Great service here. They made sure my insurance paid for the chip repair so I was not out of pocket. Staff was friendly and service was quick. I will definitely be going back if I need chips fixed or a windshield replacement.

Was so pleased with the courtesy from the front desk and how pleasant they were that I had to use them again on my windshield replacement. The guys in the back Brian and Austin did another great job....I waited in lobby for the completion and was done in know time. I called Speedy Glass Wasilla on a Tuesday. The associate who answered was courteous, efficient, took my information and gave me a very good price for my windshield replacement and made my appointment for the next day. I was scheduled for 1 1/2 hours. I arrived early for my appointment, the technicians took my car right in and finished in less than an hour! The ladies, Ashley and Ruth, told me how to take care of my windshield for the next 24 hours (and no car wash for3 days). The technicians, Brian and Austin, did a great job! PS a bonus - ALL chips are fixed free for 1 year. I will return for any of my glass needs. Thank you all!

From start to finish, awesome customer service. Two big windows replaced in my car within 1 hr of dropping off and 1 hr before my appointment was even set to start! I am beyond confused and upset about what just happened to me at this place. So I made an appointment with these people on August 16th I was told they could get me in at 10 AM on August 19th. So this morning I show up to my appointment and they tell me the glass that we have is not gonna look the same and we can't warranty it because it's cheaper glass. So instead of calling me about this the day before they waited till I came to my appointment. I am a business owner and have several employees. One of which I paid to leave work to come get me and drive me to my other vehicle. My whole morning was completely wasted because of someone's lack of care about the customer. As a business owner I would never do something like this to a client this is beyond ridiculous. I will never use this place in the future I will never recommend this place to another person and anyone reading this review should seriously consider going somewhere else. They do not care about you as a customer or your time. I would use Safelite Just got off the phone with them they're going to take care of it and it's going to be a $140 cheaper. So thank you speedy auto glass you saved me money

Great experience!! I called around to several places in Wasilla area and Speedy Glass had the best prices and my window was done in 20 minutes! Very fast. Ashley is very helpful. I ordered glass shelves for a couple cabinets and having trouble with measuring. She was able to help me over the phone. She is a treasure. Will use in the future for all glass needs.

We called speedy glass and they scheduled us the next day. They have very good prices, cheaper than anywhere else I called. They also vacuumed the floor of the front part of my car, which was very nice and cleaned all the windows of my Saturn Vue. Will definitely be calling them again if I need a window installed in my car.

I worked with Ruth to get a cracked 2020 Subaru Forester windshield replaced. She caught that my car had windshield wiper de-icer and required a different windshield. Ruth was able to order and receive the windshield SAME DAY and fit me in for the replacement in the afternoon.Exceptional service, 10/10 would recommend.

Very fast and professional. I called and got a no-nonsense quote for the repair right away, brought my car in and the repair was done an hour later. $60 to fix a small starburst chip to the windshield from a pebble on the highway. Much better price than the quote i got from Safelite. Also, Speedy is conveniently located next to a strip mall, so it is easy to find a spot to eat and wait.

Wasilla Speedy Glass was awesome !! Replaced both my cars windshields , schedules immediately and then asses my Hubby s car on for Saturday appt , both cars done in 2 days . I was so happy with the convience and glad looked great ..... Then they had vaccuumedWOW ! So appreciative:)!Thank you from the Brights!

Don't get glass from speedy glass. I ordered glass for my shower for the master bed shower and made a deposit. when they got it in they had the wrong trim so now they want to charge me triple the price from the original price. If i back out loose my money. Anybody out there get your glass from other people little more expensive but you will know you will get a better product and service

Had an appointment made at 2: 00pm to replace my windshield they took my keys and said they would call when in was done. Was quoted one to 1-2hours, an 1:45 minutes later they called me back and told me they haven't even touched my vehicles and apparently all the caulking guns are broken.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement
