I went to Payless on a I might buy a truck that I saw online, I contacted them to make sure they were open on a sat and I headed out, serg had the keys waiting for my arrival, after looking over the truck I knew it was my dream truck and I had to have it, so we started the buying process, serg did everything in his power to make sure I got a good loan with a good interest rate and took all the hard work of buying a new vehicle out of the equation, Payless auto will definitely be my next vehicle purchase first stop and I highly recommend them rather you have A+ credit, bad credit or short credit , they made a dream truck come true with a fair price !!! Thank you again Payless auto & serg for the outstanding service and work to make this happen!

Sergey is absolutely wonderful! He helped & took care of my 72 year old mom on a fixed, modest income into a very nice car! I cannot thank him enough with his patience, kind & empathic mannerism in dealing with my elderly parent. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. Hands down, best car buying experience I have had yet! Saw an ad on Facebook for my husbands dream car, immediately called the dealership and got RJ who helped us flawlessly and seemingly effortless from start to finish. I have never started a vehicle purchase from 400 miles away before, but the team at Payless could not have made it any easier. They even had a big red bow on it when we arrived. When my car finally died and there was no fixing it, I was very stressed out but luckily my husband found this amazing car dealership. The gentleman who helped my husband through the whole process (Taylor) he made it so easy and gave us a good deal and had the best customer service. We highly highly recommend this car dealership and when you go in please please ask for Taylor. You will not regret it. Thank you. Pay less cars for helping my husband get my brand new vehicle. I am so in love with it.

The guy at Wasilla Payless to go see is Sergey Kharchenko. Sergey is the man! My husband and I came in one evening and test drove the SQ5. I did not feel pressured from Sergey at all. I texted him later in the evening and requested the SQ5 be brought up from the Anchorage lot (I didn t have the best experience at the Anchorage lot the weekend prior - the sales person didn t want to sell me anything and couldn t be bothered). Sergey fetched the white SQ5 off the Anchorage showroom floor in less than 48 hours and the car of my dreams was delivered to Wasilla. I ll just say Anchorage didn t know what they had in the buyer or the white SQ5. The SQ5 is a sleeper and the buyer, well my husband came back. In no time at all Sergey had the RS5 plucked off the Anchorage showroom floor and in Wasilla. We purchased the SQ5 and RS5 from Wasilla Payless, no hassle, clear and transparent communication, and now we go FAST!

Taylor was amazing helping mom get a new car! He gave us all the information we needed and was able to process everything super quick! Gone are the days of sitting in a dealership for hours, will be back for sure!! All of the other staff was equally amazing!

We were referred to Payless by a coworker. When we arrived we told them what we were looking for. They helped us narrow down a few cars, received some keys and went out to the lot to look. It s was a fantastic experience being able to just look at the cars you like without being pressured. I have had some negative experiences at dealerships before, but this one is awesome. Friendly welcoming offered us refreshments, gave my kidsplaydoh to keep them occupied. I will definitely go back. They even beat my banks interest rate. Donny & Taylor are great and will be going back to them to purchase another vehicle if needed. The only place I will go to buy a vehicle!

Key word, Due Diligence and 15 min of googling. 3 Stars as with any purchase drive the vehicle at highway speeds for at least 15 to 30 min. This vehicle was not thoroughly inspected before hitting the sales floor and the tailgate on this truck is not the original tailgate. GET a buyers inspection done. 2020 Silverado high-country diesel.Pro- 2020 43k miles 6.6l Dura+Ally Silverado 2500 purchased yesterday. Requested for 3 days to have them pull the MAP sensor as I was told that all vehicles undergo inspection and in depth maintenance prior to hitting the sales floor. Not my first rodeo but requesting to see MAP sensor was the test. Had a buddy go out and take a look too. Ended getting extended coverage just in case.Con- We never got approval to pull the sensor prior to sale. And never knew if a tech was asked to do the same. Plus block heater cord is missing and was told that it may not have a block heater since it wasnt listed on the sticker. A deisel straight to AK from factory = block heater 97% of the time. Shout out to my slope workers. Also keyfob battery is pretty much dead. Only negatives thus far.Pro- Sales is sales. And I don't know if it was because I reached out via the web, but I feel like I wouldn't have been judged and or over questioned if I were to walk in and point and say I want that z06.Pro- Taylor Risch out in Wasilla kept things short, simple, to the point, gave me space when I asked, engaged with via text during my busy days, and even brought the vehicle into town for me.Pro- visited the anchorage location to see how I would be treated as if I was just walking in. Guess its normal not to be greater by sales people anymore, but the lady at the front sure made me feel special. She deserves a raise. Got me to a sales agent, we chatted, and then she got me the address for the service center as I wanted to visit there as well. Her engagement was flawless and she genuinely sounds like she enjoys the work environment.I'm sure they all called ahead to give the heads up.Pro- Ben at the service center... stand up gentleman and appreciates a a customer who has a little mechanical knowldege, but plan to continue the test. Otherwise the service center didn't feel like a assembly line of people just trying to get you in and out.After getting the truck and a thorough diag to ensure no deleting, noticed idle at 450 to sometimes 600. Not bad but you already know. That dang MAP sensor. + missing block heater cord, and keyfob battery. Plan to take vehicle to service center Monday and see what can be done. Update - ended up cleaning MAP, injectors, adding coolant due to it being low. These L5P engines apparently have a tic/thump after listening to two other engines so no complaint there.Google score 3.9. If I were to score 1 - 10, I'd give the experience a 6.8 thus far, but willing to up to a 9 depending on what else we find at service center.Plan on getting the misses a new vehicle. I will be going back to Payless. Stay away from Swickard, and only go to chevy south if your not into customer service. Chevy Wasilla all good though as they have that Valley Hospitality.To be continued....Update - I give them a 4 out of 5. Remember its a salesmen job to sell. Customers please be diligent and do your research.

Sergey was awesome to work with. Honest, straight forward and helpful. Never did he ask the dreaded questions like "what is your payment you are looking for? What is your budget?, etc." You don't need to watch the tiktok videos on how to go to a used car lot when working with Payless Auto Sales! Know what you are looking for, do your research and get that vehicle you have always want. Thanks Sergey!

Sergey was very responsive to my inquiries on FB Marketshare. He was very helpful with the purchase of my new 2015 MERCEDES-BENZ GL 450 4MATIC ~ AWD. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and helped. In just a few minutes it seemed like RJ knew exactly what I wanted.
