bills addressed to her. They charge more than the DMV for the same garbage service and long lines.
