While our car did not come clean in the touchless $18 wash there was a guy that works there I think his name was Diego but he stopped us and had us go into the self serve bay and he paid for us to spray it all down and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was good and we were happy. Sunday evening 3/24/24. That s customer service! Thank you sir.

I like it here, I've only ever used the self wash but that's my preference. It's always been clean never had any issues of what I can remember.

Not impressed with the auto wash on knik goosebay. I had opted for the $16 full mudbuster wash even though my truck had only heavy road grime and no mud on it. It was a waste of money. Not only did the wash not remove the basic road grime, but the overhead assembly dripped soapy water on the truck as I was driving out. They need to do some maintenance to this wash machine, this is the second time I have had poor results from it.

Took my Harley there Friday 18th 2023 about 6 615pm to wash. Swipped card high pressure hose came alive, sprayed bike down, went to switch the dial to soap brush and the dial was broken. Hit the stop button everything shut down. No one around so I called their number. At dinner I checked My CC it had charged me $15. Sure hope they will make this right. What a pain. There's another self serve Car wash on the Parks hwy across from SBS it starts at $5, better place to go for a quick bike wash. KGB by the railroad tracks wasilla

Mud busters is a good company, though the 5$ for 15 minutes in the indoor do it yourself is the best value. The other buildings are much more expensive for 15 minutes

Wish I read previous reviews. It did the job with busting mud. Their dryer did nothing and there is overhead drip when leaving so defeats the purpose of the dryer...if it actually worked. Only dryer I saw was overhead - nothing on the sides. Rated 3 stars because it did wash the car and I know it's going to get dirty soon since it's winter time. But I wouldn't recommend and wint be back. Got the $16/Superior wash.

This car wash is good if you want to pull your car up into the bay and let it defrost and do it yourself and get a good clean, but if you go through any of their automatic washes your car will still come out dirty. I one time had to contact them and get another free car wash because of it... Just saying.

Did not appreciate the hose banging against my car while I was trying to use the self serve wash.Also, their prices are not cheap @$3 min $5 min / $15 max Still giving three stars because my vehicle looks great!

So we pull into the bay and while I'm cleaning out the inside of the vehicle,my husband is fixing the passenger side window that for some reason is both leaking and not staying full rolled up, along with the missing seal from that sides wing window (covering it with tape temporarily) so that when he sprays down the vehicle it doesn't spray water all over the interior, again (we learned the previous week that it leaks ALOT from that door). With the intention that once the window is sealed from leaks, we can proceed with spraying down & washing etc. This is literally a 10 minute TOPS quick fix.Anyways so while my husband is doing this, the guy working comes into the wash bay and starts hassling him about not having tools inside the bay/working on the window and that he needed to stop or leave.Now I could totally understand this if there were other customers, especially if there were other people waiting to use the wash bay, but there was absolutely NO ONE ELSE there!It's FREEZING cold outside on top of it, meaning noxt only could the window shatter that much easier if man handled slightlly too much, but the tape used to temporarily cover the trouble areas is definitely NOT going to adhere which would keep us from washing our vehicle. Cause I dunno bout you but I'm not real hip on the idea of sitting in a soaked seat or cleaning up the soapy water soaked interior.And once again, we werent stoping anyone or making anyone wait to use the wash bay we were using, since there was NO ONE else there. And had anyone shown up we would have quickly pulled out and waited or used the other wash bay. And we weren't just using the wash bay and planning on not spending money, that was actually the main reason it was even being messed with, so that we could wash it.So all in all we weren't loitering or harming anyone, neither the business or other patrons and were in fact paying customers. Not just in this day but usually on a weekly basis.But being as thou this particular staff member was not only ridiculously narrow minded (this is me hitting my tongue on what I'd really like to say btw) just but was also unprofessionally rude. So instead of going any further on the window or cleaning we decided to take our business elsewhere.We actually left and went to the carwash by KeyBank, and after being there a few moments, the employee there too came into the bay and mentioned something bout our being at the knik car wash and bout the dude there having said something to us bout not fixing the 2 inch gap from the top of the window to the top of jts frame blah blah, absolutely baffled that this guy took his awfulness up another level, looked at each other then I proceeded to quickly explain to the gentleman on shift what my husband was doing and why, also pointing out that we weren't keeping anyone else from the washbay. He smiled and nodded his head said something to the effect of "that makes sense, just be quick please" and walked away.So we quickly finished, then as planned, washed our vehicle and left.So thank you to the worker at the 2nd carwash for being cool, and letting us finish and wash our vehicle!And as far as the knik carwash..Needless to say our once preference to this car wash has been altered, due to the awfull attitude, logic and approach of ur worker. We frequently used this business but as of right now we kinda have a bad taste in our mouths about it...

Really like the mudbusters car wash facilities cause they have automatic car washers as well as manual stalls to do it yourself. Our vehicles always come really clean after running it thru them.

Touch-less, drive through or coin operated car wash.Both work very good ,coin op is very inexpensive ,especially if you are strategic and fast. Vacuums are working very well and there is also a trash can for all car cleaning needs. They also kindly provide bill change machine, which is great!

The card reader took ten swipes or more to work. The guy in line next to me had the same problem. There is no attendant. Got the most expensive touchless mudbusters wash, it cleaned the entire vehicle really well, except for the rear bumper still had some dirt on it. The blow drier timer started while the vehicle was still being washed, the remaining time was only about 30 seconds, not enough to remotely dry most of the vehicle. Better off pressure washing your vehicle by hand, drying by hand, and saving your money.

This was kind of old school but I still enjoyed it. They had red soap then green soap then a super trippy purple green blue soap. And my car was cleaned so what else could I ask for I suppose. It did have an 80's vibe but it worked so

Self serve wash bays have great water pressure but it is seldom cleaned or maintained. Still, better than taking the company car back to the shop covered in mud at 7 am after a long night at work.

We got the least expensive wash to get our rental car washed off from back roads from the Interior. Didnt quite get it all & left a tiger shark pattern from the dirt it didn't get. I'm cool with that.

Best to use the charge card option over quarters. It seems like you get a better value and more time. You can press the stop button and it will only charge you for the time used.

The automatic touchless wash broke the passenger mirror on my truck. I filed a report with the manager on site (Jonah) and was told there was nothing he would do about it. I asked multiple times to talk to someone who had the authority to make decisions and he would not even give me their information. If someone reading this has the ability and authority to help me resolve this issue I would love to get this taken care of.

Alright. They give you Sacajawea dollars to spend on the vacuum cleaners for change if use a 20.00$ bill to go through the car wash.

Mudbusters Carwash was great. The carwash really cleaned my car. A little pricey but it's AK what do you expect.

This place has free vacuums and they don't give you a lot of trouble if you didn't just get your car washed in there

Auto wash works well but doing manual wash works better and costs less.
