Great people to deal with. Always helpful even if you just have a question. Had the wheels and tires on hand that fit my jeep and they installed them for me. Thanks again!

Awful, awful customer service. Every time I speak with them they make it sound like I should already know everything. I've spent quite a bit of money here, found a few mistakes with the install of some of the products purchased and brought them up to Joshua Hicks, who did the installs. Instead of working with me, he promptly sent several paragraphs insulting and belittling me, making remarks of my ability to be a "real man", swearing at me and trash talking my Jeep itself. I have tried several times to just dismiss their attitudes, but this last experience was my last straw. If I am paying a business to do a job, I shouldn't also have to make a hardware store trip to redo or fix their mistakes on my own dime. I brought this last incident up to Kevin Cilk, the owner of Trail Toyz, and he just sent me a "thumbs up" icon back over Facebook messenger. I will not reccomend anyone go here. There are several shops around that are much more professional and friendly to work with.

These boys have done a lot to my friends Rubi. Front bumper with a winch. Roof rack. Lighting packages. Next is a leveling kit for trailering her toys around. Excellent job on all of it.

They have very good customer service and are always super nice and helpful whenever I go in for parts for my Jeep wrangler.

I went in to have a new front bumper, winch, and vision x headlights installed. I was waiting in the front of the shop and Kevin asked me what I was waiting for. I told him and he asked me if I wanted to join him and his wife for lunch. So they took me out to lunch, paid for my lunch, and by the time they dropped me back to the shop my Jeep install was complete. Thanks again! What an awesome shop!!!

Very knowledgeable staff. One if the best gear guys in the business. Tons of stuff in stock. Always priced accordingly with online and saves on freight. Huge selection of vision x lighting too!

I needed a new steering box because my rig was stuck up in the mountains. Staff drove from Wasilla to Fairbanks just to deliver me a PSC big bore box! Very impressed with there care for customers and knowledge!!

High quality parts and accessories but extremely over priced. I have found everything they sell much cheaper at other shops or online. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They try to help with every problem and are respectful.

Everyone at Trailtoyz Offroad are always willing to help out with questions or mechanical issues and the ever important up-grades to my rig. I can call or message Josh and he is alway there to help us out. With te variety of parts and tires they carry you can pretty much always find what you need without having to worry about all the hassles of shipping from the Lower 48. They go above and beyond to help the Jeeping community.

Only been here once and I will definitely come again service was straight to the point and Josh matched the prices with amazon and other websites and then offered me a military discount. Great store!

A great local resource for offroad enthusiasts. Saturday doughnuts and hard to find items make this a great option. Trailtoyz is often the same price or lower than online businesses.
