HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and Ryan! Wish there were more stars to give. I went home on my lunch break to let my dogs out, only to get locked out of my house! Ryan said he could be to my house in 20 minutes and he was! He was so nice, knowledgeable, polite and genuine. I felt comfortable. I hope to never need another locksmith, but if I do I m calling Shadow Mountain! THANK YOU! Another raise for Ryan!

Absolutely amazing! Great company. I spoke with Ryan, and he was wonderful both on the phone and in person. I locked my keys in my car, and when I called, he was there in 5 minutes! He was very efficient and kind.Very quick and responsive highly recommend! If I ever lock myself out of anything again, I will definitely be calling Shadow Mountain Locksmith

Ryan is absolutely fantastic! My partner drove my car to the gas station last night and when we went to leave this evening we realized it was gone. We called Ryan at Shadow Mountain Locksmith and he came to us that exact night with the key we needed so that I could get to work in the morning. The price was beyond fair and I will recommend Ryan s service to anyone who needs them! Fast, efficient, and great pricing.

I had been putting off getting an interior door re-keyed because I thought it would be too expensive. Shadow Mountain Locksmith was reasonable and very affordable as well as prompt and considerate!! You can't go wrong with Shadow Mountain Locksmith. 10/10 Will use again in the future!

First time calling them and asking for a price to open my lock door knob for my garage. The guy was very nice and easy to talk too. He help me out a lot with a good price. He came very fast to the house at a late night evening and open lock door knob with no problem. Very much appreciate everything and thank you again.

We greatly appreciated the quick response time via text to us locked out of our vehicle at 11pm. Not only was the text response quick, but he was able to respond in person within 15 minutes and have the vehicle unlocked within 3 minutes. Thanks again for a speedy response late at night with kind service as well!

Absolutely love these guys. I had an eventful evening and the topper was my dog, and an extra pupper, we re in my car and one of them had accidentally hit my lock button on my car while it was running. I call Ryan up and he responds right away and sends a guy out to come professionally break into my car and rescue the dimwit dogs. Haha. Fast response, super professional and just an overall joy. Will definitely call them again to be bailed out!

Ryan saved my butt by unlocking my car on a very cold morning (30 below) well before any other companies could have made it to me. He even had some trouble of his own that he dealt with and made it to me in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the valley.

I called shadow mountain to come open up my truck that my kiddo accidentally locked my keys in , the gentleman that came out was absolutely amazing !!!! Showed up quickly and had me back in my truck in no time at alll !! I highly recommend this company and will never use anyone else , hopefully never locked out again but if I need a locksmith Shadow Mountain will be my go to

My fiancee got locked out of her truck in the middle of the night. I gave Ryan a call at about 11:15pm and he was there 15 minutes later and had her truck open in about 8 seconds. The price was more than fair and he was a very nice man. If you get locked out give Shadow Mountain Locksmith a call and he'll get you in.

I locked my keys in the truck this morning at Walmart. They showed up within 10 minutes, found me in the parking lot and had me on my way within another 5. So fast and SO FRIENDLY.Call these guys if you need help, I'm so happy I called them

These are nice people running this business. However when I called to get a door lock changed on three different ocacions over a ten day span the answer was always yea yea that will be no problem I'll be there tomorrow or even I'll fit that in today. 10 days later and 4 or more calls to them and still no return calls and work is not done. I understand if you are busy then tell me that not I'll be there today or tomorrow. I do not recommend this company.

Super nice guy and was able to get to my location and get me into my car within 20mins of my call. Hopefully I won't need a unlock again soon but I'd for sure call them again

He was recommended to me highly when I locked my keys in my car at work (which I felt pretty bummed about because my spare key lives in Anchorage) Ryan at Shadow Mountain Locksmith answered my call, and basically showed up not even 5 minutes later. He had my door open with no scratches or damage at all, also in under 5 minutes. 10/10 super friendly and prompt!! Won t ever call a cab for a jimmy again.
