It had been a while since my last windshield repair, but I was blown away by how the technology with Safelite has advanced.The windshield on my 2022 Tacoma was completed in just about 2 hours, from drop-off to pick-up. No unsightly masking tape, no warnings against closing doors with the windows closed. This included a recalibration of Toyota anti-collision and lane departure technology located in the windshield.Pleasant and professional front desk and prompt service added to my satisfaction. And, no leaks!Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service. Friendly staff. They were ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. The service took about as long as they said. It was a long wait, but they had plenty of snacks, refreshments, and entertainment.

Not even 6 full days after install windshield explodes. There was not a car as far as the eye can see. They said looks like an impact can't help you.I just spent 600 dollars getting both my truck and my wife's cars windshield replaced. And it exploded. Got hit in the face with glass and have glass all over my truck and a hole in my windshield. Never should of let this horrible business install a new windshield.While I was here trying to get them to honor the warranty they broke another customers brand new cowling. Great service

I am not going to get into the specifics of my situation but I will recommend that you take extensive photos prior to the window installation. Make sure that the photos have a date and time stamp, if you can watch the entire installation that would be good as well.If you have issues the manager at the Wasilla location is very aggressive and unprofessional and the company is not responsive to your complaints.

Had a cancellation same day as my appointment so they not only got me in early but had my windshield replaced and me on my way in less than an hour!!!

Appointment delayed after waiting for 3 weeks because they didn't have my glass.After one week delay, they still didn't have my glass and I drove there for my appointment anyways because no one called me.Used a promo code for my initial appointment, promo code was not transferred to the second appointment, so I would have had to pay an additional 80 dollars.I don't know what happened. I've used them before and they were fine, just expensive. Now I'm sitting in the lobby at speedy glass. Thanks for reading and good luck !

Seems like they did a great job replacing my windshield. Unfortunately, they couldn't get the car calibrated afterwards. It had just snowed so the roads sucked anyway and the technology can't compute. Inconvenient I do have to bring it back again but other than that my service experience has been good. I do think it would be nice if they had a bigger lobby. It was tight with me and my 2 kids plus someone else. Good snacks, drinks and a TV

They've changed managers again, did not want to do windshield change, because of lights, rude and obnoxious, this would have been the 4th windshield in 8 years. Not using them again!

I booked a mobile repair for 2 weeks out. The day of my appointment they call to cancel and reschedule me for another week later. Then the guy gets here, looks at my broken windshield and I tells me he won't replace it because Safelite has A POLICY AGAINST WORKING WITH BROKEN GLASS. That's right, Safelite, the glass company, won't touch your broken glass.

Perennially poor service.Had a ding fixed in a window, and then it kept spreading because the repair was so poorly executed.A year later call about a replacement windshield (because insurance makes me use them), can t even get a person on the phone, just the automated system that disconnects on you.Took car into Novus because they re more competent than these clowns and driving to and from Anchorage was easier than dealing with this place.

They were awesome. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment and they took my truck right on time They finished a patch in under 20 minutes. The patch isn't completely invisible but much better than it was, and hasn't spread anymore in the last month of going from driving in -20 weather to parked in my garage I have set to 50 degrees. Everyone was very nice and personable.

I will never use them again had 3 diffrent Vhicle ( replaced Windshields ) each one developed a long Crack at the bottom with in 2 or 3 weeks they wanted to pull out the new whindshelds done and charge me again to replace them. Total scam, took it to speedy auto glass and come to find out they didn't put enough adhesive on the bottom , come on wth is your shop malfunctions ? Would of been glad to pat for the extra glue 1st time around, be aware with them so called shop experts .

On May 10th I had Safelite replace the windshield in in my wife's Mustang. In the process they left the inside of the car dirty, left screws out of the trim and broke the windshield cowl panel. The manager, Clay, agreed to replace the cowl panel. However, over 3 months later and still no replacement panel and Clay will not respond to my messages.

Great job with my windshield replacement. Very easy to get the work billed to my insurance. I am very satisfied with the quality of the new windshield and the speed of the replacement. Highly recommended!

quick chip repair yes. Too quick maybe. week after being told the crack chip wasn't going to go any further it went inching across and is now headed toward the other side of my windshield forcing me to replace the whole thing. Install was fast. Dropped off at 8 AM and I got the call saying it was done around 1130 AM. Unfortunately they couldn't be bothered to remove the remaining masking tape from the rear window. It's like they got most of it off, it tore, and they were just like "meh good enough." They also couldn't be bothered to put my rear headrest back where they were when it was dropped off. My truck was also left in their parking lot after hours and completely unlocked. I paid over the phone and told them that the power locks were not working and it needed to be locked manually.

Went in for a huge chip in my windshield.They quickly handled it through my insurance.While waiting I was informed of nearby open shops within walking distance of them.From the clerk to the work was exceptional, professional and informative.They educated me on ways to keep future chips and cracks from expanding until being able to make it in for repair.I won't use anyone else.Highly recommended!

They were super quick, friendly and professional. The chip repair came out great, and they went the extra mile by cleaning all of my exterior glass really well! The winter crud had built up really bad and the car looks great now.

Was recommended by my insurance, Big Mistake, they installed my windshield with the rubber seal folded up just over the driver seat so that water drips steadily down in a good rain, Now my car smells like mold. They apparently don't have customer service because they don't answer the phone or get back to me on my messages.I see the company is apologizing for the poor service to reviewers who aren't pleased, what a joke to tell people to reach out to the team through the given number, what a joke when they wont even answer or get back to you Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

We had an appointment to get the windshield replaced drove 40 minutes to get their upon check in they said we would have to come back tomorrow because they didn t have enough time to calibrate the sensors. Broke my windshield and then told me that there was a chip there and they weren't responsible. If there was a chip there it's not the one I asked him to fix when I brought it in!

Awesome service at this location. Always receive courteous, efficient, and reliable service here. I highly recommend this company and this specific shop. The manager Bradley is friendly and really helpful. I had my windshield replaced by Joey. He did an amazing job and worked around might bar and autostart and did a top notch high quality job.

I used the online scheduling system to arrange for a front windshield replacement for my Subaru. The system was extremely easy to use. I realized after scheduling that I had an incorrect selection on my style of window. I called the local service center and the lady edited my selection and even waived the difference between my selection and the correct window. Wow, I was impressed. I will be using Safelite for all of our future glass needs.

Absolutely the rudest people I have dealt with.They would not uphold their end of our install agreement and had would not warranty their work.I had an 1100 dollar windshield delivered to an address based on an agreement we made and the rude manager cancelled on me leaving me in a bind.

Great price, fast but accurate and second to none employees that were just hard working nice people. 250 bucks installed on a big truck! I will continue to take all of my vehicles to them

Really appreciate Shane,... he s very knowledgeable and his skill set... You ll be in great hands with your vehicle when he does it. I m getting my ride taken care of by him next time I m back in town. Hopefully he ll still be there and not be QC/Training at some other store.Don t lose this one Safelite. He s the real deal.

Beware.. if they break your glass from repairing a chip, they will force you to pay for a new windshield. Great business model Safelite! Get people to bring their chipped windshields to you so you can fully break them and then get them for another $180-$200+.Brought my car to this location to get 3 chips fixed. I'm selling my car so I didn't want to put money into it, plus the windshield was just fine (until I let safelite have at it). Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this is probably the worst customer service I've ever seen in a company. You know if you try to fix something and you break it, you should be held liable to fix it.Even if you charged me $50 for a new windshield and ate the rest of the cost I would have been satisfied. I would never trust Safelite again. Read their reviews, tons of unhappy customers who have used Safelite. Wish I read those reviews first, would have chosen a different company.

Great service, fast and priced good, just wish there windshields were a little more chip resident. OEM windshield lasted 6 years, 4 chips in a month on the replacement.

The installation of the window was done in a timely manner an having it done at home was greatly appreciated. The man that installed the window was very professional an friendly a top hand for the job.
