Was just looking for a specific item, diesel 911 in the 2.5q container. They were sold out. Not their fault, it was a cold week. Had to grab a couple of the single quart containers, which was much more expensive but still got the job done. Didn't have much of an experience, though the guys at the counter were pretty friendly. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend.

Soild commercial department with well trained and competent staff. The front counter team is always busy but helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery drivers are on point. Definitely recommend this OReillys

Most of the time O'Reilly's Auto Parts has departure looking for and their reasonably priced however the store on Northern Lights and Anchorage Alaska has this one loud mouth named Rick who works the counter is very assaulted and rude they need to get rid of him if they haven't already

Its hit or miss like most auto parts stores, the usually do right by me. A month ago my month old starter failed and left me stranded, I yarded it out in the parking lot and brought it back, the new one didn't work nor the next one, finally the last one in the state turned over. My only issue with the whole situation was it took me calling 11 times to get replacement starters ordered.

Man those worker will go the extra mile to make sure that you are the rights parts, for your car. And so far they have alway had what I need at least a day a way. Witch is awesome coming from Alaska.

Excellent customer service care. They assure you know everything you need to know about your parts n costs and even ordering. Applaud thier patience, attitude and pace. I was out in 5 minutes. My order parts were on time as well. Makes it even better.

Good help at the counter friendly and always helpful. The store is clean. The ice and snow outside is cleared promptly after snowfalls. The lines are long sometimes and wait time may be a half hour. They do not have a separate person solely dedicated to commercial accounts at the counter.

Hey call ahead my parts are sitting there when I get there no fooling around always get nice Parts everything almost always fits and if it doesn't it's probably my mistake in and out boom just like that the parts you want when you want it what more could you ask for

Had battery issue. Though it was not a normal exchange. The manager made it easy and I greatly appreciate the flexibility. This vehicle did not like the battery I had in it. It's running great now, I'll be sure to come back to shop more.

These guys are the BEST! I came in looking for help with parts for my loose battery, and Pappy came out and helped me figure out what was wrong, and exactly what I needed to buy. Then he went the extra to help fix the issue!! He was amazingly kind and professional. I am deeply grateful, because I m from out of town and could not find an auto repair shop in Wasilla who could to help me today. Thank you Pappy and all of you at O Reilly s!

They were fairly busy so it took a while to get help, but once they got to me I was helped quickly. They ordered my parts which came in faster than expected. Downsides, transactions can take a while so there may be a bit of a wait and their loaner tool box appears to be fairly depleted. Upsides, good people, knowledgeable staff, helpful and efficient when they get to you.

I went in for a gas can. Everything was easy to find and the service was quick even though it was busy and during a snowstorm. I watched two of the staff go out in the blowing snow and install windshield wipers on the customers vehicles with no complaints. I would go again when I need auto parts or accessories.

I love O'Reily's. They have the best customer service reps ever. I've never, ever had any issues with them. They are courteous, kind and polite. I'd give them 4 thumbs up, but unfortunately I only have 2!They have my back, and I'll go back anytime I need anything auto related, as they truly do take the time to answer "all" my questions. Thank ya'll so much for all the help you've given me.

Great auto parts store, they do rent tools for free with deposit, it was helpful few times. Prices are about the same as competitors but not bad at all. Easy going folks are working there, very helpful and knowledgeable too. On downside its been crowded pretty often.

I stopped in and had to rummage through their products laying in bins all over the floor. After taking 10 min to locate my specific item without any assistance from the staff I proceeded to the counter where I had to ask a worker if he could ring up my items. There was a line of people waiting to be helped but as I was late to pick up my child I asked anyway as I had my items and I was ready to check out and didn't need any further assistance. (Not that they were very willing to offer any). The blond female commented to the worker, I had asked for help," that she was pretty sure the others were ahead of me" and I inquired if there was a specific register for checking folks out? Some stores have this type of check out system, she said they were all registers and so I went to the back of the line. The worker that was going to help me turned and returned to the back without a word.It is now my turn at the register and the blond female finishes up the previous transaction and heads to the back without a word to me.....I waited for a couple minutes and my ride was about to leave me so I dropped my items and left.Is there any checks and balances to provide any customer service in Alaska other than winning on a review board like this? I guess this is the only we can keep companies interested in ensuring their staff provides some level of service but there is definitely no instant gratification to know whether or not they take action to change their staff's mindset. Very frustrating to leave and keep my mouth shut about the lousy service. I guess trying Auto Zone is my next option but they seem to be more expensive....lose lose situation I guess....

OReilly Auto Parts at ALL locations I've been to have never let me down. Specifically, the Wasilla location consistently goes above and beyond to help me with what I need. Keep up the great work.

I was able to catch up on emails just fine in the parking lot as the hubs went in for parts. There's good cell coverage. And hubby came back happy with a game plan he's pleased with on two vehicles.
